With nearly ten hours of action spread over three discs covering Adam & Eve from their early movie releases up to their modern age, this one's hard to turn down for the price you can pick it up. There's a great variety of action and starts, but the technical aspects hold the release back due to stretching older scenes out to anamorphic widescreen rather than leaving them their original aspect ratio. There's also a pair of Jenna Jameson bonus scenes to help out the extras. Although far from perfect, for the price you can pick this one up it's hard not to recommend it. [read the full review]

It starred Aims Glory Girl, Sharon Mitchell and Keisha. I also recall it said something about a special appearance from Taja Rae. The girls were dressed in mock Hooters outfits, and the lovin was strong. I knew the title was older when I chose it, but the box looked good. The next time I went back to that store, I asked the guy behind the counter to Pick me a winner He came back with My Horny Valentine. When I asked him if it was really good, he showed me article in Playboy and Hustler calling it a true classic. Laura Palmer I never watched the show, but I could only assume that she favors the character of the same name in Twin Peaks. This was a bad time in porn. I touched on this myself in a recent Adam & Eve review, but my counterpart Astroglide made the point painfully clear. Adam & Eve is leaving behind a legacy of poor quality comps for future generations to scratch their heads and wonder what they were thinking. Sondra Hall [ /image ] --> Some may consider Sondra a beauty, I dont. She has some sharp facial features that rival those of David Bowie, or Mick Jagger. What she does have though, is long slim legs, a perfect set of implants, and unrivaled on screen heat. This was the 1st time I have seen her in action, and I have to say that it was one for the spank bank. I believe she is retired now, but I will be sure to seek out her works to see if they all contain the same level of chemistry. Flawless scene! It is a nice idea to be thorough but does anyone really care about the true history of the sorority, and the meaning of its Cajun roots and legacies? And what the hell is this time warp thing at the end with Jill Kelly's only dialogue in the film? But I do like the witty intelligence thrown in - especially the music references to Warren Zevon and "Lawyers, Guns, and Money" and Van Morrison's "Tupelo Honey" (those are a few topics I never thought I would encounter in erotic cinema reviews). Oh and the sex --- pretty good stuff - but too many blondes. The standouts are Gere, Ireland, Ashton, and Serenity though the bulk of the picture seems to belong to LaVeaux. Houston's hair was terrible but she gave a good fuck and I can't complain if Stacy Valentine is one of the blondes (though her makeup was terrible). Aha! As far as I can gather, the Upsilon Sigma Sorority has apparently been using voodoo rituals to kidnap fraternity guys to use them for breeding purposes. This is one of the corniest dvd's I have ever seen. But for some reason I really liked it. The beginning scene with Stacey Valentine and some other fine chick is really hot. There are parts of this movie that seem to drag on because of the plot that they are trying to establish. But I guess it's worth it in the end when you see Asia Carrera (the finest pornstar on the face of this earth) come out and conquer her sexual demons. Her sex scenes are pretty damn nice. Her acting isn't too bad either. The hottest part of the movie for me was when she was sleeping naked in her bed, her sheets conveniently uncovering her best features. God she's hot. Okay, the only thing that is pretty crappy in this movie is the blonde gardeners acting. He is the corniest guy I have ever seen in a movie, but I guess he got the job done. There's a moment or two when you hear some background noise, but overall it's very good. Video Quality: Average. The picture is pretty good for most of it, but there's a couple spots where the picture gets really grainy. Music: Light classical for a lot of it. The music blends extremely well with most of the movie so that it isn't even really noticeable. The places when I thought to pay attention to the music it fit perfectly. Initial Expectations: I've heard that this is a great couples film. I think that Asia is one of the best adult actresses out there right now, but Adam & Eve hasn't had many high quality DVDs out there. [read the full review]
