Whore, The (Caballero) review summaries:
fu_q's
When an infamous criminal boss (Jamie Gillis) is threatened with deportation back to his native Italy by a lecherous, panty-wearing, prostitute-patronizing judge (Mike Horner), the only thing to do is to ask his pimp buddy (Joey Silvera) to set the good magistrate up. And when his buddy refuses, what's Gillis to do? Well...kidnap Silvera's gorgeous wife (Tracey Adams), of course, and make him. Such is the case in "The Whore", an overall-good, 1989 release from Caballero, Alex deRenzy, and Henri Pachard. [read the full review]

Urban Cowgirls review summaries:
fu_q's
When the ladies are looking for a good time or to simply escape the mundane, there's only one place to go, and that's down to John Leslie's local, country-themed watering hole, where the sex flows as freely as the liquor and the pussy party's always on. Such is the case in "Urban Cowgirls", a very good, 1980 release from Caballero and director Tsanusdi. [read the full review]

Sex Aliens review summaries:

With their "breeder prince" having left their home-world high and dry and their species on the brink of extinction, aliens Candie Evens and Blondi make their desperate way to Earth to find their missing royal and bring him back home. Such is the case in "Sex Aliens", a good late-80s release from Caballero Home Video. Chock-full of hot sex and hot girls...and sporting a cheesy 80s plot...this release really hits that naughty nostalgia spot in the right way. Indeed, Candie and Blondi--both in top physical and sexual form--alone make the disc worth the minimal price of purchase. They're awesome, and this release ends up being a lot of quirky, sci-fi fun. A frustrated, young housewife, the lovely Jesie St. James, finds her inhibitions quickly eroding away when she befriends the neighbor's daughter, Laurie Smith, who also works as a dancer and a prostitute at a local sex club. Of course, it doesn't help matters that Jesie's philandering hubby, Jon Martin, treats her like shit, ignores her sexually, and goes away on "business" far too frequently. So, when she encounters the club and all of its various trappings, a sexual powder keg is set to blow...and that's exactly what it does. Such is the case in "Indecent Pleasures", an overall-good, 1984 release from Caballero and director Phillip Gem. [read the full review]

Friday the 13th Part 2: The Next Generation review summaries:
fu_q's
80's porn queen Barbii gets quite the 21st birthday surprise when she's transported to Hell and ends up with her long-lost twin brother, "Jason" (played by Tom Byron), in "Friday the 13th, Part Two". An overall-good porn flick of yesteryear from F. J. Lincoln and Caballero, this release finds the young starlet transformed from an innocent goody-two-shoes into (more or less) a diabolical harlot by the film's end, all under her brother's watchful tutelage. Not taking itself too seriously, the plot is fun and the sex scenes--though short--are fairly hot. With both Barbii and Tom as demons who are bent on causing trouble for humanity, there's enough of a storyline to hold this one together well...and things do get a little kinky at the end. For fans of porno nostalgia...and fans of Barbii...this one is worthy. [read the full review]

Anal Security Squad review summaries:
fu_q's
"Anal Security Squad (A.S.S)" (Caballero / Bruce Seven) is an unexpectedly exceptional production from the late-80s featuring the likes of Barbii, Fallon, Bionca, Nina DePonca, and Renee Morgan. In a nutshell, the A.S.S. is an instrument of a tyrannical government bent on prohibiting anal sex amongst its populace. Those who are caught enjoying the pleasures of the backside are imprisoned immediately and without due process. Barbii plays the role of an A.S.S. agent who, after going into deep cover in the "Underground", has seen the errors of her agency's ways and has decided to go rogue...aiding the very people whom she was sent to investigate and arrest. What results is a fun tale of the tail that has its ups and downs (and ins and outs) before closing on a high (and sexy) note. [read the full review]

Eye Of the Tigress review summaries:
fu_q's
A mystical sexual relic has been pilfered from a Chinese temple, and a sexy stripper (Barbii) is its unwitting carrier in "Eye of the Tigress", an excellent late-80s production from Caballero and director Bruce Seven. Indeed, fellow dancers John Stagliano and Sharon Mitchell have conspired to plant the stolen artifact--the Eye--on Barbii so as to evade any pursuers. Upon returning home from China, the real trick for them is to get it back from her, with Stagliano having given it as a "cheap" gift. Of course, those in China responsible for its safe return also get in on the act, hiring a goofy detective (Mike Horner) to hunt it down. As they all find out firsthand, the Eye has an eerie ability to temporarily transport its holders (and those around them) to their fantasies, bringing them to life. What ultimately ensues is a fun, sexy, and fast-paced fuck-flick that's both strong on the plot and steamy on the sex...another fine, forgotten gem from Bruce Seven and Barbii. [read the full review]

Future Sodom review summaries:
Rosco Fuji's
Future Sodom is a story driven flick from the late 80’s. Story plot is irrelevant here as the girls definitely rule. Camera work is excellent and production values are great considering the time frame this was shot. As was the standard back then, the girls all sport fuzzy muffs and no ink, all except Viper that is, and she was truly ahead or her time, sporting major ink and a clean pussy. Like her or hate her look, Viper could definitely show today’s stars a thing or two about being a porn slut. [read the full review]

Let Me Count the Lays review summaries:
Flash's
Let Me Count the Lays is an early adult feature film which is composed mostly of previously made loops and scenes from other existing films. Walt Davis did a good job of stitching together the scenes to create a film with a narrative that could almost pass itself as a new film and is far from the worst that came out from the era. As to whether the film is worth watching, I guess that depends on the viewers themselves. Caballero has done a decent job with the video and audio on this release but heavily skimped on the extras. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting short scenes Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting a DVD where it looks like the company cares about their product The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are fairly poor. The audio is decently balanced, and I didn't really notice any background noises to interfere with the action. The video is presented in the full frame format, and showed very little effort. Public Affairs (Caballero) review summaries:
fu_q's
It's sex, lies, and audiotape, when a corrupt, hypocritical politician (Paul Thomas)--whose anti-porn campaigning is almost as flagrant as his ass-obsessed womanizing--opts to make a run for the Senate in the state of New York. Of course, behind him are myriad sordid characters, including a lowlife pimp (Joey Silvera), a more-and-more jealous by-the-minute assistant (Annette Heinz), and a German real estate tycoon seeking favors (R. Bolla)...all aiding him in maintaining both his campaign and his false, squeaky clean image. The only person standing in his way? A courageous reporter (Annette Haven) who's both onto his game and looking to show him for who he really is. Such is the case in "Public Affairs", a very good, 1983 release from Caballero and director Henri Pachard. [read the full review]

Sex Games (Caballero) review summaries:

"Sex Games" is a fun little fuck-flick from the early 80s and Caballero that features Kevin James as a young horndog who, bored with his girlfriend, turns to the newfangled technology of computer dating to sate his carnal desires. Of course, given the date of the production, "computer dating" is a totally different affair in this release when compared with what the viewer may be used to from today. Indeed, Kevin's computer is ancient, and it simply uses a dial-up modem to interact with the dating agency's computer. Regardless, he still manages to "hack" their system, create a fake profile, and use the various ladies' details that he finds as scouting reports to get them in the sack. Ultimately, he gets found out, but it's not before he samples some high-end 80s quim...including the likes of the late, great Shauna Grant (rest her soul). [read the full review]

If only they made porn like this today! Open Nightly earns points for creativity and beautiful women with hairy pussies. It loses a bit of its luster due to picture quality and shoddy camera work. How it will all turn out, whether everything's truly as it seems, and whether John can put the whole caper together remain the burning questions of the day. A really well put-together film that has most of the right touches for what appeals to those seeking out a really good movie: high quality filming, eroticism, intelligent storylines, and touches of humor. Eric Edwards co-wrote this with Rene Summer. He plays the part of a writer, but has no other parts in the story. Rene plays a fantasy partner for Peter North in one of the stories. There are several stories in the film, most of them erotic, well-done, and with some humor. This is mainly a movie for couples, although guys will enjoy it a lot on their own as well. In the film, PRIVATE SCHOOLGIRLS from 1983, Caroline Lamont(Shauna Grant) is a teenage Nymph, whose promiscuity is so bad, that she has attended a total of 7 different schools in the last 4 years alone. Following the most latest incident, as she is caught by the school's Principal, Mr. Treetops(J. All About Anal has a a top notch cast. Lauren Phoenix, Taylor Rain and Cameron Caine are all babes that semm to always give great performances. I was surprised that a movie with such a strong cast could get so little attention. I found it by chance at my local video store. Even though the title is All About Anal, its not an anal only movie like Mark Woods underrated series All About Ass. Theres some dialog before each scene and theres music in the background. Its shot like a Gonzo film, but it has the feel of a feature. All scenes are 1 on 1 and the same guy (Kyle Phillips) is in every scene. Hes an older guy thats overweight (If that bothers you..) I rate all scenes on a scale of 1 to 10. Ten is a perfect score Scene One (Lauren Phoenix) The scene starts with Lauren and the guy sitting on the couch. He wants sex and she wants to go out. He grabs at her, and causes her to bump her head and instantly she has amnesia and suddenly becomes horny. He briefly eats her before she sucks his cock. Lauren gives a great blowjob with good eye contact. [read the full review]

Flesh & Laces 2 (Caballero) review summaries:
fu_q's
“Flesh and Laces Part II” is a good production from the early 80s that features Jamie Gillis as an ailing patient in a hospital who, despite his illness, still manages to get it on with everyone from his nurses to his lawyer to (*gasp*) his (adopted) daughter. As one might expect, there is enough untamed bush in this one to match the untamed desires of its star, but everything still works out to good effect…particularly given the age of this release. Coming Of Age (Caballero) review summaries:
fu_q's
"Coming of Age" is an overall-good flick--released by Caballero and director F. J. Lincoln--from the late-80s featuring Tami Monroe and Tori Welles. In this one, Tami's a diminutive 18(+)-year-old bumpkin from the backwoods of Montana who runs away from her grandfather after he shoots her boyfriend and rival clan's member (Tom Byron) upon finding the pair getting it on. She ends up at her aunt (Cheri Taylor)'s "home", which turns out to be nothing more than a high-end brothel. Always the curious youngster, Tami ultimately gets involved in some of the goings-on at the house of ill repute and brings about some trouble for herself and, more so, the others involved. While not the most elaborate of plots, it's enough to frame the action well and to keep things moving. [read the full review]

Corey Thomas'
"Coming of Age" is a shot-on video production made during F.J. Lincoln's heyday with Caballero in the late 80's, in which he mostly collaborated with his wife at the time, Patti Rhodes, who would write the scripts and co-produce the movies with Lincoln. I would compare this, quality and style wise to Lincoln's "Love on the Run", a porn masterpiece that still hasn't gotten the DVD treatment. This is a porn movie that manages to tell a story and show developed characters, as well as present sex. Tami (Tami Monroe) is a country girl who lives with her Granpappy (Lincoln). Her boyfriend (Tom Byron) is the son of the family rivals, and when her Granpappy discovers them during a sexual encounter, he shoots and kills him. Tami runs away to find her Aunt Trudy, who now goes by the name of Trixie, (Cheri Taylor), who works in a whorehouse, along with an assortments of characters, including a worldly hooker (Tori Welles), a regular and sometimes boyfriend of Trixie's (Joey Silvera), and a newcomer Karen (Honey Moore), who claims to have "plenty of experience". Sensational Janine review summaries:
SexyHard's
Sensational Janine is a classic movie starring German actress Patricia Rhomberg. This is the only movie of Miss Rhomberg's to have ever been dubbed into English, and is one of the great classics of the golden age of Porn. It is a cumming of age story about a famous 19th century concubine. This movie has more sex scenes than you can count, and more cum shots than your typical gang bang movie. [read the full review]

Pandora's Mirror (Caballero) review summaries:
fu_q's
A curious, young woman (Veronica Hart) finds herself further and further entranced by an enchanted mirror that she and a friend happen upon in the back of a low-rent, New York City clothing store. Offering up myriad sexual visions and flashbacks of times past, the mirror pulls her deeper and deeper into its erotic, though ultimately devious, web. Such is the case in "Pandora's Mirror", a very good, 1981 release from Caballero and director Warren Evans (Shaun Costello). [read the full review]

From my local smut peddler, I recently picked up a used DVD of PANDORA'S MIRROR (1981) with the lovely Veronica Hart as Pandora, a woman who becomes obsessed with sexually charged trysts revealed in a mirror at an antique store. This top-notch 88 minute Warren Evans-Shaun Costello production expands on the bewitched mirror motif used in mainstream films like DEAD OF NIGHT (UK, 1945) to include tales of sexual obsession and perversion as told by this enchanted mirror. If you've seen it before, you know Coed Fever is one of the must own classics. If you haven't and you are a fan of the classics, this is one to pick up now. The movie has been given horrible treatment on the disc by Caballero, as per their norm, but for it's age, it isn't too bad if you can forgive the horrible disc mastering. The disc is hard to find but is well worth seeking out and well worth the purchase price. [read the full review]
