Review:
“Prom Girls” is a very good (strong 4-star) late-80s film from director Alex DeRenzy that focuses on the high jinks of the students at an academy as they prepare for their upcoming prom…and also on the attempts of the mucky-mucks at the school to try to curtail their good times. What the viewer is treated to as this all progresses, of course, is a good deal of hot sex featuring both the students and administrators alike…most of whom are quite attractive and into their respective scenes.

In terms of the sex, some of the sequences are inter-cut between others—which one doesn’t see too frequently in more-modern porn—and all of them are very good or better in terms of the heat that they generate. Scene One brings together Tom Byron and Megan Leigh as students at the academy in an outdoor romp on the school’s property. There’s some sexy blowjob work here by Megan (throating), and a steamy vaginal encounter ensues. This one closes out with her jerking Tom to a pop on her face and chest, followed up by some oral cock clean-off—hot stuff! Scene Two features Eva Allen as a girl who’s getting some alterations on her dress from tailor Joey Silvera. The lead-in to this one is fun and cute, as Joey talks the “innocent” Eva out of her dress and into his arms. The action that follows is hot (all-vaginal) and, ultimately, ends up with the pair being joined by fellow students Aja and Renee Morgan for “Scene Four”. After some hot blowjob work by the ladies, Tom takes Aja for a ride and drops one on her bush and tummy—excellent stuff! Not to be forgotten is Scene Three, which involves a very good girl/girl tryst between Aja and Renee Morgan in their dorm room. Fingers, tongues, and 69’ing are on the menu here.

In Scene Five, Dana Lynn, Blake Palmer, and Tom Byron get it on in an incident from the past that the head mistress (Shana McCullough) is recounting to her cohorts. In this one, Dana pretends to pass out, and Tom and Blake “take advantage” of her. While the whole “sleeping” actress thing isn’t really my thing, this sequence is still very good in quality and ends—after a three-way—with Blake popping on Dana’s pussy. After an entire movie spent talking about their students’ escapades, Shana McCullough and her two minions (Kendal Marx and Peter North) can’t take it any more and have a three-way of their own (Scene Six). The blowjob work by the women here is hot, as are the various vaginal positions that the trio employs. The festivities close out with a classic Peter North cum-shot delivered to Kendal’s bush, pelvis, and tummy—excellent material!

In terms of bonuses, there is a “Photos” choice—a slideshow of screen-caps, a “Web” option—that puts forth an advertisement for a website, and a “XXX” selection—that plays through some phone sex ads. It should also be noted that, for a production of its age, this disc plays nicely on the screen.

In total, this is a very good movie that borders on the boundary of being exceptional. The plot is fun, the cast is strong, and the sex is steamy. This one is recommendable beyond its nostalgic value. Check it out.
