So I'm watching this movie with this appropriately chosen cast, and the first thing to come to mind is that I'm watching a New Sensations / Digital Sin movie. Now I've never reviewed a Darkko NS/DS movie but I've reviewed plenty of NS/DS movies (most notably by Tyrone Shuz) where I commented on the Darkko influence. After watching this movie, I say screw it... it has to be Darkko holding the camera in those other movies in the distinct way the lighting (natural) is setup, the camera , and the angles he uses. An eye-catching release such as a Christoph Clark double dvd deserves a review - especially when the cover and trailer feature an assembly of chicks so hot that you think you're in for the one of the great gangbang finales in porn history. Sadly, pornutopia won't be found here. This is a movie that unoriginally tracks the sexual re-education of the still very alluring Tiffany Minx. But really, why take someone so experienced and engaging as Ms Minx and pretend she's an amateur? This movie arrived through my letter box the same day as Rocco's 'Dark Side of Suzan' and it's impossible for me not to compare the two. Dark Side was spontaneous, effortless and stunning - the best Rocco film i've seen - simply for the way it was honest in capturing the sexuality of its performers. The point is that surely you'd make a film about one woman's prowess - if anything - rather than get her to be something she isn't. Sadly, pornutopia won't be found here. This is a movie that unoriginally tracks the sexual re-education of the still very alluring Tiffany Minx. But really, why take someone so experienced and engaging as Ms Minx and pretend she's an amateur? This movie arrived through my letter box the same day as Rocco's 'Dark Side of Suzan' and it's impossible for me not to compare the two. Dark Side was spontaneous, effortless and stunning - the best Rocco film i've seen - simply for the way it was honest in capturing the sexuality of its performers. The point is that surely you'd make a film about one woman's prowess - if anything - rather than get her to be something she isn't. Prologue Like a lot of people, my earliest reading pleasures came from comic books. Throughout my life I've always maintained at least a passing interest in the genre. Somehow, though, I've missed out on the works of John Howard and Scott Phillips. They kind of slipped through the cracks, so to speak. Now they bring their perverted visions to the small screen and have amassed some formidable talent in the process. Just putting Tiffany Mynx in here was enough to get my attention, but Alicia Rhodes, Jayna Oso, Roxy Jezel and Belladonnna in a b/g scene really piqued my interest. I'm looking forward to and interesting and hot couple of hours. The film opens with Belladonna rolling up to a roadhouse on her hog and bellying up to the bar for a drink. Taylor Rain is riding a stationery motorcycle in the middle of the room, teasing with her ass and seemingly, and in vain, trying to get some attention. Ass For Days! Yes, I must say the fifth installment of Jules Ass Worship series is the best anal-themed adult film I have ever seen! All these really hot chicks got asses to die for, just look at Tiffany Minx on the front cover and you know what's waiting inside of the movie. What I liked Good cast. Some good names in this movie. Women with a lot of curves. What I disliked Not passionate enough Thoughts in general Movie fell short for me. One of the least intense Ass Worship titles out, but not by a lot. TIffany Mynx looked hot but she doesn't have the hard body she once did. I always wanted to see her with a bunch of guys. She is wearing a fishnet bodywrap and hot white platform shoes. Lots of curves. I really like her hair color now. She kind of runs out of steam for some reason. And they do her on a chair which is always a bad choice-there's no incentive for her to get into it. Some camera shots had most of her blocked out because all the guys were standing around her, another bad direction choice (I hate that). Her scene in Once You Go Black 2 was much better. Clocking in at 2 hours and 16 minutes this feature is way too long. The story line, for a porno anyway, is way way way too complicated. It is a nice idea to be thorough but does anyone really care about the true history of the sorority, and the meaning of its Cajun roots and legacies? And what the hell is this time warp thing at the end with Jill Kelly's only dialogue in the film? But I do like the witty intelligence thrown in - especially the music references to Warren Zevon and "Lawyers, Guns, and Money" and Van Morrison's "Tupelo Honey" (those are a few topics I never thought I would encounter in erotic cinema reviews). Oh and the sex --- pretty good stuff - but too many blondes. The standouts are Gere, Ireland, Ashton, and Serenity though the bulk of the picture seems to belong to LaVeaux. Houston's hair was terrible but she gave a good fuck and I can't complain if Stacy Valentine is one of the blondes (though her makeup was terrible). I dropped this happy disk into my DVD player, expecting a fairly brainless ho-hum, low budget porn flick. I should have paid more attention. Two clues went right by me until I watched the opening credits. Clue number one: This is VCA putting out this DVD, so they have the talent. Clue number two: Executive producer is Antonio Passolini. Aha! As far as I can gather, the Upsilon Sigma Sorority has apparently been using voodoo rituals to kidnap fraternity guys to use them for breeding purposes. The girls stay young and fresh through depraved rituals, and use the guys for stud service whenever they feel the need or want children. I don't really see the problem, but I suppose the guys don't like being kept around and screwed silly every now and then. Whatever.
