You get plenty of big names (such as Tera Patrick, jessica drake, and Silvia Saint) along with a nice mix of style and substance. The technical aspects are well done for the age of the releases and there's a few decent extras as well. At the price point this one's being offered, this release is well worth picking up. Here we have the directorial debut for jessica drake who's done it all in porn just about and now she's adding head honcho to her accomplishments! There are varying scenarios here which are expertly linked by each girl doing a little commentary before the scene basically laying out the story and then returning after for some postscript and here you get a sentence begun by one girl and ended by the next and often the story takes a 180 degree turn to a completely different angle. I liked that use of story advancement by jessica. As for the scenes themselves you get nice work here from jessica, Daisy Marie and the g/g scene with Alektra and Sammie Rhodes had some good moments too. Wicked Weapon held a lot of potential for being a great film. The cast and directorial talent is there. And both of the companies that made the film, Wicked Pictures and Video Marc Dorcel, have both put out some excellent works. Fans of Laure Sainclair and Jenna Jameson will definitely want to pick this title up as Wicked has done an excellent job with the presentation on the disc. Viewers that don't like a plot in their porn will probably want to pass on the title. Its not that common that new features come out looking this good. There are still a few flaws, such as a little grain to the picture during some of the movie, but thats about it. The audio is very clear and doesnt have any outdoor noise. Music: The music is well balanced and extremely varied. "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" I really did love the first "Double Feature". I thought it was hilarious, creative, and actually pretty hot. I didn't like "Bride of Double Feature" as much. Since this is a porno, I'll start with an overview of the sex scenes. There actually is a good amount of sex in this film, with a little variety here and there. The sex actually was lacking a lot of heat at times. The stand out scenes had to be the threesome with Mickey G., Tabitha Stevens, and the Pizza Girl. There was a good amount of heat, and both women look very good, with a nice touch of diversity since the Pizza Girl had a more natural body, and darker hair, and Tabitha was more your typical blonde porn star. Also, you can tell that Tabitha is enjoying herself. Also, the orgy scene at the end of the movie had some pretty decent heat, and had a little more than the vanilla sex in "Double Feature". I actually wanted to review Jekyll & Hyde but though all the numerous extras play perfectly, I cant watch more than 30:49 of the movie itself. This is unsurprising given my bad karma with computers (I cant even post to the ADT forums), but it is partly my fault I insisted on the cheapest and nastiest DVD-ROM available and Samsung obliged (their site doesnt even work properly). Anyhow, I was looking for an Inari Vachs feature (which are incredibly difficult to find as she doesnt often appear in more than one scene in most movies) and Stingers had an irresistible cover. As a result, the production values are higher and the transfer to DVD better than in most Vivid discs. There's always a gimmick in a Brad Armstrong Feature; think of the rigged sailing ship in "Conquest" or the fire engines in "Flashpoint." In this picture, it is the exotic animals: elephants and camels. The disc also features stunning costumes and very nice interior locations. Technically, the disc is very good. The audio and video were outstanding, just about as good as in "Flashpoint," and far better than most vivid product. Ralph Parfait did the cinematography, and it is excellent. Every one of the sex scenes was a winner. Dyanna Lauren is a very, very lovely woman. If anyone cares, the disc features an extremely accomplished cast of studs, including Vince Voyeur, Jon Dough, Steve Drake, Peter North, and T.T. Boy. They think that this makes the movie look a little more "artistic" rather than just having two people getting it on. I, however, think it kills an otherwise steamy scene. Unfortunately for me, *Im* not the one who calls the shots at Adam and Eve, otherwise the use of slow motion in their signature productions would be kept to an absolute bare minimum. Heres the skinny: The bad guys have some "Y2K" (not tortilla) chips, and the CIA wants them, so they send in their "best agent" to go to the Caribbean island of St. Maarten to go catch the bad guys and bring home the chips. Okay, so the plot line is about par with some grade-C cable movie, but at least it explains why theyre there and not in some LA studio.
