Synopsis:
Stone Powers (Randy Spears) and Lisa Lemur (Temptress) are anchors on Inside Porn, the news magazine show of the porn world. The film shows us one broadcast day of Inside Porn.

Video/Audio:
Inside Porn is presented in the full screen aspect ratio, 1.33:1, which appears to be the original aspect ratio for the film. The picture is crystal clear and sharp with not an artifact or blemish to be seen. The color levels are perfectly set.

The available audio track is a 2.0 English Stereo track. The audio, unfortunately, is not as good as the video presentation. The level of the audio varies at times throughout the film making it hard to hear dialog in certain places. No other language tracks and no subtitle options are available.

Chapters/Time Code:
There are eight chapters available from the main menu for Inside Porn. The chapters are identified by a video clip from the scene that they go to. Given the nature of the film, there should be far more chapter stops. There is a time code for the feature film, so time searching is available.

Special Features:
As per their usual, Wicked has filled the disc with extras, some which have to do with the feature film and others that don't. First up are the film specific extras. All Access: Behind the Scenes of Inside Porn is a 21 minute documentary on the making of the film. The Girls of Inside Porn is a one and three-quarter minute feature showing shots of the female cast members. The main Photo Gallery contains 39 photos from the film on a track. Audio Bios have audio information, text information, pictures and a Wicked filmography for Temptress, Adriana Sage, Kaylynn, Silvia Saint, Anthony Crane, Ian Daniels, and Randy Spears. Star Galleries contains photo galleries, each containing 20 photos on a track, for Temptress, Adriana Sage, Kaylynn, Kiki Daire, and Silvia Saint. Behind the Scenes Photos contains 20 photos on a track taken showing the making of the film.

Next up are the standard Wicked extras. AVN & Wicked DVD Winners and Nominations is a text feature showing the AVN Award nominated films, then the winners released by Wicked Pictures for 1994 through 2001. The available DVD-ROM special features are the Wicked Casino and Wicked Web. As I don't have a DVD-ROM drive, no further information on these extras is available.

Review:
Inside Porn is an all out adult spoof of the syndicated television show Entertainment Tonight. The film is well done and well written. The sex fits the story so it doesn't feel out of place and forced into the film. The film also gets in some huge jabs at John Tesh. The sets and props used in film are well done, none seem out of place or cheap.

The acting in the film is surprisingly good. No, you aren't going to see acting here rivaling a mainstream Oscar nominated film, but you are going to see acting that is as good as that of your average B-movie. The cast is definitely having fun while making this film and it shows. The cast also interacts well with each other.

Usually I don't bother mentioning box art since, as we all know, the box doesn't always reflect the movie inside (Wicked is not one of the companies that does this from my experience), but I have to mention it here. The box is an excellent spoof of TV Guide. I just had to comment on it.

Fans of nasty sex rejoice, for there is a very nasty sex scene in the film with Alexandra Quinn. This scene also makes this film a good choice for viewers who want to see the nastier side of porn, but down want to invest in a film that they aren't going to like. As for the other sex scenes, they are by far tamer than Alexandra Quinn's scene, but still well done. They may not excite fans of nasty sex as much as Quinn's scene but should appeal to the average porn consumer. For viewers who care, condoms are used in all scenes. The sexual themes in the film are oral, vaginal and anal sex with anal (toys), toys, anal fingering, DPP, DAP, lesbian and fingering.

The Money Shot:
Inside Porn is a great parody film from Jonathan Morgan that should be enjoyed by fans of porn with a plot. Due to a nasty scene in the film, couples and those who dislike nasty sex might want to pass on this one.
