Tongue in Groove's
Butt Detective is strictly a couples film that could have been great, but instead is ruined by an editor with too many toys to play with on his control board. There are some very hot ladies here, but their performances are completely sabotaged by loud, obnoxious music and MTV-style camera work. This flick is part of what VCA calls its Classics on DVD series. What a misnomer! Calling this a classic is an insult to all the truly great pornos that preceded it. I found myself FF through the sex scenes and watching the plot. That doesnt happen often! The often-humorous storyline has wealthy Jon Dough hiring private eye Harry Spader (Mike Horner) to find a girl - with only a snapshot of her butt as a clue. Horner is as funny in this flick as hes ever been. Juli Ashton is his assistant, and Horner starts his search with Juli in their office. After a short BJ, Juli and Mike go through several position changes, including some anal, before Juli takes a load on her sweet face. General Impression Wow! We would have been happy to have this movie run longer. It's not just the sex carrying the movie, but the plot and acting were highly entertaining. I was surprised by the quality of Space Nuts, and here again, I have to refer to some of the stars as actors, not just performers. Mike Horner is squirmy fun as the pompous narrator. Julia Ann nails it as the sarcastic, bitterly funny, scheming Hera. Evan once again steps up to the plate, and manages this time to play a moronic, oblivious Hercules with Randy Spears as his whining and cowardly sidekick Perseus. Sex Scenes Hera (Julia Ann) meets Ian, a supplicant at one of her temples. She doesn't want to hear his hilarious little sob story about a starving family, she wants action. Hercules is worth buying for the non-sex portions alone, this is not only one of the best adult releases to come out this year, but is one of the best adult releases that I have seen in the last decade. Not only is this an excellent DVD set for an adult release, but this is an excellent DVD set by mainstream standards due to the quality of the extras. Normally I'd only recommend a film of this nature to viewers that like tamer sex, but since the comedic aspects of the film stand alone so well, I have to recommend that any fan of a good comedy pick this film up. First, the good news... alec metro and serenity are great and perfectly cast in their leads as the conniving stepsiblings. (as you've already read, this film is a takeoff on "cruel intentions," where the steps are rich, beautiful and bored. alec is lusting after his stepsister serentity, and they make a bet where serenity will give him her goodies if he can bed kiki d'aire). each are self-absorbed, beautiful (except for alec's flaming red fake tan), and put down some seriously good acting. the set-up alone should have made the film hot. a couple of the sex scenes were fun, particularly the two g-g-b scenes, which i'm not even typically a fan of. the bad news... kiki d'aire as the prize? ohmygod, to watch her was painful. she was entirely miscast as a supposed stuck-up, yet virginal lawyer. she can't read a line to save her life and, hey, the quasi-bo derek cornrow thing ain't working. every time she was on the screen i ff'd. Wicked Pictures has finally released their first film on disc and it is an excellent outing. The sex may not be as hot as it could be, but the story makes up for the rest. I highly recommend this film to fans of mainstream films such as The Naked Gun, Top Secret and Airplane as they will have a great time watching this film. Description This is a lightweight Wicked Feature with condom use. General Impression The plot isn't particularly well-integrated with the sex, and seems to contradict it in one scene. The sex is good, but doesn't have a lot of chemistry. Sex April, Stormy, and Olivia Saint kick it off with a pussy-eating and dildo-wielding threesome. Just as we always expected, this is how college girls unwind during a big study session. Lite jazz plays as the girls show some genuine enthusiasm, and they get to mewing like a basketful of kittens. This scene was nicely done. The second scene, with Randy Spears and Aria, is the one that clashed with the plot. Randy confides in April that Aria has held out for their wedding night, and refers to himself as 'Dr. Blue-balls.' Description This is a lightweight Wicked Feature with condom use. General Impression The plot isn't particularly well-integrated with the sex, and seems to contradict it in one scene. The sex is good, but doesn't have a lot of chemistry. Sex April, Stormy, and Olivia Saint kick it off with a pussy-eating and dildo-wielding threesome. I was blown away by "Loaded" and very impressed by "Devon Stripped," so I as really looking forward to this feature. I guess since I had already seen the outstanding production values in those films, I was expecting them in this one, and wasn't really that impressed. (Admittedly, if you've never seen one of Nic Andrews' Digital Playground films, you'll be very impressed with the high production values.) This is a ploty-heavy feature, and although Devon and Barret Blade do a nice acting job, the plot and the acting were not quite up to the standards of "Loaded," so I was disappointed. I was particularly turned off by the ending, which made no sense whatsoever. Also, the sex is extremely weak--short scenes that are standard and have no edge to them. "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" I really did love the first "Double Feature". I thought it was hilarious, creative, and actually pretty hot. I didn't like "Bride of Double Feature" as much. Since this is a porno, I'll start with an overview of the sex scenes. There actually is a good amount of sex in this film, with a little variety here and there. The sex actually was lacking a lot of heat at times. The stand out scenes had to be the threesome with Mickey G., Tabitha Stevens, and the Pizza Girl. There was a good amount of heat, and both women look very good, with a nice touch of diversity since the Pizza Girl had a more natural body, and darker hair, and Tabitha was more your typical blonde porn star. Also, you can tell that Tabitha is enjoying herself. Also, the orgy scene at the end of the movie had some pretty decent heat, and had a little more than the vanilla sex in "Double Feature". "A Gay Man's Take on Straight Porn" I have to say, I think "Double Feature" is one of the few pornos that could actually have a chance in the mainstream. This movie works very well as a comedy, and yet still has some very well done, although not always all that daring, sex. Movie Content: Other reviews have gone through this movie scene by scene, so I'll just do a general overview. The first feature that we see is a Sci-Fi spoof, with three female aliens coming down, and turning the men of earth in to sex slaves. This is the better of the two featured stories when it comes to comedy, but the weaker of the two when it comes to sex. There are really no stand out sex scenes in this section, although the scene with Jewel D'nyle and Herschal Savage is fairly hot, and you can tell that both of them are in to it. You cannot watch this and fast forward through the dialogue. You would miss SO much! The characters and the plot are extremely well written, and very involving. You have three couples: Carla and Justin, Gwen and Eddie, and Max and Nikita. Carla can't stop cheating on Justin, and Justin can sense that something is wrong. Gwen can't stand Eddie because he lies to her, but he won't agree to a divorce. Max is an asshole, plain and simple, and Nikita wants to find a way to get back at him. Okay, this sounds like a basic porno... it's not. This movie is very dark, and very depressing. No one gets a real happy ending, and the sex, in most cases, is not meant to be romantic. I used to have a VHS copy of John Leslie's Chameleon, in which Tori Welles seemed to have the ability to change shape at will - although there was a certain element of ambiguity about the events that no reviewer has seemed to pick up on. What exactly was real? The not-sequel from 1992 features Deidre Holland and Rocco Siffredi as a couple of vampiric shape-changers and Ashlyn Gere as an adventurous woman who is seduced and intrigued by them. The plot is less ambiguous this time around, although not exactly mainstream. I suppose the viewer is aided by the obvious loans from other movies, most obviously Tony Scott's The Hunger. Watching the movie I was struck by a realization of how much I had been missing real and intriguing plots in porn. Chameleons is by no means a perfect movie - I did not get the opening scene, which appears to be taken from an entirely different kind of movie. All it seems to do is to establish the bitchiness of the Ashlyn Gere character, and not very effectively. [read the full review]

A sex scene follows between the two and there's quite some energy between them, Rocco finally shooting on Ashlyn's chin and breasts. After the orgy, on their way home, Rocco is grumpy since his energy has been partially drained by Deidre during her transformation... Things get worse when Ashlyn turns up again at their home.
