Dani Daniels and Brendon Miller have good supporting roles in this one as well. Review: Sex Lies and Spies is a good production from Marcus London and Wicked Pictures that focuses on the sordid situation of uber-assassin / spy, Stormy Daniels. In the film, Stormy has grown tired of her life of intrigue andafter one last hit (on Tommy Gunn)she wishes to retire and spend her time with her husband (Marcus London). Unfortunately for her, her boss (Brad Armstrong) isnt a big fan of her retirement plans and sends a fellow assassin (Kaylani Lei) to eliminate her. Not your normal fun and games, nope something goes terribly wrong and you see the consequences unfold with a couple twists and turns along the way. Good sex scenes too featuring Stormy in three, one with Katie Morgan and another solid one with August which opens the movie. Welcome fans to a quick take on this Stormy Daniels flick where she's either crazy or actually being watched, hence the title Watching Samantha. It's got a top notch cast of talent so far as features go in Randy Spears, Stephen St. Croix, Avena Lee, and Kirsten Price who I think had just become a Wicked Girl when this was shot. The jist of the story is Stormy's character feeling like she's being watched, that there's some kind of presence she senses often when she wakes up at night, etc. Of course it's all true but there's a perfectly natural explanation for this. Randy tries to play the good husband and Avena and Stephen their good close friends who both seem concerned about the behaviour of Stormy. The story progresses ok with mostly hints of the supposed watching with no actual overt signs save for a shower scene where Stormy goes out when she thinks she's heard something and coming back the words I See you are traced in the mist of the mirror. It starts off with the internal affairs talking to the whole valley squad about all the illegal stuff they do. Scene One- Julia Ann and Randy. Personally, Ive never seen porn with this much storyline, so many cast members (tons of extras), tremendous costumes (most of it is set in Victorian times), a dancing horse (no kidding), a pistol duel, a sword fight, and the torching of a house. Stormy Daniels is the star, and she opens the story on her wedding day. As she makes the final adjustments on her gown, her mother, Veronica Hart, gives her a locket and starts telling the tale of the generations-old necklace and what it symbolizes. Back we go in time towell, Im not going to give you all the plotlines. Suffice to say Stormy plays her great-grandmother (a peasant) during the flashback. Randy Spears is the evil land baron shes forced to marry. I have no doubt Spears could have made it as an actor in legitimate Hollywood films had he not chosen the jizz biz. With the upcoming XRCO's I saw this title in the nominations and I hadn't checked it out yet and I was curious as I'm a fan of Stormy, Jessica's and I saw a few other's in here I love such as Kinzie, Rita, Taryn, and Katja. Jonathan Morgan has carved out quite a career as director and seeing him take on the horror genre in a spoof kind of way was also intriguing. I gave up counting how many horror films they were spoofing, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Ring, Friday the 13th, Halloween, I mean they went all out. The story is this: Stormy has just been dumped by her long time boyfriend, and is still trying to get over it. Well, when Barret moves in across the street, he kind of helps. We also are introduced to the rather odd inhabitants of Stormy's neighborhood as the story progresses. There are five sex scenes, and all of them are short. The first is between Evan Stone and Nicky. This scene stands out for one major reason. Both people in the scene are wearing snorkaling (sp?) gear. So, she goes down on him, his flippers flapping around. The plot involves princess Stormy fleeing evil overlord Mike Horner and his sidekicks Kyle and Devinn, with the help of her protectors, Randy and Evan. General Impression This is a truly funny parody of just about every space-themed tv show or movie that I've seen. The humor is closest in temperament to the smirky, wry Mystery Science Theater 3000. The budget for this feature was $200,000 -- about six times the amount that Morgan is usually given. No expense was spared, and it shows in the impressive costumes, stage sets, special effects, and makeup. I found it thoroughly enjoyable, and would recommend it to friends. Several of the actors did a particularly fine job, Evan Stone, Devinn Lane, Mike Horner, and Randy Spears among them. Description This is a lightweight Wicked Feature with condom use. General Impression The plot isn't particularly well-integrated with the sex, and seems to contradict it in one scene. The sex is good, but doesn't have a lot of chemistry. Sex April, Stormy, and Olivia Saint kick it off with a pussy-eating and dildo-wielding threesome. Expectations My recent experience with Jim Enright movies has been less than stellar. Let's hope this one is better. Capsule Review This one is par for the course. A basically boring, plot heavy porno piece with very little attention to the heat of the sex. I don't understand why April, who is a very sexy piece, can't turn it up a notch when it comes to sex. Of course, she's in good company here since only the first two scenes radiate any heat at all. Technical While the technical camera work and audio are satisfactory, the movie is uniformly too dark and dreary.
