The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very well done. The audio is clear, and only has a few very minor background noises. The balance is normally very well done but does falter a time or two (thankfully never so much to really interfere with the action). The video is very nicely presented in anamorphic widescreen, which is a very nice surprise. There's just a touch of grain and the lighting shows plenty of care. The camera work sis also very smooth and balanced.

Music: The music is here and there throughout the movie. It's always nicely balanced with the audio when it's there, and the style varies a little throughout the movie.

Menus: The main menu nicely mixes a little animation, the boxcover, and a clip of the movie for a good first impression. The chapter menu is sadly generic, which is nothing new for Wicked, and just lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a chapter number rather than something meaningful, like the names of the performers in the scenes.

The Feature

Eric's sick of being a loser. When he loses his job and comes home he finds his girlfriend leaving him to be with the cable guy he decides to take the Devil (Devon) up on her offer of three wishes in exchange for his soul. When he sees how wrong things can get he turns to hot neighbor Stormy for help.

Scene 1 - Jasmine Byrne and Nick Jacobs

While Eric's at work trying to figure out where his report is, his woman Jasmine is grabbing it on the bed while Nick licks her pussy. Although she does a decent job there's also something about Devon that just doesn't do much for me. This is a pretty good scene, but not nearly as good as the others.

Scene 4 - Devon Michaels and Stormy Daniels

After getting into some poofy red and white lingerie, Devon and Stormy get it on on Devon's desk. Devon quickly moves down to suck Stormy's big fat titties before dropping down to lick her pussy. Scene 5 - Stormy Daniels and Eric Masterson

3 Wishes is a very enjoyable adult feature. Yes, the subject is more than a little familiar with how many mainstream movies have done the “selling your soul to the devil” story, and here it works just as well. The story is predictable, but at the same time it works with a lot of credit going to Eric Masterson. Eric's shown himself to be a good comedic adult actor in the past, and Stormy makes him work nicely here with both corny lines and physical comedy. He also has great chemistry with Stormy, who does a great job as the girl next door who he should have noticed long ago. Although I can't say that she does too much for me sexually, Devon did a great job as the Devil here to help round out the big three in the movie. Sexually the movie was just as good, with Devon's scene with the guys being the only scene that didn't really do a lot for me. All that said, 3 Wishes shows why Stormy Daniels should be getting a heck of a lot more attention as a director. The sex in her movies continues to improve, and is easily some of the best that's being put out in Wicked's current features. There's also a fun feeling to her movies complete with enjoyable storylines, chemistry, and a feeling like the movie isn't there just to break the monotony between sex scenes. 3 Wishes might stumble a time or two, but it's still a very enjoyable feature that puts plenty of care towards both the story and sex and is well worth checking out.

The Extra Stuff

Trailers are included for 3 Wishes, Camp Cuddly Pines Powertool Massacre, Watching Samantha, Eternity, Skin Deep, Second Thoughts, and What's a Girl Gotta Do. Star stats are included for Stormy, Jasmine Byrne, Eva Angelina, and Devon Michaels that give a photo of the star, a Wicked filmography, a little personal information, and a link to the star's scene. There’s also a bonus scene, bloopers, a commentary, several featurettes, and a behind the scenes featurette.

As usual with Wicked's releases, several photo galleries are included. The main photo gallery lasts about four and a half minutes with about seven seconds per decent looking snapshot. Star galleries are included for each of the ladies, each of which lasts a little over two and a quarter minutes with about seven seconds per good looking snapshot.

Stormy teams up with Devon Michaels for a commentary track. Stormy talks about the things she learned on the movie while giving plenty of credit to those who helped her out. She also talks about the things that went right and wrong, and shares a few humorous stories. There's also a fair amount of dead air, but it's still better than a lot of other commentaries out there. This is a pretty good commentary track.

The blooper reel lasts about a minute and a half. It revolves almost completely around Eric Masterson, and includes both screwups and him goofing a little. It's a nice little featurette that has a few chuckles.

All Access: The Making of 3 Wishes lasts twenty three minutes and features Mark Stone behind the camera. Stormy starts things out talking about how nice and pure she is in the movie as well as how she wrote the movie somewhat around Devon. After shooting their scene together, the action moves to Billy and Tommy preparing for their scene with Billy getting the fun of contacts. Devon adds a little more here and there before Jasmine talks about not being a big fan of bras and about sucking cock before shooting her scene. There's also a few words with Eva Angelina before her scene and a little prep for the gym scene. Finally, there's a few words with Stormy about being her first movie both fully in front of the camera and behind it. This is a very nice behind the scenes featurette. There's a bit of each scene and plenty of personality from the cast. It was very nice to hear Mark Stone interviewing the cast a bit, as he always seems to bring so much out of them, and Stormy did a great job adding to the featurette throughout it. This is one of the best Wicked behind the scenes featurettes I've seen in a while.

Deleted Scene - Jada Fire, Lexi L’Amour, and Ethan Cage

Lexi and Jada surprise landlord Ethan with a hot tub in his place that he doesn't think they can have. Currently, many of Wicked's DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $25 with a few stores offering them at the low end. This one's nicely worth the money. Both the sex and the story are well done, and there's some nice effort put into the technical aspects. The extras also show some very nice care to round things out. This is a very nice DVD that really needs to be checked out by anybody looking for a lighter romantic porn comedy.
