Switch is about a married couple who, in a moment of feeling extremely under appreciated by each other, wishes the other could see things from their point of view for a day...

Starring as Kim is the always gorgeous Stormy Daniels who also wrote and directed this movie. Ms Daniels offers some clever, gender based insights in a delightfully funny way. Her acting, in what is sure to earn multiple AVN and XBIZ nominations for next year, is even more impressive than usual. Seeing her artfully deliver a performance as a man stuck in a woman's body is a joy to watch. Some of my favorite highlights include her maneuvering up stairs in heels, discovering her boobs and a moment of existential angst when she tries to determine what her interaction with Mel really means.

Michael Vegas stars as David. This is seventh time Mr. Vegas has been under the direction of Stormy Daniels and he shines in each project. There is not another actor in the industry today that could have portrayed the sensitivity of a woman without being campy. Mr. Vegas has illustrated repeatedly that his comedic timing and subtle delivery are impeccable. His stellar performance in Switch is no exception. My favorite moments include the laugh out loud 'golf match' with Brendon Miller and Dani Daniels. This scene shows Mr. Vegas' excellent physical comedy skills, as well. Not to be missed are his gardening moment and questioning whether or not 'he' was drugged and explaining why he might have been. Those are just the highlights of a bright and brilliant performance that never falters during the entire film.

I believe that any decent actor can do drama, but it takes a gift to do comedy really well. Brendon Miller is exceptionally gifted. Playing Jarrod, David's brother, Mr. Miller made me laugh so hard during his explanation of being adopted that I had to stop the movie, laugh myself to tears and go back to see what I had missed. If watching an adult actor more for his acting skills than his (incredibly good) sex skills is wrong, I don't want to be right.

Dani Daniels as the ball busting boss is so well done you would almost believe she is that mean in real life. She isn't.

Finally, don't miss Johnny Castle as Dylan in his improvised moment at the end of the film. He doesn't just make the audience laugh. He cracked up the cast and crew as well. Now THAT is truly difficult.

Switch is a lovely and engaging comedy that is definitely couples and/or female fan friendly. With its good-natured humor it lightly carries an important message for any couple. Never stop working on your communication with the people you love.
