Adam Christopher's remake keeps the basic story from Paul Thomas' film however, Adam Christopher has made some changes so that one isn't watching the same movie with different cast members. Adam Christopher's version of Bad Wives isn't as good as Paul Thomas' version, but then again Paul Thomas' version would be tough to beat this doesn't mean that Adam Christopher's Bad Wives is bad, because it isn't. The movie makes for fun viewing and is recommended.

Review brief: Bad Wives is an excellent feature film from director Paul Thomas that is one of the modern classics. However, Vivid has done a horrible job with their DVD release of Bad Wives by using what they are calling the director's cut of the film that has excised more of the film then is included on the disc. The result is an absolute hack job that barely even resembles the original film. Vivid promised a Collector's Edition release of the movie with the uncut movie on it over a decade ago that never materialized. Sadly, this reviewer can't recommend this hack job of a modern classic.
