VCX has just released a 40th anniversary edition (never mind that it’s only 36 years old) in a special 2-disk “Definitive Collector’s Edition). Devil's Ecstasy likely started life as a softcore film that was changed to hardcore during the production. The film itself is a horror and adult hybrid, where the adult portion doesn't work so well but the horror portion is entertaining.
