Review:
Narrated by the beautiful blonde legend, Jesie St. James, and the curly-haired, balding John Seeman, "The Raincoat Crowd" (a.k.a. "That's Porno") is a 1979 release from Adele Robbins and VCX that offers up a couple of dozen clips and loops featuring some of the hottest and best-known names of porn's Golden Age. There's Annette Haven, Georgina Spelvin, Desiree Cousteau, Jean Jennings, Terri Hall, Serena, Suzanne McBain, and many, many more featured...all with sizzling sex scenes from their horny heydays. Dirty, sticky facials abound, as does hot oral, vaginal, and girl-on-girl action, captured on gritty, old-school film that gives the entire affair a distinctly seedy vibe...and charm. Highlights include Eileen Wells taking a John Holmes anal, Georgina Spelvin sucking, fucking, and then jerking a spurting facial out of Jesse Adams, Veri Knotty panty-stuffing Suzanne McBain and then removing the undies with her teeth, Tina Louise going full-DP with Mike Ranger and R.J. Reynolds, Arcadia Lake giving up her backside to Eric Edwards, and more. Jesie and John ultimately get it on, as well, capping off what can only be termed a raunchy, carnal crash-course on the ins and outs (pardon the pun) of classic porn. While this flick's format does make it distinctly plot-light, its beat-off value--which is through the roof--more than makes up for it. For fans of the era and / or those looking to get a quick (sexy) glimpse of as many of its stars as possible, this one is distinctly worthy of a watch. Hands down and dicks up, it's a winner!
