Review:
The bubbly brunette Betty Boop of porno past, Desiree Cousteau, finds herself as the latest in a string of sexual submissives to be subjugated by the demanding Pat Manning and her pervy sidekick, John Leslie. Such is the case in "Getting Off" (a.k.a.: "Slaves of Love"), a very good, 1979 release from VCX and Hayes DuPree. In this film, Ms. Cousteau's erotic indoctrination has her going through a variety of sexual scenarios that test both her endurance and her willingness to partake, all whilst tales of fellow slaves--often equally depraved and delicious--are recounted and played through. While it likely won't appeal to the fans of more modern gonzo fare, fans of classics, Desiree, and those curious enough to step outside of the box and take a trip down mammary lane will all enjoy this one. Ms. Cousteau really was one of the best in her day, and she should absolutely not be forgotten.

In terms of the sex, Scene One finds Pat Manning and John Leslie putting the elegantly adorable Desiree Cousteau--who's clad in a white sundress and red, wide-brimmed hat--through a full range of erotic paces. Kicking off with a short stroll through a garden, the trio ultimately settles down next to a tea table, and the domination begins. Pat has Desiree open up her dress--revealing a breast and her ample bush--and then has her insert a (supposedly) thorned rose into her pussy. They force her to hold it there--with (supposed) bleeding--and then to urinate (Scene Four) in front of them. She manages some fairly decent streams under pressure here. In Scene Two, a hesitant lingerie model, the frizzy-haired brunette Crystal Royce, really comes (...literally...) into her own under the hot lights of the studio.
