Combining a porno and super heroes sounded like a lot of fun. Its a Vivid release, so I dont expect too much. Initial Reaction: Its a lot of fun and my favorite of the Brat movies so far, but I wonder what happened to the rest of the cast. Audio /Video Quality: Both are pretty good for the age of the movie. The audio has a little dubbing and there are a couple spots that are kind of hard to hear, but its better than I expected. The video is slightly grainy and has a few cloudy spots. Its a little better than the other Brat movies and pretty respectable for the age of the movie when one considers what the original was probably like. Music: The music is a lot of fun and helps out the movie a lot.

Review brief: Im always on the lookout for good precondom porn, so I was very excited when I popped this one into my DVD player. Originally shot on 16mm, School Daze stars 6 relatively unknown guys doing all that nasty bareback sex and sperm guzzling that we have come to expect from movies from the early 80s. There are only 3 scenes here, but the first one lasts about 45 minutes. Things start out promising enough. The audio is uneven at times and the dialogue is very hard to hear in several places. The video is extremely fuzzy throughout almost the entire movie. Im guessing that the original wasnt in too good of shape, but it doesnt look like any effort has been made to improve it. Music: Its normally overpowering and your typical late eighties porn music. False Advertising: Champagne is listed on the cover but doesnt appear anywhere in the movie. Review: Nymphobrat returns to the world of Julianne and Morty (Tom Byron).

Smart move. Cast: Kristi Myst, Nici Sterling, Shara Sands, Jessie Daye, Alex Sanders, Gerry Pike, Kyle Stone, Mr. Marcus and one woman who appeared to not want to be named for obvious reasons. Initial Expectations: Cinderellas Buffy Series went for quite a while. I never saw any of them when they first came out, but since theyre some of the first titles Cinderella is bringing out on DVD I have some hopes for them. Initial Reaction: I think it was put best by Monty Python when they all said RUN AWAY!. Audio /Video Quality: The audio is okay at best and not well balanced. This is perfection compared to the video quality. At best it reaches the quality of VHS and it doesnt do that too often. Music: The music is almost always too loud and is the typical mid 1990s porno music.

The sex scenes mostly sound pretty good. The dialogue, however, is often very hard to hear or understand. Thankfully the video is better. It still has a few problems, like an extremely noticeable layer change and some bad focus flashes, but most of the picture is very clear. Music: The music ranges from a little loud to very overpowering and is your typical porno music. Review: Promises starts out looking like a romantic style couples movie.

Review brief: First off, I wish studios would match the credits with the performers, especially when they are compilations of older titles as it's difficult to track down who is who. It begins with Tim Barnett wearing a leather outfit catching Devyn Foster in an alley jerking off to a magazine. The audio has some dubbing but most of the dialogue is pretty clear. The video has some grain and suffers some from poor lighting in areas. On the plus side, its probably a little more realistic lighting in some of these scenes. Unfortunately, it isnt that way for all of them. Music: I think theres only two songs through the entire movie. Theyre normally well balanced but get really annoying.

Its not that common that new features come out looking this good. There are still a few flaws, such as a little grain to the picture during some of the movie, but thats about it. The audio is very clear and doesnt have any outdoor noise. Music: The music is well balanced and extremely varied. The music from the first scene Ive heard in other features, and the second scene is an 80s style rock song with lyrics.

Theres a few soft focus problems but theyre only for a split second a couple times in the movie. Music: None. Review: Normally its a really bad sign when the cover and the movie cant agree on things.

The story is thin and the scenes arent really related too much, just 5 segments with one being a solo. The guys are all average looking which is refreshing. Review brief: While BARBARA BROADCAST is a true classic in the annals (or is that "anals?")of adult movies, I must admit that this film has never been, and probably would never will be, a favorite of mine despite this superb DVD presentation by VCA Classics. As it so happens, my ardent interest in porn coincided with a time where videotape reigned supreme, and where any incompetent with a video camera, a flood light, and a hotel room could easily make their own pornographic masterpiece. Suffice to say, I completely missed the era of true blue movie classics of the seventies and early eighties (which included titles like DEEP THROAT, INSATIABLE, ROOMMATES, and BEHIND THE GREEN DOOR) for which porn historians like Jim Holliday sing their praises. Still, though I lack the cultural background to appreciate fully the golden age of adult movies, their overall erotic effect is not lost upon me, nor should it be lost upon anyone who enjoys watching carnally raw, hot sex.

Review brief: If Karen Dior were given a bit more of a budget her movies might not be that bad, unfortunately she doesnt have much so they tend to be average at best. The story is thin and the scenes arent really related too much, just 5 segments with one being a solo. The guys are all average looking which is refreshing. Review brief: While BARBARA BROADCAST is a true classic in the annals (or is that "anals?")of adult movies, I must admit that this film has never been, and probably would never will be, a favorite of mine despite this superb DVD presentation by VCA Classics. As it so happens, my ardent interest in porn coincided with a time where videotape reigned supreme, and where any incompetent with a video camera, a flood light, and a hotel room could easily make their own pornographic masterpiece. Suffice to say, I completely missed the era of true blue movie classics of the seventies and early eighties (which included titles like DEEP THROAT, INSATIABLE, ROOMMATES, and BEHIND THE GREEN DOOR) for which porn historians like Jim Holliday sing their praises. Still, though I lack the cultural background to appreciate fully the golden age of adult movies, their overall erotic effect is not lost upon me, nor should it be lost upon anyone who enjoys watching carnally raw, hot sex.

Theres also some bad background noise in a few places. Music: None. Disc Problems: The feature is split between two main chapters (as is the time code). The first lasts 83 minutes and the second 55 minutes. You cant scan back from the second main chapter into the previous chapter.

Theres also a lot of pixelation flashes towards the end of the movie. Music: To call it cheesy would be a compliment. It ranges from well balanced to extremely overpowering. Review: Inferno tries to get by on the charm of leading lady Teri Weigel, which seems kind of strange as this is her first movie. Teri had a huge following, and she shows a lot of talent in Inferno .
