When I first saw this movie not too long ago, I was surprised to discover just how much I enjoyed its fun depiction of anal sex. The girls are cute (which always helps). "Bad" is probably the weakest John Leslie movie I have seen. Even weak John Leslie is usually better than 90 of the usual porn, but this movie is a true disappointment and deserves it's title. Still I have to say that weak John Leslie films are ten times better than weak Paul Thomas movies. One of the problems of this DVD is that it is so edited down. IAFD lists the original as 82 minutes and the DVD version runs 67. It is obvious that plot elements are missing and at times the movie makes little sense, unless you read reviews of the original VHS tape. The plot concerns a girl named Pat (Iiesha), who is sent to the Attitude Adjustment Center by her parents (Lauren Hall and Jamie Gillis). It is there that she will be under the control of Dr. Deeeeeep (not sure how many E's there are, but you get the point), played by Joey Silvera. Marc Wallice, Tom Byron, Peter North, and others play patients. Supposedly, Wallice convinces Dr. Deeeeeep to hypnotize Pat and then has his way with her. [read the full review]

Still I have to say that weak John Leslie films are ten times better than weak Paul Thomas movies. One of the problems of this DVD is that it is so edited down. IAFD lists the original as 82 minutes and the DVD version runs 67. It is obvious that plot elements are missing and at times the movie makes little sense, unless you read reviews of the original VHS tape. The plot concerns a girl named Pat (Iiesha), who is sent to the Attitude Adjustment Center by her parents (Lauren Hall and Jamie Gillis). It is there that she will be under the control of Dr. Deeeeeep (not sure how many E's there are, but you get the point), played by Joey Silvera. Marc Wallice, Tom Byron, Peter North, and others play patients. Supposedly, Wallice convinces Dr. Deeeeeep to hypnotize Pat and then has his way with her. [read the full review]

It really wasn't about "the making of" like I thought it was going to be. I kept wanting to see what was actually involved in the making of the flik. Like a breakdown of how a flik shoot is planned, what kinda prep for sex the people go through and so on. We do get a little of that, but no where near as much as I was expecting or hoping for. Seymore just chatted it up with the porn stars and kinda horsed around behind the scenes. It was fun to watch to some extent, but not something I would put in my DVD collection. It really wasn't about "the making of" like I thought it was going to be. I kept wanting to see what was actually involved in the making of the flik. Like a breakdown of how a flik shoot is planned, what kinda prep for sex the people go through and so on. We do get a little of that, but no where near as much as I was expecting or hoping for. The performers are exceptionally attractive, the scenery is erotically intriguing, and the music is excitingly sensual. Sadly, the video quality is poor enough for me to notice. With no cast list and great advertisements like These red hair babes slam it harder and Red hot that will make cum (sounds like a curry recipe), how can you doubt the title of this DVD? Anyhow, lets keep this review short and simple. This was a giveaway DVD, ostensibly containing hot scenes with hot redheads. Personally, Ive always had a thing for redheads but theres little in porn to satisfy this craving (Gwen Summers pretty much not that thats a bad thing). Ive reviewed some bad porn lately but this is a ridiculously tepid offering that stands out, even amongst the Vivid movies. Its come to my attention lately that Ive been giving some ridiculously low scores of late. All I can say is that these movies honestly deserve these scores and arent worth any money. This was my first Adult DVD, and starring Stacy Valentine, I was certain that it would be worth the money. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right DVD to choose. The plot is extremely weak and weird, the cast of actresses, while hot, never seem to be able to pick up any momentum in the sex, because of the screwy camera which keeps switching angles so fast that by the time the picture reached from my brain to my dick, it was a completely different shot. Not to mention the fact that while the sex shows some promise, there never is really anything to get your motor running. Most shots don't show enough or move simply too fast. And without a doubt, the biggest crime of all, is not enough Stacy!!! She does one oral at the beginning that you can barely make out because of the lovely aforementioned angle switching, and the final scene with her, Mark Davis and Stephanie Swift is too darkly lit and really not at all explicit. Clocking in at 2 hours and 16 minutes this feature is way too long. The story line, for a porno anyway, is way way way too complicated. It is a nice idea to be thorough but does anyone really care about the true history of the sorority, and the meaning of its Cajun roots and legacies? And what the hell is this time warp thing at the end with Jill Kelly's only dialogue in the film? But I do like the witty intelligence thrown in - especially the music references to Warren Zevon and "Lawyers, Guns, and Money" and Van Morrison's "Tupelo Honey" (those are a few topics I never thought I would encounter in erotic cinema reviews). Oh and the sex --- pretty good stuff - but too many blondes. The standouts are Gere, Ireland, Ashton, and Serenity though the bulk of the picture seems to belong to LaVeaux. Houston's hair was terrible but she gave a good fuck and I can't complain if Stacy Valentine is one of the blondes (though her makeup was terrible). The individual sex scenes are very good but of course the highlight is the huge virtually all girl orgy at the end. [read the full review]

The Plot: As you can tell from the title, this is part three of a series. I really wish I'd seen the first two. I might know a bit more where these people were coming from. I dropped this happy disk into my DVD player, expecting a fairly brainless ho-hum, low budget porn flick. I should have paid more attention. Two clues went right by me until I watched the opening credits. Clue number one: This is VCA putting out this DVD, so they have the talent. Clue number two: Executive producer is Antonio Passolini. Aha! As far as I can gather, the Upsilon Sigma Sorority has apparently been using voodoo rituals to kidnap fraternity guys to use them for breeding purposes. The girls stay young and fresh through depraved rituals, and use the guys for stud service whenever they feel the need or want children. I don't really see the problem, but I suppose the guys don't like being kept around and screwed silly every now and then. Whatever. Anyhow, our movie starts with the capture of the latest recruit for stud service. [read the full review]

Why am I reviewing this movie now? Well, I've never seen it before. Flashpoint was filmed in 1997 and debuted on VHS in 1998 (I think); the eagerly-anticipated DVD followed in 1999. After enjoying Loaded (featuring Jesse Jane) recently, I thought I'd give a shot at one of the most celebrated adult feature films in the last five or so years. Without a doubt, Jenna Jameson is the biggest adult film star since the late Nineties, but to be honest, I can't count myself amongst the Jenna worshippers. I don't know why this is; she's actually a decent actress and her sex scenes are usually very high caliber. Flashpoint's cast reads like a Who's Who in porn for the late Nineties. We've seen all of them in scenes after this, but watching this 6+ years after it was shot makes them look especially nice; it's like watching Faye Dunaway in Chinatown. Jenna's probably at the pinnacle of her adult career in Flashpoint. The Story Tragedy strikes as a firefighter gets killed in the line of duty. [read the full review]

For many reasons this film works. it is hot, literally. the fire is everywhere -- and the soapy story is entertaining enough for this kind of feature. scene by scene, it is a hot ordeal. The first fuck for Jenna is by the numbers but hot nonetheless. The 2-on-1 with Jill and Johnni is stellar. Though the buildup is odd, without provocation, the results are tour de force for both. Hearing them talk dirty is intense. The orgy fantasy sequence hits the spot. Sindee usually doesnt do it for me, but fucking alonside Jill and Johnni made her good enough. Next is my favorite scene, the 4way with Asia and Sydnee. Finally, some dark hair beauties . Asia never looked better, especially when getting wet in the pool. Both these hot cocksluts fuck hard and it is at this point, I want to jump right in. in terms of blac/dark brown hair beauties, the only ones hotter to me are Rocki Roads and Jewel DeNyle but if I want to finish this reveiew I better stop thinking about it.
