Initial Expectations: I’ve been impressed with this series, and am going in with high expectations.

Initial Reaction: It’s a nice compilation, but the video sucks.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody who’s a fan of Alexandra Silk or who’s even just curious about her.

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants top notch technical aspects

Audio /Video Quality: As usual with any compilation, the technical aspects vary from scene to scene. The audio is pretty good through most of the scenes, but there are a few background noises that rear their ugly head throughout the movie. The video isn’t quite as nice. There’s some noticeable grain throughout almost the entire movie, and the lighting varies from scene to scene.

Music: Just like with the technical aspects, the music varies from scene to scene. It often has a decent balance with the rest of the audio, but does get a bit loud at times.

Menus: As usual with this series, the menus are nicely done. The main menu is nicely animated and the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and to choose between the start of the scene and the pop shot.

The Feature: Adam & Eve’s Signature Series puts a little twist on the standard couples feature. It starts out by building the compilation around an interview with the star, and having another porn star interview the featured star. In this case, the star is Alexandra Silk and the interviewer is Joel Lawrence. As they chat, past scenes are brought out before they finish things up with a brand new scene. They talk about the common things like sex, Alexandra’s scenes, and some of her character while having a lot of fun at it the entire time.

The opening scene comes from Reflections and lets Alexandra Silk take on Mandy Frost and Tony Tedeschi. Alexandra starts out licking Mandi from behind before getting up on the edge of the tub for Mandi to sample her treats. Alexandra enjoys Mandi’s tongue, and then lets Mandi watch and masturbate while she sucks Tony’s cock and takes it in both her snatch and ass missionary style. Alexandra finishes the scene taking Tony’s duck droppings on her great natural tits. It’s an okay scene that didn’t do a lot for me. Once Tony got in on the action, Mandi was basically left out of the scene. It was also quite dark for much of the scene, which both did and didn’t work for me throughout the scene. The main thing that keeps the scene going is Alexandra’s enthusiasm. I have a feeling that this scene would have bombed with almost any other actress, but she makes it work at least halfway well.

The second scene comes from Gettin’ Wet: Last Howl and pairs Alexandra with Kyle Stone. They talk about Kyle’s upcoming marriage before Alexandra swallows Kyle’s cock. As usual, Alexandra puts a ton of energy into her work while obviously enjoying every second of it. Kyle doesn’t bother to eat her pussy, instead letting her go straight to riding his cock. He plays with her ass a little as she fucks him and then moves to fuck each of her holes from behind. They finish things off with a decent pop on Alexandra’s ass. It’s a pretty good scene, and doesn’t do too bad continuing with the feel of the talk leading into the scene. Last Tango and lets Alexandra work with Asia Carrera and John Decker. She mentions leaving, but Alexandra convinces her to stay and join them. Alexandra warms John up while Asia rides his face, and then lets Asia lay back for John to fuck her. Surprisingly, she’s the only one fucked and missionary is the only position before John pops on Asia’s stomach. This is a bit of an odd scene here since Alexandra is barely in it. It’s an okay scene, but just seems off for an Alexanera Silk compilation.

Next up, Alexandra takes on Chloe in a scene from No Regrets. It’s a hot scene with nice energy and great chemistry. T. T. isn’t as rough as he often is, but there’s still some nice intensity to it.

It’s a hot scene that doesn’t disappoint after how much it was led up to through the rest of the feature.

Adam & Eve’s Signature Series: Alexandra Silk is a very nicely done compilation. She and Joel Lawrence have great chemistry throughout the feature, and make the interviews almost as fun as the sex. The sex scenes are nicely chosen, and offer a great look at why Alexandra is as popular as she is. There’s group, lesbian, anal, and just plain old couples sex here, and in each and every case Alexandra does a great job. Even her new scene with Joel Lawrence should make her fans happy. It all works together to make Adam & Eve’s Signature Series: Alexandra Silk a compilation that Alexandra and her fans should be proud of. The only thing that really holds it back is the grainy video.

Yes, the technical aspects are lacking, but the feature is a very nicely done compilation and there’s some decent extras.

Note to Adam & Eve: A little more attention towards your technical aspects here would have gone a long, long way!
