Pre-Viewing Expectations
What guy, in the unlikely event of being pent up in a hospital, hasn't fantasized about a sexy nurse coming into their room and doing a bit of (to borrow from the song) Sexual Healing? Does "Sexy Nurses On and Off Duty" fullfil this fantasy? About the only thing the case says on this one is that the nurses will make sure you are sexually healthy whether or not they are on duty. It does point out that this is from their "Classic Collection" meaning it has been digitally remastered and re-released on DVD format.
The Main Event
The first scene opens with a nurse saying it is 10 midnight and she's waiting for four doctors to join her in the room. She's wearing a white outfit, and the typical white hat with the red cross sybol on it. Do nurses even wear such hats anymore? Soon enough, the four guys enter, already nude. Glad I don't see nude doctors walking around the halls when I'm unfortunate enough to be at the hospital. They stand around her stroking themselves while she rubs herself and starts to remove clothing. Soon, a second female nurse joins in, and they split off, two men to each woman. There is a fair amount of oral sex, and even a DP (oral/vaginal) scene. There is even a bit of interracial action going on. The scene ends with the typical money shot, where each guy gets his turn to blow his load.
Next scene starts with the second nurse at home on bed saying she's in pain because she just satisfied four guys. Truth be told, she only satisfied two guys, the other nurse took care of the other two. Since this nurse is at home, and not in her nurse's outfit, there isn't anything in this scene to keep the nurse fantasy going. With the entrance of a muscle bound, spandex clad jock, the viewer can say "bu-bye" to the nurse fantasy. This is another interracial scene, and the one I like to refer to as "The Case of the Disappearing Panties". She's giving him some oral attention, while still wearing panties. As the camera pans around to change the viewing angle, suddenly, she doesn't have any panties on. A case for the X-Files, or just bad editing? I won't say, but the truth is out there. After some traditional positions, the scene ends with the usual money shot.
Third scene opens with a stableboy sweeping out a stable. A stable? That's right, I said stable. Somehow, I doubt they can revive the nurse fantasy with a location like this one. In walks a female vet, saying she'd been called to check out the stud. See where this one's going yet? Since there isn't any livestock in this stable, she proceeds to check out the stableboy. And gosh-darn weren't they lucky to have a blanket in the stable so she wouldn't have to lay in the hay?
A guy who's sick and at home in bed opens the next scene. In walks a friend saying she has to work and can't be staying home to be his personal nurse. She climbs over him in bed and says she's going to suck the sickness out of him and starts to give him some oral attention. It's the only reference to a nurse made in this entire scene. It's another interracial scene, with some energetic 69 action. She must have sucked a bit too hard because by the end of the scene, she's the one with the cold.
Final scene has the vet at home on the couch with her roommate, and she's telling her about the stud she checked out in the stable. The start off playing solo with some toys, but soon drop the toys for some girl-girl action. Did you find the nurse in this scene? Good, 'cuse neither did I.
The Details
The audio, while not bad, had a bit of an echo to it at times, indicating they were on a soundstage. Also, in some of the scenes, there was a fair amound of background noise from the production crew. And while the front of the case has the Dolby Digital logo and the DTS logo, these only apply to the movie trailers on the DVD, not the movie itself.
The video was shot on older equipment, since this is a classic collection release. Therefore the video isn't very sharp. It is still clear, but somewhat muted. There is a bit of flairing around objects, which I think is from the remastering as it occurs on my projection TV setup, as well as on the computer. Also, the camera seems to focus on faces a lot, rather than the action. Showing the people is important, but it shouldn't overshadow the action, which is the reason the viewer is watching.
As for extras, there is a chapters index, a 20 photo slide show, 11 trailers on side B of the DVD, company info and the company website.
Conclusion
If you're looking for some average porn with some average looking women, or if your a big fan of Carol Cummings, this just might be your thing. But if you're looking for something to help with that nurse fantasy, this one is sure to disappoint.
