Bad (VCA) review summaries:

"Bad" is probably the weakest John Leslie movie I have seen. Even weak John Leslie is usually better than 90 of the usual porn, but this movie is a true disappointment and deserves it's title. Still I have to say that weak John Leslie films are ten times better than weak Paul Thomas movies. One of the problems of this DVD is that it is so edited down. IAFD lists the original as 82 minutes and the DVD version runs 67. It is obvious that plot elements are missing and at times the movie makes little sense, unless you read reviews of the original VHS tape. The plot concerns a girl named Pat (Iiesha), who is sent to the Attitude Adjustment Center by her parents (Lauren Hall and Jamie Gillis). It is there that she will be under the control of Dr. Deeeeeep (not sure how many E's there are, but you get the point), played by Joey Silvera. Marc Wallice, Tom Byron, Peter North, and others play patients. Supposedly, Wallice convinces Dr. Deeeeeep to hypnotize Pat and then has his way with her. [read the full review]

The girls look fantastic, the scenes have the actual girls moaning (instead of Private dubbing it over as in most cases!), it looks like a thousand bucks and the guys aren't the 'off putting' dirty old men type. A problem with Adamo films is the sexual heat. Scenes can often look loveless and sterile, and basically without feeling. This is a complete mess. The menu indicates that there are ten scenes, but there are nowhere near ten complete scenes. There's only one decent length, watchable scene in the whole movie. This DVD consists mostly of scraps and fragments, and the video quality is appalling. Its not that the transfer is especially bad, it's just that the footage looks like it was shot in the silent era. John Leslie's "Playin' Dirty", which was part of his transition into smaller, more entertaining movies tells the story of Lloyd Dixon (Ron Jeremy), who embezzles $7 million out of his boss (Jamie Gillis). Lloyd is in cahoots with a young woman (Renee Morgan), who also does oral favors for the boss. Jeremy and Morgan are also having an affair and they plan to leave together as soon as the money comes through. Gillis also is the leader of a bike gang (Schwinns, not Harley's)whose members include Joey Silvera, Tom Byron, Heather Torrence, Marc Wallice, Sasha, and the delightfully yummy Selena Steele. However it just did not work for me. The narration by Tera Patrick was lame, the music cheesy and annoying (Micheal Bolton on a budget if that is possible), and they used of slow motion at some key points. This is the first Tera Patrick video I have watched and what I cannot understand is why the guy in each of her scenes ends up jerking himself off. What is it with these guys and with their directors? I know that a lot of people aren't fans of this, but you have to give credit where credit is do. All of my complaints with multiple angles in the past have been corrected in this movie. First, there's no icon on the screen at all. The multi- angles are throughout the entire movie for the whole scene. Both angles are great. The colors and brightness match. The angles are real-time. Meaning that you see the exact moment in the film, just a different angle. This is the way I think we all envisioned it to be in the first place... all movies until now have failed at it. Overview Finally, a movie made for DVD! It was only a matter of time before this was to happen. The only differences with this movie compared to a movie captured on video or film are picture quality, sound quality and true multiple angles. The plot isnt bad and theres some nice scenery in Paris, but the sex is very plain and cold, and there just arent any compelling reasons for couples to buy or even rent this film. Though the extras were poor, the A/V quality was good with a nice sharp picture. Heres what Houston had to say. Rebecca Lord gets things rolling with John Decker. Rebecca is a brunette with a nice body but a below average face. She also a lot of big black moles on her body (particularly on her back) and is a little thin for my taste. She goes down on Decker then climbs onto him for RC and a few other positions. Not hot and the R-rated ending focused on Decker straining, with the pop not shown at all.
