Initial Expectations: Although Fetish Therapy is the only title I’ve seen from Private’s Pirate line, it was good enough to give me high expectations for the rest of the series.

Audio /Video Quality: Private is known for having one of the best transfers in the business but Hells Belles lacks a little here. The audio is very clear, and it was dubbed pretty well for the most part. The final story, however, was dubbed horribly. Heck, they even had the girls crying out when they had a dick firmly in their mouth for the cumshot. The video is very clear but does have a couple minor spots where it’s a little blurry.

Music: The music is slightly overpowering in places but not too bad. It changes to fit the scene and even includes some nicely fitting classical style music.

Menus: The menus are very simple with the chapter menu listing them by the name of the scene.

The Feature: From the opening moment of Hells Belles , or Pirate #12 , it’s obvious that this isn’t going to be a tame porno. Of course, tame porn isn’t something one ever expects from Private, but this is nasty, fetish Private. Hells Belles contains three separate stories, all fetish related. Each scene has opening credits, so I’m fairly sure on the guys names but not positive.

The first story, Torrid Traveler features Laura Angel, who likes to travel and play kinky games. Her boyfriend Hakan often joins her in these games. The stories are short, and there’s just enough narration to set the scene up nicely. The feature is all about sex, not plot, so there isn’t much time wasted on it. It’s another great Private Pirate release that leaves me wanting more.

Note to Private: In the future, you might want to include a few more trailers for similar features on your Pirate DVDs. The people who pick up DVDs such as this will often look for more of the same. I’d also like to see your extra normally titled The Report included on these titles as well. Also, please pay a little more attention to some of your dubbing. The last scene was dubbed so poorly that it sounded like it was from another movie.
