Review brief: Most "How to..." sex videos are nothing more than a flimsy excuse to show some hardcore sex scenes with a little bit of commentary so as to avoid the "porn" categorization. This is not to say that such videos can't be informative, but obvious discussions on the art of lovemaking are usually peppered with obvious suggestions like, "Take your time. Be sensitive to your partner's needs. Enjoy the experience..." (Well, duh!). So, after noting the title of this feature, I braced myself for a methodically boring instructional video of sorts, with some graphic but sterilized scenes of oral sex. In other words, I thought I would be bored to death. However, the legendary Nina Hartley makes this video enjoyable, and yes, educational as well.

Review brief: Directed by Nick Orleans Production date 3 / 98 Starring Ashton Moore, Azlea Antistia, Shay Sweet, Brick Majors, Ian Daniels et al. Nick Orleans gained critical and public recognition with his 1999 film 'Search for the Snow Leopard' and has indeed been active since 1993 (his 1994 feature films 'Virtual Sex' and 'Erotique Optique' are good variations on the Ninn/Blake pictures), so I was interested to see on of his smaller movies, moreso since this one introduced Ashton Moore to the XXX-business. She has a very pretty face and a nice body, though the heat of her performances is no match for Jenna or Chloe... I was all the more disappointed that this was such a bland sex flick, not even the visual style was anything to behold, contrary to what one might expect.. Review : The 'naked truths' one learns from watching this video are the following : -You can only stuff your breasts with a limited amount of silicone, after which it starts to look ridiculous -Don't shoot facial cumshot scenes if the woman is not into it.

Review : Wicked Pictures releases quality DVDs every month, the latest being 'Hell on Heels', Brad Armstrong's all-girl feature starring Jenna Jameson and Nikki Tyler. Considering this, I wonder why they bothered with this unremarkable 1994 video starring the "most beautiful (but dull) woman in porn" Chasey Lain.. She stars (appropriately) as a supermodel, and a photo-shoot for an ad campaign is the first scene we are treated with in this movie. As she follows the directions of the photographer we get to see her nice legs, spellbinding eyes and big breasts.

Review brief: Shortly after reviewing MASQUERADE for Adult DVD Talk, I had the opportunity to take a gander at THE OBSESSION OF LAURE, a Wicked Pictures DVD from Marc Dorvel Video and starring gorgeous featured actress Laure Sinclair. Well, immediately after glancing at the cast listing of OBSESSION, I was almost convinced that this movie would top MASQUERADE, due to my overwheming partiality to Vicca (now a VCA contract girl) and Anita Blonde who performs in three of thirteen (!) scenes in this video. Well, after comparing my, umm..."reactions" to both films, I don't think that OBSESSION is overall as good as MASQUERADE, but then again, I saw MASQUERADE first so my expectations were already at an Olympian level. Still, THE OBSESSION OF LAURE was enough to convince me that the entire Laure Sinclair vehicles from Marc Dorcel were worth collecting, and Wicked's collection of European imports definitely give the Private line a run for their money.

As is to be expected, this new release (of an older video) from Royalle's Femme line of couples (and woman-) friendly products is the kind of gentle sex flick one might try to lure his girlfriend into porn viewing. Since there is a substantial plot to the movie, I digress from my usual synopsis/sex scene listing/conclusion review formula to describe the way the movie unfolds from start to finish. Review : After the (hokey-looking) Femme logo, we are treated to soft music and Missy examining a set of photographs she apparently took for a New York ad firm (yes folks, she's a renowned photographer allright) when Sharon Mitchell as her best friend enters the scene. You see, it's Miss Mitchell's house where Missy seems to find peace, even though she feels a "deep longing" for something she can't put her finger on.

Review brief: A mid-1990s production, TROUBLE is a foreign made video starring Vivid Girl and former Seymore Butt's sex toy Taylor Hayes. Although Stephen St. Croix also appears, both have their lines dubbed in English, which kind of reminds me of those classic Godzilla movies where non- Japanese actors had distinctly overdubbed voices. In any event, TROUBLE (not to be confused with the Tori Welles minor classic from Caballero Video) is a very hot, sexy video thanks entirely to Taylor's heated performances. Raven- haired, thin, with a cute over-bite and always smiling attitude, Taylor gives every scene her sexual-all, as she seems determined to arouse even the most jaded viewer with a white-hot performance...naturally, she succeeds. Taylor appears in three of five scenes including a straight threesome with cute Eurobabe Monica and the always reliable Steven St. Croix, a fantastic foursome, a straight scene with some lucky bastard, and finally another threesome to end the movie. Needless to say, she absolutely burns in each one of them.

Please note that I watched this on my ten year old Sanyo 20" TV, so I can't be too objective about the video quality. Audio Quality: Average. Once again, nothing special, but everything syncs well with the video. Extras: Photo Gallery, Bios of the stars, 'multiple angles', trailers, and web link. There are an amazing number of trailers included and there are cast bios on almost every person in the movie. The 'multiple angles' is the typical Vivid style where they take you to another point in the scene rather than a different angle. In a few cases, you did switch to a different point of view, but not often.

Review brief: The first time I saw this movie I was really impressed. An incredible debut by director Phil St. John, this movie delivers a strong plot which focused on a hip subculture of our youth society: Skateboarders. The casts are young and attractive. Sex scenes are powerful and full of surprises: two stunning double penetrations. I remember that when the movie was first released in VHS, I could not get a rental copy until after about three weeks. It was really a hot item. The only downside of this movie is that tape to DVD transfer quality is not among the best. All close-ups images are really good, but midrange scenes seem a bit blurry. However the DVD picture quality is usually not my concern unless its as poor as all the Sunshine releases. The reason I buy DVD is for my personal collection and allow me to watch the movies repeatedly without wearing it out like VHS tapes. I would like to introduce the cast members first. Everyone already see the cover box of this movie. The main model on the cover is Tommy Saxx.

Review brief: "Attention all you modern-day bareback lovers: Robert Prion's got another one for you!" So says "Keeneye Reeves" at the www.tlavideo.com website. After sitting through this loathsome video, I have two questions for Keeneye: Were we watching the same DVD, and where do I go to get my money back for this dreadful excuse for porn? First of all, the claim that this video contains material of interest to "bareback lovers" is a mighty big stretch: covermodel Rodd Champion (whose overgrown mohawk was SERIOUSLY unattractive) miraculously loses his condom when he pulls out of his partner after ten minutes of rubber-encased fucking. It's too bad that the FTC doesn't investigate false advertising in the adult DVD market... not only was the barebacking grossly exaggerated, but the quality of the manflesh was far from "some of hottest, most hung "normal looking" guys out there".

Review brief: ASSMAN # 2 DVD Reviewed by : Devient 8/27/00 Well as we know by now is that Anabolic is now leaking their features onto DVD. Assman is a very solid series, and it's like watching the pre- Debauchery days. Same guys, but we are now back into the 1997 days. There is still hot eastern bloc girls being molested by the dirty french guys that some of us come to like. The stress is on anal gaping, so watch out if ya don't like this kinda stuff. Another gonzo raincoater with excellent camera work and crystal clear DVD tranfer. Anabolic did a good job here, and I also that the loud volume problem I had with the first ASSMAN wasn't there this time ( I would have my volume on one and that still louder then I wanted sometimes, and who wants to watch porn muted??). Review brief: The Plot: There really isn't a plot, per se, to this disc. Think of it more like a CBT (Computer- Based Training) for anal play. I can see this up on your bookshelf in your office next to the other CBTs. Networking, Systems Design, Anal Sex, Distributed Development. Yep, it just fits right in there, doesn't it? And that, after all, is what we're talking about today. Nina whips out the lecture mode and teaches us everything you ever wanted to know about playing with your ass in four easy chapters. The first chapter is anatomy, and she describes where everything is, how it is shaped, what is sensitive, etc. in exquisite detail. If she wasn't a teacher before the adult business, she should have been. She's an excellent lecturer. She doesn't stumble over her words, she doesn't sound condescending, she enunciates well... I wish she had been teaching some of my classes in college. I would have done much better if I'd been watching her instead of the grad student I got saddled with for differential equations.

Music: There is a wide variety of music in Face Dance Part 1 and it all fits the scene it's in. It's rare that I notice music in a positive way, and I noticed it several times here. Initial Expectations: I have never been impressed with Rocco in the past since it seemed like he treated the women like dirt. I have avoided his movies because of this feeling.

Initial Expectations: I really like Nici Sterling, and Independence Day has a lot of stuff that could be made fun of in a porno, so I had fairly high expectations. Initial Response: Slightly disappointed. The Plot: Aliens come to Earth claiming to want only one thing: Nici Sterling's ass. After she 'takes one for the team', they attack us anyway. We soon find out that they are only interested in two things: blowing everything up and lots of anal sex. A handful of humans try to stop them and rescue heir human prisoners at Area 69. The Sex: The sex is pretty average. Nici Sterling's scene is by far the worst scene in the movie.

The president is caught with six hookers and he decides to flee the country with his wife and his crew. At the hideaway there are also several interns. =) Morgan is really funny as the president. Likes: Tina Tyler attitude. Morgans constant jokes and manner. Hes like a clumsy, horny guy. And he says some of the funniest things. Especially if you watch the outtakes.

Review brief: The Plot: Okay, I have to hand it to Vivid. Rarely, if ever, do they produce a movie that doesn't have a plot. Or at least a semblance of a plot. Okay, maybe a hint of a plot. True, the plot's don't always make sense, but you at least get some motivation behind why Actress A is working her way through Actors B, C, D and the sheep in the corner. Our plot today revolves around a fictitious show similar to Late Night with Old Comedian that you may watch yourself. We start with Steven St. Croix, playing himself, having a lot of fun with Alexa, a waitress he picked up in a bar. Review brief: Disclaimer: I have not finished watching the abundant extras on Dream Quest. But I wanted to in the least review the movie and the extras I have seen since there is such a demand for a Dream Quest review. The Plot: Hopeless romantic Jenna Jameson is on a quest to rescue fantasy from the underworld and return fantasy to the people. Jenna encounters scantily clad fairies, horny trolls, and sexy warriors. She does a lot of horseback riding and even swims naked in a pond. Hershel plays a perfect overlord of the underworld. In fact, all of the casting is excellent. The Princess Bride references are a nice touch. The plot held my attention throughout, though I was disappointed by some details. For example, I was hoping that a beautiful woman would embody fantasy instead its two glass balls. Costumes/Scenery: The costumes are truly outstanding and really add to the sexual heat. Stephanie Swift looks incredible in her fairy outfit her ass is one of the highlights of the movie.

Be sensitive to your partner's needs. Enjoy the experience..." (Well, duh!). So, after noting the title of this feature, I braced myself for a methodically boring instructional video of sorts, with some graphic but sterilized scenes of oral sex. Review brief: Shortly after reviewing MASQUERADE for Adult DVD Talk, I had the opportunity to take a gander at THE OBSESSION OF LAURE, a Wicked Pictures DVD from Marc Dorvel Video and starring gorgeous featured actress Laure Sinclair. Well, immediately after glancing at the cast listing of OBSESSION, I was almost convinced that this movie would top MASQUERADE, due to my overwheming partiality to Vicca (now a VCA contract girl) and Anita Blonde who performs in three of thirteen (!) scenes in this video. Well, after comparing my, umm..."reactions" to both films, I don't think that OBSESSION is overall as good as MASQUERADE, but then again, I saw MASQUERADE first so my expectations were already at an Olympian level. Still, THE OBSESSION OF LAURE was enough to convince me that the entire Laure Sinclair vehicles from Marc Dorcel were worth collecting, and Wicked's collection of European imports definitely give the Private line a run for their money.

Review brief: The first time I saw this movie I was really impressed. An incredible debut by director Phil St. John, this movie delivers a strong plot which focused on a hip subculture of our youth society: Skateboarders. The casts are young and attractive. Sex scenes are powerful and full of surprises: two stunning double penetrations. I remember that when the movie was first released in VHS, I could not get a rental copy until after about three weeks. It was really a hot item. The only downside of this movie is that tape to DVD transfer quality is not among the best. All close-ups images are really good, but midrange scenes seem a bit blurry. However the DVD picture quality is usually not my concern unless its as poor as all the Sunshine releases. The reason I buy DVD is for my personal collection and allow me to watch the movies repeatedly without wearing it out like VHS tapes. I would like to introduce the cast members first. First Impression: Wait is that the Dolby digital Trailer? Wow. This is a very well made DVD. Animated Menus plenty of extras. DTS and Dolby 5.1 Audio tracks. A Plot: Very Good plot. The president is caught with six hookers and he decides to flee the country with his wife and his crew. At the hideaway there are also several interns. =) Morgan is really funny as the president. Likes: Tina Tyler attitude. Morgans constant jokes and manner. Hes like a clumsy, horny guy. And he says some of the funniest things. Especially if you watch the outtakes.

Review brief: The Plot: Okay, I have to hand it to Vivid. Rarely, if ever, do they produce a movie that doesn't have a plot. Or at least a semblance of a plot. Okay, maybe a hint of a plot. True, the plot's don't always make sense, but you at least get some motivation behind why Actress A is working her way through Actors B, C, D and the sheep in the corner. Our plot today revolves around a fictitious show similar to Late Night with Old Comedian that you may watch yourself. We start with Steven St. Croix, playing himself, having a lot of fun with Alexa, a waitress he picked up in a bar. After having very intimate relations, Stevie discovers that the new-age bit of fluff that he brought home last night has been talking to her crystals too long. See, she and Steven have only just met last night... in this life. Ah, their souls are immortal and they have been meant for each other since time began. And if Steven doesn't like that arrangement, she'll just have to kill him and wait until the next time they meet up again. Okay.

Review brief: Disclaimer: I have not finished watching the abundant extras on Dream Quest. But I wanted to in the least review the movie and the extras I have seen since there is such a demand for a Dream Quest review. The Plot: Hopeless romantic Jenna Jameson is on a quest to rescue fantasy from the underworld and return fantasy to the people. Jenna encounters scantily clad fairies, horny trolls, and sexy warriors. She does a lot of horseback riding and even swims naked in a pond. Hershel plays a perfect overlord of the underworld. In fact, all of the casting is excellent. The Princess Bride references are a nice touch. The plot held my attention throughout, though I was disappointed by some details. For example, I was hoping that a beautiful woman would embody fantasy instead its two glass balls. Costumes/Scenery: The costumes are truly outstanding and really add to the sexual heat. Stephanie Swift looks incredible in her fairy outfit her ass is one of the highlights of the movie.

Review brief: Running Time: Over 3 hours, according to the case Director: Wit Maverick Starring: Stacy Valentine Extras: Full motion photo gallery, extra scenes with Stacy from other films, jump to a scene with Stacy, and internet access Expectations: I have never watched an adult interactive DVD, so when given the chance to review one, I jumped at it. Being my first adult interactive DVD, I wasn't sure quite what to expect. I have heard nothing but excellent reviews on 'Chasing Stacy', so I wanted to expect something great. The idea of an interactive adult DVD, just doesn't appeal to me that much, so I guess I expected to have 'a pretty good DVD, for an interactive DVD, but they just aren't for me.'. To put it short, I expected pretty good but I hated it. Review: Man, was I wrong. Chasing Stacy is amazing! Since the case said 'Over 3 hours', I planned on splitting this DVD over a couple nights, however as soon as I started I couldn't stop. Chasing Stacy is split into three sections that you can enter as you please.
