Peeping Tom's
Cast: Juli Ashton, Asia Carrera, Jill Kelly, Missy, Stephanie Swift, Michael J. Cox, Tom Byron, Alex Sanders, Mickey G., Vince Voyeur, Peter North, Shawn Rider, Bobby Vitale. Directed by Edwin Durell. Date of Production: 1996 (DVD released 2000). Running time: ~ 1 hour 35 minutes. I've been really partial to this little flick since I first saw it on VHS a few years ago; the cast features some of my favorites, the sex is generally very good, and while the story itself is isn't exceptional, the acting doesn't cause me to wince. It's just a simple, straightforward depiction of a common fantasy (sex between a group of long-time friends) with a good cast and some hot performances. The plot concerns a gathering between three couples for a Halloween party, and the individual desire to have group sex that all of them secretly share. There was one reason that I bought this title...Stephanie Swift. I figured that even a gangbang would not diminish the quality that she envokes in virtually every scene she does. Alas, i was wrong. Scene 1-Stephanie Playes with herself outside by the pool. Good if you like that sort of thing, but the camera moves around so much I started to get dizzy by the end of it. Scene 2-Stephanie blows 3 guys on a couch. You never see the guys faces, so I don't know what the purpose behind the scene is. If it was jsut one scene I would say it was a "virtual blowjob", but with three dicks? Scene 3-Gangbang. The setup is almost comical in a way. Kinda like Mission Impossible. The Buttman movies that Ive seen have also been great. I dont have any reason to expect this to be any different. Initial Reaction: Its not a great DVD, but it is very good. The movie is a lot of fun and the commentarys great. Audio /Video Quality: Buttmans Ultimate Workout was shot in 1990 on betacam, so youre not going to get the same clarity as on some of the current releases. Considering that its over ten years old, its a very good picture. Theres some grain, but its to be expected. The sound is a little muffled in places, but it really fits the scenes. Porn movies from the late 80s sure seem strange. Mainstream movies from the era don't look a whole lot different from ones today, but the porn looks like its from another planet. The Dark Brothers' "New Wave Hookers" was an original (before the numerous sequels), hot, hilarious movie upon its release in 1985 and some, but not all of those elements hold up today. The story involves two slackers, Jimmy (Jamie Gillis) and Jamal (Jack Baker), who spend their time drinking beer and watching porn videos. As the movie begins, Jimmy tells Jamal they should become pimps and open an escort service, New Wave Hookers, where the girls would fuck to new wave music. There is a fair amount of grain, but it is better than a vhs..lol. The audio is okay however you can hear some background noise, for instance dogs are barking and they are quite noticeable.
