Here we have a new dvd from Brad Armstrong featuring Alektra as the leading girl. In fact the whole dvd is about the ladies as they do a fine job of playing with other ladies- that's right no cock's allowed! The Watcher is a very good, plot-driven feature from Wicked Pictures and Brad Armstrong that features contract performer, Kirsten Price, in a story about an attorney (Brad) who loves to watch his wife (Kirsten) get it on in a variety of sexual situations with partners other than himself. While everything starts out hunky-dory, there is an abrupt (almost too much so) shift in the plot about midway through, and things ultimately get ugly. Regardless, the sex generally remains hot and varied throughout the film, and the settings, acting, and production values really stand out. Sex-wise, things get off to a quick start as Kirsten Price and Mick Blue are picked up mid-action in Scene One. There is some sloppy face-fucking here, as well as some frenzied vaginal action that counts the reverse-cowgirl and doggie-style positionings amongst its highlights. The Vow by Barrett Blade and Wicked Pictures is a very good production that focuses on a gentleman (played by Eric Masterson) who is having severe trouble getting over his manipulative ex-girlfriend (played by Capri Cavalli). In trying to deal with his plight, Eric decides to abstain from any type of sexual activity for 40 full days. Finding out about this, his less-than-mature friend / room-mate (played by Nick Manning) and his co-workers find a way to create an internet betting scheme out of the whole thingwhich Capri, by the end of the movie, tries to sabotage personally. Fortunately, Eric meets Alektra Blue along the way, and true love ultimately triumphs. In a nutshell, this is the plotwhich is actually fairly good and really makes for a fun watch. It also provides for decent setups of the various sexual encounters that take place. With that, lets take a closer look at those encounters. You knowthe sexual ones. Skye Blue goes the generic all girl movie route wrapping this one around girls writing about sexual experiences and fantasies in their diaries. Although this lets the setups be a bit varied, the scenes all go with a rigid formula that's more than noticeable by the end of the second scene and keeps up to the point that my eyes glazed over watching Jenna Haze get it on with Haley Paige. There's some good chemistry in the scenes, but the rigid sexual formula will probably hold the movie back for anybody who watches more than one scene at a time. The technical aspects are also pretty average and there's no real effort put into the extras. In this latest confection offered up by Brad Armstrong and Wicked, I thought I picked out a nice chocolate butter with walnuts....instead I got a raspberry cream, with dark chocolate no less. After reading some promo blurbs and seeing the box cover loaded with all them promising excerpts, I thought I rented a sure fire favorite...I was sorely disappointed. If I ran a porn studio, I would instill RULE #1, on a list of 1, that the girls gotta be at least as hot and/or cute and/or attractive as might be in any other 'real' movie one might wanna rent on a saturday night. After all, hot chicks doing just about anything, is better to look at then Rosie, Whoopi and Oprah cum-swapping...at least I hope it is. Which leads to "Problem 1" I have with the movie. Well here we have a dvd I'm not sure what to expect.
