Roommates (Wicked) Review

Jack (Brad Armstong) has a room for rent and a new gal in town Ally (Kirsten Price) jumps at the chance to rent the room and hops into bed with Jack's friends (Kris Slater and T. J. Cummings) who help her move in.

And so begins the first 30 minutes of this nearly 2 hour Brad Armstrong comedy ROOMMATES (2009, Wicked) that's shot in HD, 5.1 Surround and Dolby Digital, which also stars long, darked haired Asian, Asa Akira and long, blonde haired, big boobed Rhyse Richards. Condoms are used

Turns out, Jack has a "no sex with roommates" policy and sits on the sidelines while Ally humps other neighbors like Richard (Randy Spears) and his wife. (Rhyse Richards) His ex-girlfriend Cindy (Asa Akira)checks in/calls in so that Jack can hear her and her new boyfriend (Tommy Gun) fuck over the phone.

Ally arranges things so that Jack can get laid by inviting Dick's wife over to seduce Jack. Later, Ally meets a guy, who comes by to take her out on a date but Jack greets the guy at the door and tells him that Ally is a "germophobe" and a few other lies to try and dissuade him. All turns out well in xxx romantic comedy-land as Jack and Ally hook up for the finale.

There's actually not much comedy in this Brad Armstrong production unless slacker comedy like "shut up and give me some germs" is your kinda thing. A few "Dick" jokes pertaining to Randy Spear's character predictably slip in there. Worse is a long scene between Jack and Dick's wife, which is not very good and pads the length of this overlong comedy feature.

Kirsten Price & Rhyse Richards & Randy Spears---More action in the kitchen featuring Kirsten and Rhyse (!!) then Kirsten and Randy (!! 1/2) and a pan of cookies in the oven.

Asa Akira & Tommy Gun---Another solid scene from Asa that's set in the bedroom. She looks great and uncorks another solid straight-sex performance---!!!

Rhyse Richards & Brad Armstrong---The greenish tint that looked so good on Asa does nothing for Rhyse's big head of blonde hair. This nearly 20 minute scene should have been one of the extras and more attention paid to the Jack/Ally relationship---!!

Kirsten Price & Brad Armstrong---A solid nightime scene to wrap things up---!! 1/2

So, Brad Armstrong's ROOMMATES (2009, Wicked) has some solid sex scenes but as a comedy the length of a few of sex scenes weigh down upon this flimsy flick. And for that reason, ROOMMATES receives a final rating of !! 1/2 outa !!!!!. Fans of Kirsten Price might want to check out this one.
