“Uptown Girl”, directed by Fancois Clousot and distributed by Wicked Pictures, is an overall-good, plot-driven feature that revolves around Kirsten Price as a self-absorbed supermodel who is brought back to reality by an average-guy car mechanic played by Tommy Gunn. The storyline is quite good for an adult film, as is the acting. Given that the action is set in the New York City area in the 80’s, attempts are made at adopting the appropriate, region-specific accents. While these are a bit much at times, they do add to the overall feel that the production is aiming for. As is typical for Wicked, the quality of the product, as well as the settings and camerawork, are all solid, and the sex itself is generally hot—particularly that involving Ms. Price.
Kirsten stars in two of the five scenes that make up the sexual component of the movie, and they are both excellent. In Scene One, she has a steamy girl-girl encounter with Alektra Blue in the back of a club. Fingers and tongues abound in this scorcher, which also includes some nice rimming of Kirsten by Alektra and some substantial anal-fingering for both ladies. For a lesbian sequence, this is top-notch material. In the film’s finale (Scene Five), it’s Kirsten—who had just experienced her self-reflective epiphany—and Tommy Gunn who get it on in his auto garage. Some sexy blowjob, hand-job, and titty-fuck work, as well as hot vaginal positionings (reverse-cowgirl, side-entry, standing rear-entry, and the like), flesh out this segment quite well and make it distinctly worthy of a watch. The festivities come to a close with a facial for Kirsten that is followed up by some oral cock clean-off—good stuff!
All of the remaining three scenes involve boy-girl, vaginal-only action and range from average-to-good up through very good. Scene Two finds Nikki Benz—who is smitten with Tommy’s character—and Tommy in a very good romp that takes place in a living room-like area. The titty-fucking, side-entry, and doggie-style action are amongst the highlights of this sequence, and the sex caps off with a pop-shot to Ms. Benz’ face, mouth, and breasts—all followed up by some oral cock clean-off. In Scene Three, Brad Armstrong—a mechanic who works with Tommy—gets it on with his wife, Kayla Carrera. This average-to-good segment involves Brad rimming Kayla and also missionary-like and reverse-cowgirl positionings as its better moments, and it ends in a facial for Kayla—again, followed up by some oral cock clean-off. The setup to this scene is a bit comical, as it is noted that Kayla has been trying to get pregnant for some time, and Brad has to head home to service her. What is funny, however, is that they use a condom and he cums externally—bringing the common internet phrases “You’re doing it wrong” and / or “Fail” to mind. Scene Four brings some relief to the tension that had been building up throughout the movie between fellow mechanics, Eric Masterson and Ryder Skye, as the two engage in some at-work, sexual antics. This boy-girl encounter is also somewhere between the average and good levels of quality, and it includes some solid reverse-cowgirl action and a money-shot on Ryder’s breasts to close things out. This is followed up by a touch of oral cock clean-off.
In terms of bonus materials and other options, there are two previews that play when the DVD is inserted, there is a selection that plays the preview for this production in the Main Menu, and there is a choice of six previews under the “Trailers” option in the “Special Features”—plenty o’ trailers, I say. A “Behind the Scenes…” segment can be found in the “Special Features”, as well—this runs about 16 minutes and, as always, is a welcome addition. There is also a “Photo Gallery” that puts forth a slideshow of “pretty girl” shots and stills from the production, and there is a “Promo Reel” that introduces the viewer to the Wicked contract performers. One finds phone sex ads and the like under “More Adult Fun”, and there is a bonus scene in the “Special Features”, as well. This is a Kirsten Price boy/girl encounter (from the production, “Dirty Minds”).
All in all, this disc is a good one, but it fails to rise to a higher level due to a couple of scenes (the third and fourth) that seem to be a bit under-developed. Kirsten’s sequences are both excellent, however, and Nikki’s is very good, as well. With that said, I would recommend this feature to those who are fans of Kirsten, Nikki, and / or adult films with good plots and settings.
