A new parody that takes on the early 2000's movie featuring Denzel Washington that won him an Oscar and that also featured Ethan Hawke. Well here those roles are taken on by females, Nyomi and Chanel who both do well as these characters. This training day is designed to see if Chanel has what it takes to become a full time narc officer and it is up to Nyomi to find that out. We know she's got her own agenda that she's trying to fulfill and Chanel will either play a part in it or be pushed aside. Some good sex here for all involved including a 3 way g/g/g scene with Nyomi, Chanel and adding in Yurizan Beltran. You also have Phoenix Marie in the finale adding anal to her scene. One b/g scene each for Nyomi and Chanel plus a 3 man blow bang for Tara Lynn Foxx. All told a solid parody worth checking out. [read the full review]

So I decided to take a little break from the AVN prep and dive into the collection of scenes and movies, which brings us to this Alektra Blue showcase, from Wicked Pictures, Freak. Well the good news is that Alektra pretty much is in every scene of this film, so that is a good thing. The bad news is that the editing really does a number on this one, as we have some scenes that seem to end right as things are getting good, and I think the constant flashes are a visual choice to go along with her telling us this story through her memories. The technical aspects are a bit soft, but do show some very nice style at times. Sadly there's no real effort put into the extras. Anthony Rosano does a great job channeling Dustin Hoffman, while India Summer takes on Anne Bancroft and Raven Alexis takes on Katharine Ross. India Summer gets this plum role and makes it her own with facial expressions and dialogue that takes you right back to the movie this piece is based on. Anthony Rosano gets the Dustin Hoffman role and does well with it cementing his place as one of the better actors in porn. Raven Alexis gets the role of Elaine and we even have Paul Thomas get in on the act portraying the Normal Fell role- Mr. Roper to most of you out there! A new story from director Stormy Daniels which also sees her performing in the show, three full scenes as a matter of fact. You have a strong cast too and this dramatic movie calls for it- Marcus London is the male lead and is the center of the story with Stormy suspecting her hubby of being unfaithful and setting events in motion to try and confirm this. Andy San Dimas is the other main female playing the escort hired to tempt the husband. Raylene and India Summer play the best friends who offer their advice to Stormy as to how she should handle things. Lets just say the out come isn't what Stormy expected. [read the full review]

The first ("Student Assassin") involves Teagan Presley, a student at a local community college who moonlights as a contract killer. Her cop girlfriend (Nina Mercedez) has been taken hostage by a drug kingpin (Derrick Pierce), and it's up to Teagan to rescue her...the hard way. The second ("Massacre at Pine Lake") features Alexis Ford and her crew of camp workers at the Pine Lake camp the day prior to its seasonal opening. After a monstrous serial killer (Lee Stone) escapes from the police and happens upon the camp, the whole place turns into a bloodbath. Fortunately for Alexis, this beast is a pansy when it comes to standard women's self-defense maneuvers--too funny. It is a futuristic tale of earth being invaded by aliens and a small group of earthlings manage to escape but so many are left behind. A directive is laid down to jessica drake and her crew on the Horizon to go back and decimate what is left of earth's surface and hopefully get rid of the aliens that invaded-- but are these aliens the bad guys or is there another group that we should be looking for. That is part of this story and it is a good one that unfolds with strong performances all around from the main leads- jessica, Kaylani and Kimberly Kane come to mind. Andy San Dimas also has some good lines in this though no fucking for her. You'll have to wait until nearly the end but Aiden Starr makes an appearance with a lot of the plot being explained then, it's worth the wait and you'll love her look too I think. "Spread Eagle" is an exceptional and comical feature from B. Skow (the director), David Stanley (the writer), and Vivid that features Tommy Gunn as a superhero known as Spread Eagle. Tommy becomes Spread Eagle after a criminal shoots him and his girlfriend (Asa Akira) in an alleyway after an attempted rape gone awry. Fortunately for Tommy, an eagle descends from the sky and not only saves him but also gives him the ability to grow claws, a beak, and wings. With this, Tommy is able to fly, and he also gains a head-splattering shriek that he can use to finish off his opponents. One nice thing about this production is that its storyline--which is strong for an adult film--doesn't take itself too seriously. For instance, Tommy's beak squeaks when it's pushed or bumps up against something, and a lot of the goings-on appear to intentionally parody the whole superhero genre. This mechanism works well in bringing the disc together, and--coupled with strong acting and realistic settings--it provides for a full feature experience.
