Review:
“Portrait of a Call Girl” is an exceptional feature from Graham Travis and Elegant Angel that tells the tale of a call girl played by Jessie Andrews. In what may well be a career-making role for Jessie, this release is really something quite unique in the world of adult films. Not only is the plot realistic—and complex—it also successfully conveys a variety of moods and emotional scenarios that play out seamlessly in heading toward its ultimate goals. Jessie plays her part to perfection—with a certain innocence and decency that also mask a far more troubled interior—and she delivers intensely in a sexual sense, as well. By all accounts, this is something special—in a very good way.
In terms of the sex, Jessie is featured in all of the scenes in this production, and not a one dips below the excellent level in quality. Scene One brings her together with a significantly older gentleman (a client) in a decent hotel room. She gives him some sloppy blowjob and hand-job work and jerks him to a pop on her face and mouth…which she then follows up with some oral cock clean-off. In Scene Two, she takes on Manuel Ferrara (another client) in a room with a modern, white sofa. He has contracted her for some role-playing in which she wears black, arm-length latex gloves and black, thigh-high latex stockings and also in which she has to go to extraordinary (nigh-violent) measures to get his attention. A passionate and intense romp ensues, featuring a voracious blowjob, a variety of vaginal positions, and some foot-choking of Jessie by Manuel. There’s a non-sex version of the movie (~1 hour and 20 minutes), and there are a variety of “Featurettes” [a BTS, an interview with Jessie Andrews, an “Elegant Angel Camera Test”, and the internet-available “Elegant Angel Podcast” that Jessie did (audio)]. There are also two of Jessie Andrews’ girl-girl scenes as extras – one with Julia Ann (from “Teach Me”) and one with Asa Akira (from “Party Girls”). There are a couple of “Deleted Scenes”, some “Outtakes” (bloopers), a “Teaser” (for this production), a “Photo Gallery” (a pretty-girl slideshow) , and a choice of three “Trailers”. Finally, under the “Website Info” choice, one finds an advertisement for the production company’s website.
All in all, this is a unique, well-done, and fascinating feature. Jessie Andrews puts her soul…and more…on display, and Graham Travis clearly delivers in every possible manner. A solid mix of plot and hard sex, this one is most certainly worth checking out.
