Blu-Ray vs. DVD: As usual with Digital Playground's DVD + Blu-Ray Combo Packs, the same movie and behind the scenes featurette are included on each disc with the Blu-Ray having a few minor tweaks as well as higher quality audio and video. The menu style is changed in a format that works very well for me. There are fourteen trailers instead of eight, and the photo gallery can only be viewed as a slide show instead of having the ability to watch it one still at a time.

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are good, but slightly below what I've come to expect from Digital Playground. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I didn't notice any background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks pretty good. The picture is clear with nicely smooth camera work and lighting, but there are a few lighting imbalances that stuck out to me as well as the editing seeming a bit rougher than normal at times.

Misleading Advertising: Samantha Ryan is listed fairly prominently on the back cover, but only has a non-sex role in the main movie. Her role is light enough she doesn't even get listed in the closing credits. That said, I don't think I'm alone in expecting to see her in a sex scene and being very disappointed when she only had a non-sex role with how solid her performances have been lately.

The Movie: The Watching You series revolves around a pair of cursed watches and the couples who they're passed on to. The watches can only be passed between newlywed and engaged couples, and gives them glimpses of their significant other while they're with somebody else. Sometimes it's in the past, sometimes the future, and sometimes even the present.

When Jesse can't get the watch off, she goes to doctor Danny to get it removed medically. When she gets back to her vehicle she finds it back on her wrist as well as getting a flash of her getting it on with Danny. I really like how the fairly simple idea of the watch causing sexual visions works to set up the scenes, and how it lets the movie focus largely on the sex rather than the story without seeming overly light. There's a little tension from the watch as the couples try to make things work and get rid of it, and that's enough to make a surprisingly solid feature. The sex is also very well done with Jesse Jane turning out two darn hot scenes with Franceska Jaimes, Sara Stone, and Charley Chase also doing very nice jobs in their scenes. That said, Sara's scene seemed a bit rushed with the editing not feeling as smooth as I normally expect from Robby D.'s features. Jesse's second scene also felt like it could have used another position, but I have a feeling that Marco had taking about all he could from her and either had to let his balls explode or literally explode himself. My other complaint here is that the series feels like it plateaued a bit here. There's some great little threads and ideas that popped up in the first two releases, but without anybody to stick around from release to release those threads and ideas never get a chance to really be explored. Watching You 3 is another good release from Robby D. and Digital Playground, and I hope as this series continues it explores a bit more not just the visions caused by the watch, but its history and a bigger effort to end its curse.

The Extras: Trailers are included for eight other Digital Playground releases. The photo gallery can be viewed either one still at a time or as a slide show lasting about three and a half minutes. There's also a behind the scenes featurette and company information.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts about nine and a half minutes. Jesse Jane starts out behind the camera chatting with Marco and teasing him a bit before shooting a scene with Samantha. She chats with Jamall a little before Sara Stone and Evan Stone work on their lines and have a little fun. There's also a little of Jesse and Marco working with Sara and Evan before a little more chatting with Jesse as well as Danny getting in a few words. Jesse shows off a bit before Franceska lets Jamall check her out and poses for her stills. There's even a little fun with Evan before Jesse has some fun with Charley Chase. This is a nice little behind the scenes featurette. You get plenty of eye candy from the girls as well as the fun you expect with Jesse and Evan around. This is a light featurette and one that adds nicely to the overall package.

Final Thoughts: If you're a fan of Jesse Jane it's easily worth the purchase, but those following the series might want to rent it first.
