The casting is great, and there's some very nice effort put into the little details throughout the movie. Yes, most of the sex is costumed, but it works well with how much fun the cast seems to be having. A recent Axel Braun production that took on the Spider-Man character bringing in several characters you should remember from the Hollywood movies over the past decade. Here we have a porn take on the classic Martin Scorcese film Taxi Driver which you might not think immediately screams parody but trust me they treat the original source material with care only making a few slight alterations but keeping the story moving smoothly along. The sex is good with a couple of the scenes already made for porn- the cab scene to start the movie and later on the cheating wife who fucks the black man. You add in an underage prostitute played here by Jessie Andrews and you have another scene plus the scene in the porn theater that Travis goes into and finally Travis and Betsy come together as they do in the original movie but here do a bit more than make eyes at each other before the fade out. Lots of nods to the movie can be spotted throughout this production from the music to the costumes and the dialogue as well. A strong recommendation for purchase if you liked the original version. This is a very nice couples feature with Barrett Blade once again showing how skilled a feature director he is. The story is nicely done with Kaylani Lei shining as always whether she's fucking or acting, and the supporting cast also does a very nice job. The presentation is very nicely done and there's also some good effort put into the extras to help out the overall DVD. A 3 disc interactive dvd set, Killer Bodies is a full length feature film with several options to let the viewer decide which scenes they want to follow during the movie. Director David Lord describes it in the extras interview as a "liner-non linear-linear" movie. Was it worth it for Lord to go through all of this? In the cluttered world of porn this at least was something new. I'm usually not that interested in lengthy story lines but paid attention to most of this one. The only drawbacks are a lack of extras and technical aspects that have a minor few annoyances. With how well the movie itself is, that shouldn't slow down anybody curious to check it out. "Fashionistas Safado" (the blu-ray collection) is a top-notch production from Evil Angel and director John Stagliano that couples together two exceptional films--Fashionistas Safado: The Challenge and Fashionistas Safado: Berlin. There's a tremendous amount of material presented in this collection--all of it in stunning high-definition. The theme is definitely one of fetishes, particularly of the latex variety, and it's clear that everything in this production--from the cast to the plot to the sex and so on--has been thought out with precision and also painstakingly enacted. That doesn't mean there isn't sex as we get some very nice scenes with Riley Steele & Lux Kassidy being one and Ann Marie Rios has a sensual hook up with Vickie Chase to wrap up this first installment.
