Review brief: Before we were old enough to buy porn magazines or films, some of us used to ogle the photographs Baron von Gloeden took of naked Italian peasant lads. Director Jean-Marc Prouveur himself plays that photographer of the late Nineteenth century, butinstead of filming Sicilianstakes photographs of young naked French farmers. Now the first thing I have to say about this film is dont be deterred by the dreadful cover. The guys are much better than they appear on the cover and the film is very enjoyable. It begins with the photographer in his studio in the year 1919 reminiscing about some of his earlier sessions. The first of which takes place in April 1885. Review brief: I wasnt looking forward to watching this one when I saw it included a performer whom I truly dislike. That fact made my viewing not just of this film but of many 90s films difficult because it seemed that for a while this performer was in every damn fuck flick made. That old adage familiarity breeds contempt never seemed more apt. He was handsome enough, but he conveyed the personality of an egoistic narcissist; and no amount of good looks can compensate for that. We first see the drifterChris Danodrifting along. Then as we see Paul Morgan returning home we hear an earlier conversation as he bids goodbye to his wife before taking her to a plane. Looking out the window he spies the humpy Chris sunning himself by the pool. Chris is only wearing a posing strap and his muscles are on full display. Paul (playing a stupid hetero twit) suggests Chris move on. But Chris shows Paul his balls. N0not those between his legsbut a pair of Chinese steel balls of the kind used to calm nerves or exercise arthritic hands. These are special balls however.

Review brief: Long before there were the big cocks of Chad Hunt and Michael Brandon and the two Donovans Chad and Tony gracing our screens there was Rick Donovan for whom the last two were probably named. The title of this film doesnt say Rick Donovan IN King Size. It says Rick Donovan IS King Size. Rick looked like a cute mid-western farm boy who seemed to have the IQ of a cantaloupe but between his legs was a huge slab of Grade A meat. Hes paired here with Jesse Koehler, a slim blond California beach boy. Jesse actually manages to deep-throat the monster, something I dont remember anyone else doing. (I can still see Leo Ford trying to swallow the thing in the film LEO AND LANCE. It resembled a mouse trying to ingest an anaconda.) The film has a weak framework. Chris Allen, a petite blond whom I found adorable in these early pre-condoms and who had a small uncut cock (the first I ever saw on film), is a magazine editor trying to choose models for an upcoming magazine. As he looks at pictures he imagines guys together. The first pairing is the Donovan-Koehler one.

Review brief: Once again as they did with WHERES RICO 1 Titan has once again supplemented their traditional menu of prime beef with a chicken dish in WHERES RICO 2 another re-release from Mans Art. Supporting the view that sequels are never as good as the originals, I must say I preferred the original recipe to this careless follow-up. All the action is encapsulated for us at the beginning so there are no surprises in the scenes themselves. Why the fuck do they do this? As the film opens we find a twink wearing coveralls and a reversed baseball cap cleaning a toilet. A blond twink enters, unhooks the straps of the coveralls revealing a pert ass which he proceeds to lick. The young toilet cleaner turns around offering his cock and the blond sucks on that for some time before the toilet twink sits on the toilet to have a go at sucking the blonds peewee. Eventually we join the fuckingalready in progress. (Why the fuck do they do that?) The toilet twink is fucking the blond.
