Bat Pussy is not a good adult film by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, calling Bat Pussy an adult film is likely even a stretch since there is nothing erotic about the film. Bat Pussy would honestly be better as birth control than as an arousal aide. The only purpose in life that Bat Pussy actually serves is to be used for a Mystery Science Theater 3000 style get together where one has a bunch of people together to endlessly mock the film. As a result, it is impossible to recommend Bat Pussy to any sane person. Robot Love Slaves is a rather poorly made film as well with few, if any, redeeming qualities. There is no real reason to need to see Robot Love Slaves either. AGFA has created as close to a definitive version that one will ever see for Bat Pussy with an excellent presentation on the Blu-ray. Robot Love Slaves is disappointing however with a rather worn and beaten print of the softcore version of the film. [read the full review]

Another thing I enjoy about diving into the AVN pile, I get to watch/review a few of the Marc Dorcel movies, and this was one of their bigger releases. And we got the added advantage of Megan Rain joining the lovely cast of Dorcel regulars. And I think that both Mina and Megan did a nice job of leading the cast in this movie. I do need to point out that I would have loved to see a longer cut of this movie, sadly with about 8 scenes and a run time around 1 hour and 50 minutes, we don't get to spend much time with any of the scenes. Every AVN season, you can pretty much guarantee that an Axel Braun parody is going to get lots of attention and nominations. He's been able to do some high end parodies so far, hitting all of the big franchises, and I believe it will continue this year with Deadpool? He goes the extra distance when it comes to the cast, and always seem to knock it out of the park with his choices, no one is going to deny how great of a job they all did, both male and female. Overall some good sex scenes to go along with the acting, but I am sure you have imagined plenty of naughty scenarios in your head or in your secret erotic fan fiction notebook. I will say that I can't decide if I like the way it ended, with a cliffhanger or perhaps would have liked to seen a big action or sex scene with the whole team before the movie ended. I guess I will leave that up to you. Either way, a nice addition to any collection, especially if you are into comic books and super heroes. [read the full review]

This is one of her early features working for Sweet Sinner. Which is a shame because it means breaking up with her usual cinematographer Eddie Powell. For me, Jacky St James without Eddie Powell is like Steven Spielberg without John Williams; it's just not the same. Plus Eddie's style of cinematography is usually dark with a lot of shadows, which (when you're making a thriller) is perfect. Luckily Jacky still manages to make a pretty good feature. The writing, directing and acting all great as usual. However there are some slight problems with the way the movie is executed. And when you're directing a thriller, execution is everything. Kara herself, is an independent woman, who wants to get ahead and move to the top of the company. But there is just one problem. It seems that she is being purposely held down by the men that compete with her. The male staff of the company get the best leads, as she getsscraps. Kara has no idea how to advance.
