It’s always tough when you know that a series that was so dependent on story can’t continue - at least as you knew it. This is the case with the retirement of Vanessa Veracruz and Violet Starr; however I still know that Messed Up can finish up strong as something that sticks out in the vast GFF catalog.

This kind of scene could be difficult because of the space constraints. I was a little worried when I saw the very small bed - because the tight enclosure can limit camera angles. But it really didn’t hurt anything. One thing that was really in the scene’s favor was the time afforded to the girls. It lasted a full 52 minutes and had quick and easy setup with no unexpected camera cuts. That feels like a real feat for a model in her first appearance.

Still, what really sold me on this was the soft sweetness of it. GFF has done a handful of these scenes centering on a disabled character- three now in Messed Up and several in two volumes of Poor Little Shyla; and this one succeeds at the little things that make it sincere and empathetic. The bits of dialog that make the able bodied character just as grateful and happy as her partner , the careful movement of Violet , meaningful eye contact, it all makes a different and when combined the scene hits a new level .

Add to this the beautiful skin contrast and the genuine desire that saw the girls go back and several times to eat each other, and then seeming to want to one up each other by scoring the final orgasm till they agreed to share the last one.

A very cute and satisfying scene that I will go back to. I hope Dolly really becomes a mainstay, I would love to see her with someone like Abella Danger or Adriana Chechik. Violet wonders if it’s better to have loved and lost like Jayden , or to never have loved at all like her. Jayden is touched. They hug each other and look like they could go to sleep like this.

But Violet has other plans and starts to kiss Jayden flirting with her saying how beautiful she is. As the makeout continues the girls give soft caresses. Final Thoughts and Suggestions :

Is this the end of Messed Up? If it is , I can say it was the most interesting creative series begun at GFF since Please Make Me Lesbian debuted. It is one of the only truly character driven dramas in G/G and it will always have a special place in my fandom’s heart. As a reviewer it has been the most fun to dissect and try to forecast. Allow me to do a little more of that here , even if it’s only a fantasy.

I actually believe it can continue if Dan wants to try. I might suggest a plot twist where Vanessa and Violet unexpectedly disappear. The flock, led by Chanel, could then theorize what happened. Say some believe it was some divine rapture where Vanessa will return fully transformed , while others think Valentino has gone to seek a miracle for Violet. Driven by the questions and liking the attention Chanel could be pushed to publicize it as a great holy mystery. Characters like Romi and Scarlett could be behind the plot to make money , while Anya could be besotted and love sick for Vanessa and suspicious of Chanel, maybe even thinking she’s killed the sisters. Mercedes could be interested as a honest seeker of the truth who buts heads with her old love Chanel...

Of course all these ideas are a credit to interesting characters and a little reminder that when you create soap opera like stories there are always ways to work around major change if the desire is there.
