The film opens with AJ walking oh the woods near her old house , narrating about how her dad married her stepmom Jelena as they were both acting on Broadway. Jelena scored a big break in the movies and the family moved out to L.A. . AJ’s Dad got cancer soon after and passed away. AJ says she is happy to have Jelena around. Jelena married twice after and on the way took in two more stepdaughters Georgia and Katrina. Somehow both husbands two and three died. But at least Jelena stayed successful and provides well. Katrina and Georgia are always fighting. Nonetheless AJ feels lucky, she has told Jelena she intends to study acting in NYC and Jelena has promised to pay her tuition if she gets accepted.

The narration ends and AJ takes a call from Jelena who is in a meeting that should be over soon. AJ is supposed to pick her up, but because she’s gone all the way to the old house Jelena is pissed. She threatens to take away the car she has given AJ if she isn’t there on time in 20 minutes.

Jelena is being interviewed by Alan about her illustrious career on broadway and in Hollywood. Jelena says her first big role was as Dr. Elixir in The Turning. AJ enters and Jelena snaps at her to sit down and be quiet. Alan asks about the real life of Jelena and she says it’s much more normal than people know. Alan mentions her awards and accolades and and asks what is left. Jelena says that family is what is really important, she spends all her time caring for her three beautiful daughters. The only award she wants is being a good mom. Alan asks about the constant tragedy that follows her. AJ’s dad died of cancer , Georgia’s , another actor died in a car crash, and Katrina’s dad a famous rockstar died mysteriously on the night of their wedding. Alan wants to know how it feels to be called Hollywood’s Black Widow and wonders if ire why she hasn’t acted since her third husband’s death. Jelena brushes this off and says cooly that it she just needs the right role.

Once the interview is over and recording stops Jelena blows up about the term Black Widow being used against her specific instruction. She says that she will approve the final edit or they will file a lawsuit as she storms out.

Back at the family house Georgia and Katrina are playing video games and Katrina beats Georgia, starting to tease her. Georgia snaps back and they fight about their dads. Now I normally say that I want all three girls either getting or giving pleasure as much as possible during threesomes; but the special circumstances around how this was set up make the choices logical and the dynamics stronger as a result.

The casual dominance of Georgia and Katrina over AJ worked. She was also masterful at doing the submissive character. I don’t know if all those subtle hints were written in , instinctive or just happenstance but small things like that mean the world to me in a serious plot.

AJ shined bright when it came to the cunnilingus. I dare say this is my favorite thing she has been in at Girlsway. Georgia is always great and so that was expected. Katrina proved that she really should be cast more too. All around this was a great effort. The camera work was solid too capturing many good moments of pussy eating and some nice anal rimming.

Story wise I am in love with this already. I would say that Little Red Riding Hood still comes in as more my style as an a avowed nerd who likes fairy tales. But as source material for porn? Cinderella is a taboo fans dream because of the plethora of step relations and the sub / dom groundwork already present. The adaptation feels smart and modernized very well.

The lead in did take about 15 minutes but was integral to the plot and character development. Thankfully the sex was still good and long too. The runtime was a full 65 minutes so the viewer is still treated to a lengthy 50 minutes of good naughty action.

We get a montage of laundry duty, dishes and floor scrubbing. AJ returns to Jelena’s room where she gets scolded by Jelena about how the floor isn’t good enough. Jelena then brings up how her dad didn’t leave a trust fund so she has to do all the chores to make up for that.

AJ wants to share her happy news about scoring the lead in the school play and rather than congratulate AJ , Jelena says that this shows a lack of commitment to her chores, and worse still to her family. AJ still wants desperately to be in the play and she says she’ll do anything to get it.

This movie is proving to be one that all the models are putting in a lot of effort for from an acting standpoint and I think that’s great. It might be because of it being an adaptation of well known and popular material but I would venture to say it’s some of the strongest character portrayals you will see in porn. The mini series may not get the full length feature attention or budget though you’d never know that if you just looked at the scenes on their own. When the ladies are having fun it makes all the difference in the world.

It was shorter at about 35 minutes though I appreciated every second of this.

AJ is handed a letter by Jelena. It’s a standard rejection and AJ is crushed. Jelena says that acting isn’t for everyone. AJ says that she doesn’t want to be in Hollywood - her dream is for Broadway. Jelena then drops the hammer that she just spoke with the drama teacher and explained that AJ couldn’t possibly do the role with all her obligations. AJ doesn’t understand but then Jelena explains that she got the part given to Georgia instead.

AJ leaves the house broken hearted over Jelena’s protestations about her rising stress. AJ is passed caring. Alone in the woods by her house she finds comfort in rehearsing her lines in private. An unseen voice speaks back the replies from her lines. Mia comes out from hiding to show herself. The girls laugh at their shared love of the play. AJ starts to explain how she was supposed to have the lead but it doesn’t look like it’s happening now. The pair kiss on the lips after a steamy stare. AJ’s phone rings and she runs off to help her family. Mia tries to get AJ’s number but doesn’t have a pen and can’t write it down in time.

The next day AJ is FaceTiming with Karlee again and being comforted. Karlee tells AJ about how the famous movie star Mia Malkova met someone special in the woods the day before and is now reaching out to her millions of social media followers to locate her. AJ starts to put together that she is the one - and heads back to her special spot in the woods hoping to meet Mia again.

It’s getting late and AJ thinks she missed her chance when suddenly Mia calls out to her as Juliet. AJ asks why Mia didn’t say who she was and Mia explains that it was nice to be treated like a normal person for once they kiss and Mia leads AJ over to a clearing where she’s laid down a blanket for them.

This was a nice ending to the mini series. Although outdoor scenes will never be my first choice I thought this was the best we have seen so far from girls way. It was cool the way that the lighting changed gradually. With those kind of difficulties I thought Alan did as well as anyone could really expect.

I liked the pussy eating when it was shown clearly. But I think the best part to the action was the heavy kissing that was nearly constant. The change in dynamic was neat too, because for the first time AJ wasn’t anyone’s doormat here.

I would have liked if this were a little longer. It was something like 31 minutes and maybe 15 more for story setup before and after.

Mia did will as a cheerful type here. She delivered her lines with an easy confidence. It could maybe have been more romantic if given more time.

It is very fortunate that the extra scene was shot with Georgia, Katrina & Jelena because it would be among my top wishes for this series... I’m including that scene in the review here even though it is only on the member site as far as I know. I will post grades for the mini alone and with the extra too because I’m just that obsessive about this stuff.

Extra ( semi sequel ) - Jelena , Georgia & Katrina

This scene is not on the DVD ( though I watched it legally for this review through my Girlsway Membership ). I checked and it does appear on the MG collection ‘ No More Fairy Tales’ however I think it’s appropriate to add it here. * I have yet to review that DVD and will reprint it there when it comes up..

The scene begins with Jelena narrating about how she inherited her two feisty stepdaughters Katrina and Georgia. Jelena calls the girls in and orders them to sit down warning them not to disrupt her meditation.

That said the amount of time in this scenes 36 minute runtime that was spent on high quality cunnilingus shots was great and that makes a huge impact on me personally when watching with a critical eye.

I also loved the later parts where Jelena was being double teamed. We don’t get many instances of two girls eating one vagina , and the camera and positioning for it was just what I would want. Also seeing Jelena with both girls on top of her was great too. In these setups I always like to see someone get kinda overwhelmed ( in a non threatening way of course).

All these factors made this my second favorite scene of the Cinderella saga.

Final Thoughts and Suggestions :

This was a smashing success as a modernized take on Cinderella. A film that Stills by Alan should be very proud of in my opinion. I admit that I am clearly the target audience for this though. I love lesbian porn and fairy tale fantasy stories. I am also someone who can get down with taboo plots - even if I’m not the most fanatical in this sub genre I see Cinderella as the most natural of fits for an adaptation with taboo tones. Just as an aside about how much I am taken with the fairytale ideas; I pitched this very idea after reviewing Little Red, and on joining the forum I have also pitched takes on Snow White , Goldilocks and sequel to Little Red that centered on Penny’s Fox that started out like a riff on Fantastic Mister Fox and ended up on a note that felt like Rapunzel.

But enough of the fantasy booking. I want to say once again how good the character portrayals and development of relationships worked. AJ Applegate deserves the highest of praise , not just because she was good in each of her sex scenes but she embraced the submissive parts of the role and made it the best she could. I think this is my favorite thing she has ever done. Georgia , Katrina and Jelena were also superb at being mean but not over the top. As I said I would have liked to see Mia more as the Princess Charming character , and or gotten to see Karlee as the fairy godmother BFF. Still, I understand that if I had gotten all of those things this would’ve had to be a feature and not a mini.
