Bad Wives is a Vivid feature with an impressive cast, and is also considered a porn classic. Unfortunately, like most classics its not everything its cracked up to be. Disenchanted with their mundane lives, housewives Dyanna and Melissa try something different, but not everything goes to plan thanks to supermarket wild-child Steven St. Croix ... It seemed fairly run-of-the-mill to me more elaborate, well-filmed and well-acted than a normal porn film, but nothing spectacular. In particular, a number of non-sex parts dragged out and I thought the ending was a disappointment (but I wont spoil it). The sex itself was pretty good for Vivid, and there was quite a lot of it; the cast was good too. I thought Id point out andyblakes review, for his warning about the excessive cutting of the movie. I havent seen the VHS version so I cant comment on whats been lost from the original movie, but this might explain why I wasnt tremendously impressed. Something to be aware of at any rate. Overall, I found Bad Wives a fairly mundane feature.

Review brief: I have just recently become a fan of Rita Faltoyano's and saw this title of hers from Private so I thought I would check it out. I'm a huge fan of Lexington Steele but what really pushed me to buy this DVD was the fact it starred Daniella Rush. Review brief: I picked up this DVD for a few reasons. A. that at 8.99 it is a fuckin score B. I'm a huge gonzo fan and C. The back shows the two stars again, and a brief writeup about the plot. It is about a club where the guests are held captive until they prove themselves worthy of perverted pleasures. Jenna, the club owner, keeps a watchful eye over the proceedings. Not a whole lot here to draw in the perspective buyer, unless they happen to be fans of either Asia or Jenna. The Scenes: The main couple in the movie, a male and Asia, arrive at the club they've always wanted to try. They are greated by a hostess, which appears on a video monitor. The "dance floor" groove is occasionally not to my taste, but overall, it's very listenable and well-balanced with the sex sounds.
