Initial Thoughts Well for starters the title is pretty much a lost cause. The movie does take place in a mental hospital setting, but all the ladies are mental patients and a paper gown is as close as we get to a nurse outfit. There is no E.R. (Emergency Room) type setting at all. Overall the movie is I guess average is the best word for it. The girls are all quite attractive in this one and that helps out, but the sex is pretty standard stuff without any real "wow" moments. One incredibly frustrating thing here for me, is that not one place on this disc or it's case, is there any cast identification, just names at the very end, but no faces to tell us who is who.
