Sex Maniacs is a series of sex scenes with the theme of girls in an mental institute or insane asylum. The first girl wears a blue hospital jumpsuit and the rest wear green plastic looking gowns that look hospital issued. The first scene is pretty good with a tight bodied blonde getting fucked pretty good on a couch with some nice aerial shots.
