Review brief: The Little Details Running Time: 62 min. Production Date: 2 / 29 / 2004 Director: Jon Yuma Cast: Christi Lake and you (whos played by Steve Hatcher) The Short Story Initial Expectations: Although Christi Lake is often very impressive, this entire series has been anything but. Id like to have high hopes here but just cant. Initial Reaction: Its a pretty standard entry in this series. It has a great job by the star and a horrible job by most everybody else. Who Should Watch It : Fans of Christi Lake Who Should Avoid It: Fans of virtual sex simulators The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: As usual with this series, the technical aspects leave a bit to be desired. The audio is fairly clear and well balanced, but has a few minor problems. The background noises start not even a minute into the feature, and theres also a slight hiss behind the audio. The video is okay, but not quite right for the feel of the feature. Jon Yuma has a very artistic look to his movies.

Im not going in with too high of hopes here. Initial Reaction: Its a fun feature but a lousy DVD. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting a short but fun adult animated feature Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting to feel like they got their moneys worth The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. Most of the audio is nicely clear and well balanced, but theres a few crackles in it that interfered with it for me. The video is much the same way. It has a primitive Pokemon feel, but gets a little shaky at times. Music: The music is nicely balanced with the rest of the audio and keeps the Japanese style working very well.

Review brief: NOTE: This is an amateur video. Amateur and homemade movies dont have the budget nor the resources of studio porn, and therefore rarely get close to the same quality technically. Im rating this DVD on the same scale, but most homemade or amateur features would rarely make it above a 3 on the standard scale I use for studio porn for their technical aspects. The performers also arent normally the glamour stars one expects from studio porn, and instead use people who look like somebody you might encounter in your day to day life. Finally, the camera work has a different feel, as its often shot from a tripod or with somebody who doesnt have the technical training or experience of professional cameramen. That said, amateur and homemade features have a great charm to them, simple because the people in them are doing what theyre doing to have fun and because they enjoy it.

The audio is balanced fairly well but is often a little on the hollow side. Theres also a little noise that sounds like wind through much of the feature. The video is fairly clear but there is some slight grain and the lighting varies slightly from scene to scene. Its above average, but nothing too special. Music: The music shows why people make fun of porno music. Its cheesy and doesnt fit the scenes, as well as being too loud almost all the time.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody whos a fan of Alexandra Silk or whos just curious about her Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who insists on top notch technical aspects and DVDs packed as far as they can be Audio /Video Quality: This is one of Adam & Eves earliest DVDs, and its not that hard to tell. Most everything here seems very reminiscent of VHS. The audio is clear, but seems slightly muffled at times. The video has a yellowish tinge to it as well as some slight grain. Theres also a few shadows that interfere. Music: The music is soft and rests very quietly in the background for most of the movie, but it sounds more like a loud train wreck for the orgy scene.

The video varies a bit. Most of it is clear and well lit, but some of the movie is also dark with noticeable pixelation. Some of it is very clear, while other areas are rough and scratchy, almost as if the microphones were adjusted so that they maxed out repeatedly through the scene. It also varies quite a bit in balance, going from a nice level to dropping so low I couldnt hear anything and then going back up a little later. At times it would even go louder with music only.
