Of course you do; we all do. How else can you explain the success of vinegar flavored potato chips and the Chrysler PT Cruiser? The same sense of adventure (or, maybe boredom) that brought us these slightly different products, brings us Hand Job Hunnies. That's right, a DVD with nothing but hand jobs. The Citizen Kane of jack-off flicks. Actually, it's the only wall to wall boy/girl masturbation movie I've seen, but that's not to say it can't be a classic. Well, before we go any further understand that Hand Job Hunnies is not exactly a classic, but it is pretty good. I've never understood why some pursue the hand job like the rest of us might work toward something along the lines of actual sex...or free hockey tickets. After all, we can give ourselves hand jobs.

Review brief: Once in a long while we get a movie like Flashpoint. In fact, the last time we got a movie like Flashpoint, it was called Backdraft and it only had one sex scene on top of a fire engine. (All movies about fire fighters need a sex scene on a fire engine) Someone decided that what the adult industry needed was a movie with the plot quality of Backdraft and the sexual heat of Conquest. Lo and behold, Flashpoint is created upon the forge of horny Jenna fans everywhere! The Plot:Most porn movies start with a sex scene inside of two minutes. The theory is that you want to grab the audience's dick and get its attention. This actually works. Trust me, if you grab anyone's dick you have their complete attention. However, this movie starts with a group of firefighters responding to automobile accident. Review brief: The Plot: Yep, not every great movie makes a whole hell of a lot of sense. Conquest is a good example. Our lovely tale of lust and torn bodices starts with a hanging. John "Dutch" is about to die for his crimes as a pirate. Sentenced to hang by his neck until dead (Does anyone just hang by the neck until uncomfortable?), John is rescued at the last second by his Captain, his fellow crewmen and the timely intervention of a chick with big tits. Naturally, no good deed goes unpunished, and we are treated to watching the crown prince (hilariously overplayed to perfection by somebody who deserved more credit) rant & rave about "Blackheart", our hero. Speaking of our hero, he and his crew are resting in the Batcave before setting sail. Captain Steubing receives a navigation chart and instructions to meet up with the rest of his crew at an uncharted island. Instead of thwacking the guy over the head for giving him a chart and instructions for an uncharted island, he wanders off to brood over the loss of his family.

Review brief: Although I am far less of a Jenna Jameson fan than the general porn public (my tastes lean towards women like Inari Vachs, Leena, Vicca, Ginger Lynn and Rebecca Lords), I can't deny that she has a lot of appeal, both visually and sexually. I originally purchased UP AND CUMMERS Number 10 on the strength of Jenna's slow and steady, but white hot scene with Kylie Ireland, where their tag-team encounter with Randy West was just to good to pass-up. Now, Jenna flies solo in a straight scene with Mr. West, prefaced by a photo session posing sequence which has a lot of tease and plenty of build up to the main action. Needless to say, Jenna truly shows herself to be a magnetic and sexy performer and I've finally come to understand what all her hype is about. When she is treated to extended pussy eating, she actually seems to enjoy it, and remains playful and fun- loving throughout her scene. She is one of the few actresses who kisses deeply and with passion, as opposed to just simple flicks of the tongue like too many other porn women.

Not only does she look better than all of my college professors, she lectures better than many of them also. Nina's Advanced Guide to Oral Sex is broke down into three sections: anatomy, practice, and fantasy scene. The anatomy is pretty basic, but provides a good understanding of the technical terms she uses. She also keeps it very short (around five to ten minutes). The best thing about the entire anatomy lesson was the vaginal puppet she had. It was all I could do to stay in my chair .

Review brief: Pre Viewing Expectations The case notes this is a classic porn release, and briefly describes the plot. Most of the space on the back is used to list the extras included on the disc, and what a list it is, right down to the Dolby 5.1 sound. I don't have a Dolby 5.1 setup, so I can't comment on this. Too bad the case tells one how to find the bonus photos, half of the fun would have been searching around the various menus looking for the hidden tag. The Main Event This is a golden classis from the early days of Porn. It was produced in the early 1980's and stars the one and only Marilyn Chambers. She brings her own energy to any movie she stars in, which is just as hot now as it was the day she shot it. This movie is no exception. There are eight scenes total, with Marilyn appearing in a majority of those. Many of the scenes show actions we take for granted today, but were virtually unheard of back then.

Review brief: My favorite DVD extra has always been candid footage: interviews, behind the scenes, bloopers, anything to put the filming in context, in context of real people. Shanes World from start to finish is just that. Its more real than Real World (though using many of the same techniques) and far more intimate. If you care at all to get to know the people who are screwing their brains out for your viewing pleasure then jump into Shanes World. Shanes World 19 is my first adventure with Shane so I cant compare it to previous excursions. Cast obviously makes the movie I doubt anyone would care about the personal lives of people who annoy them. 19 has an enjoyable cast, a nice mix of pretty faces, lean bodies, and personalities with depth.

This is Peter North's eighth entry in his North Pole series, which does a pretty good job of straddling the fence between hardcore gonzo and couples oriented vignettes. Instead of grubby guys trying to prove to the camera how "hardcore" they really are, Peter instead opts for well appointed locations, very pretty girls, and shots that steer away from strictly gynecological close ups. At the same time, however, you still get facials, anal, strap ons, and all the other things that make a hardcore video hardcore. There is some above average sex on this disc, but you won't find much in the way of extras. There are a handful of trailers for other titles which are well put together, but that's about it. Everything is professionally constructed, on the other hand. The picture is sharp, the sound is clear, and the menus work.

Review brief: Pre Viewing Expectations The case for this movie doesn't give away too much. There are a few photos on the back that show some of the hardcore action, including a three-way. It mentions the women who star in it, but otherwise, that is about it. The Main Event As one might expect, this is a montage of scenes, without any type of plotline to hook them all together. For the most part, the women look young, and inexperienced. Take for example the first scene. The girl tries to deep throat the guy, but looks like she is either in pain or very uncomfortable. More experienced women know how to make this look enjoyable, even if it isn't. Overall there are six scenes in this feature, including the three-way shown on the case. Most of the scenes are in excess of 18 minutes, good lenghty action. I was surprised by the lack of money shots in some of these scenes. In the first scene, the guy comes inside of the girl then withdrawls.

Initial Expectations: A brainless movie with good sex. Initial Reaction: If there was any less plot, it'd be a compilation movie. At least the sex was really good. Review: With both Celeste and Kylie Ireland in 'Sexy Nurses 2', I knew I had to watch it. Like most of Celeste's movies that I've seen, there isn't much plot, but the sex makes up for it. 'Sexy Nurses 2' revolves around Woody Long and his attempt to get money from rich guys who are close to dying.

The first scene has several sequences that look like they were recorded on a poor digital camcorder. The pixelation is awful! The quality reminded me of still pictures taken with a bad digital camera. Music: Very good. It matched the many moods of the various scenes. Initial Expectations: Item #1 - Wicked has some of the highest quality DVDs out there.

Review brief: Most "How to..." sex videos are nothing more than a flimsy excuse to show some hardcore sex scenes with a little bit of commentary so as to avoid the "porn" categorization. This is not to say that such videos can't be informative, but obvious discussions on the art of lovemaking are usually peppered with obvious suggestions like, "Take your time. Be sensitive to your partner's needs. Enjoy the experience..." (Well, duh!). So, after noting the title of this feature, I braced myself for a methodically boring instructional video of sorts, with some graphic but sterilized scenes of oral sex. In other words, I thought I would be bored to death. However, the legendary Nina Hartley makes this video enjoyable, and yes, educational as well.

Considering this, I wonder why they bothered with this unremarkable 1994 video starring the "most beautiful (but dull) woman in porn" Chasey Lain.. She stars (appropriately) as a supermodel, and a photo-shoot for an ad campaign is the first scene we are treated with in this movie. As she follows the directions of the photographer we get to see her nice legs, spellbinding eyes and big breasts.

Review brief: Shortly after reviewing MASQUERADE for Adult DVD Talk, I had the opportunity to take a gander at THE OBSESSION OF LAURE, a Wicked Pictures DVD from Marc Dorvel Video and starring gorgeous featured actress Laure Sinclair. Well, immediately after glancing at the cast listing of OBSESSION, I was almost convinced that this movie would top MASQUERADE, due to my overwheming partiality to Vicca (now a VCA contract girl) and Anita Blonde who performs in three of thirteen (!) scenes in this video. Well, after comparing my, umm..."reactions" to both films, I don't think that OBSESSION is overall as good as MASQUERADE, but then again, I saw MASQUERADE first so my expectations were already at an Olympian level. Still, THE OBSESSION OF LAURE was enough to convince me that the entire Laure Sinclair vehicles from Marc Dorcel were worth collecting, and Wicked's collection of European imports definitely give the Private line a run for their money.

Assman is a very solid series, and it's like watching the pre- Debauchery days. Same guys, but we are now back into the 1997 days. Review brief: The Plot: There really isn't a plot, per se, to this disc. Think of it more like a CBT (Computer- Based Training) for anal play. I can see this up on your bookshelf in your office next to the other CBTs. Networking, Systems Design, Anal Sex, Distributed Development. Yep, it just fits right in there, doesn't it? And that, after all, is what we're talking about today. Nina whips out the lecture mode and teaches us everything you ever wanted to know about playing with your ass in four easy chapters. The first chapter is anatomy, and she describes where everything is, how it is shaped, what is sensitive, etc. in exquisite detail. If she wasn't a teacher before the adult business, she should have been. She's an excellent lecturer. She doesn't stumble over her words, she doesn't sound condescending, she enunciates well... I wish she had been teaching some of my classes in college. I would have done much better if I'd been watching her instead of the grad student I got saddled with for differential equations.

Review brief: Although I am far less of a Jenna Jameson fan than the general porn public (my tastes lean towards women like Inari Vachs, Leena, Vicca, Ginger Lynn and Rebecca Lords), I can't deny that she has a lot of appeal, both visually and sexually. The Main Event This is a golden classis from the early days of Porn. It was produced in the early 1980's and stars the one and only Marilyn Chambers. She brings her own energy to any movie she stars in, which is just as hot now as it was the day she shot it. This movie is no exception. There are eight scenes total, with Marilyn appearing in a majority of those. Many of the scenes show actions we take for granted today, but were virtually unheard of back then.

Review brief: My favorite DVD extra has always been candid footage: interviews, behind the scenes, bloopers, anything to put the filming in context, in context of real people. Shanes World from start to finish is just that. Its more real than Real World (though using many of the same techniques) and far more intimate. If you care at all to get to know the people who are screwing their brains out for your viewing pleasure then jump into Shanes World. Shanes World 19 is my first adventure with Shane so I cant compare it to previous excursions. Cast obviously makes the movie I doubt anyone would care about the personal lives of people who annoy them. 19 has an enjoyable cast, a nice mix of pretty faces, lean bodies, and personalities with depth.

At the same time, however, you still get facials, anal, strap ons, and all the other things that make a hardcore video hardcore. There is some above average sex on this disc, but you won't find much in the way of extras. There are a handful of trailers for other titles which are well put together, but that's about it. Everything is professionally constructed, on the other hand. The picture is sharp, the sound is clear, and the menus work.

It mentions the women who star in it, but otherwise, that is about it. The Main Event As one might expect, this is a montage of scenes, without any type of plotline to hook them all together. For the most part, the women look young, and inexperienced. Take for example the first scene. The girl tries to deep throat the guy, but looks like she is either in pain or very uncomfortable. More experienced women know how to make this look enjoyable, even if it isn't. Overall there are six scenes in this feature, including the three-way shown on the case. Most of the scenes are in excess of 18 minutes, good lenghty action. I was surprised by the lack of money shots in some of these scenes. In the first scene, the guy comes inside of the girl then withdrawls.

Be sensitive to your partner's needs. Enjoy the experience..." (Well, duh!). So, after noting the title of this feature, I braced myself for a methodically boring instructional video of sorts, with some graphic but sterilized scenes of oral sex. Review : Wicked Pictures releases quality DVDs every month, the latest being 'Hell on Heels', Brad Armstrong's all-girl feature starring Jenna Jameson and Nikki Tyler. Considering this, I wonder why they bothered with this unremarkable 1994 video starring the "most beautiful (but dull) woman in porn" Chasey Lain.. She stars (appropriately) as a supermodel, and a photo-shoot for an ad campaign is the first scene we are treated with in this movie. As she follows the directions of the photographer we get to see her nice legs, spellbinding eyes and big breasts.

Review brief: Shortly after reviewing MASQUERADE for Adult DVD Talk, I had the opportunity to take a gander at THE OBSESSION OF LAURE, a Wicked Pictures DVD from Marc Dorvel Video and starring gorgeous featured actress Laure Sinclair. Well, immediately after glancing at the cast listing of OBSESSION, I was almost convinced that this movie would top MASQUERADE, due to my overwheming partiality to Vicca (now a VCA contract girl) and Anita Blonde who performs in three of thirteen (!) scenes in this video. Well, after comparing my, umm..."reactions" to both films, I don't think that OBSESSION is overall as good as MASQUERADE, but then again, I saw MASQUERADE first so my expectations were already at an Olympian level. Still, THE OBSESSION OF LAURE was enough to convince me that the entire Laure Sinclair vehicles from Marc Dorcel were worth collecting, and Wicked's collection of European imports definitely give the Private line a run for their money.

Review brief: ASSMAN # 2 DVD Reviewed by : Devient 8/27/00 Well as we know by now is that Anabolic is now leaking their features onto DVD. Assman is a very solid series, and it's like watching the pre- Debauchery days. Same guys, but we are now back into the 1997 days. There is still hot eastern bloc girls being molested by the dirty french guys that some of us come to like. The stress is on anal gaping, so watch out if ya don't like this kinda stuff. Another gonzo raincoater with excellent camera work and crystal clear DVD tranfer. Anabolic did a good job here, and I also that the loud volume problem I had with the first ASSMAN wasn't there this time ( I would have my volume on one and that still louder then I wanted sometimes, and who wants to watch porn muted??). Bottom line from the start this a definte renter if ya dont go buy it. CHAPTER 1: MONIKA: blond Monika got a hard job of showing these french guys how to scretch before a good exercise.

Review brief: The Plot: There really isn't a plot, per se, to this disc. Think of it more like a CBT (Computer- Based Training) for anal play. I can see this up on your bookshelf in your office next to the other CBTs. Networking, Systems Design, Anal Sex, Distributed Development. Yep, it just fits right in there, doesn't it? And that, after all, is what we're talking about today. Nina whips out the lecture mode and teaches us everything you ever wanted to know about playing with your ass in four easy chapters. The first chapter is anatomy, and she describes where everything is, how it is shaped, what is sensitive, etc. in exquisite detail. If she wasn't a teacher before the adult business, she should have been. She's an excellent lecturer. She doesn't stumble over her words, she doesn't sound condescending, she enunciates well... I wish she had been teaching some of my classes in college. I would have done much better if I'd been watching her instead of the grad student I got saddled with for differential equations.

I should say that I watched this on my old 20" TV (since my big screen broke) which may have had some effect on the picture quality. Audio Quality: Excellent. Music: There is a wide variety of music in Face Dance Part 1 and it all fits the scene it's in. It's rare that I notice music in a positive way, and I noticed it several times here. Initial Expectations: I have never been impressed with Rocco in the past since it seemed like he treated the women like dirt. I have avoided his movies because of this feeling.
