Initial Expectations: Extremely high. I ordered this the day after I watched Double Feature!.

Initial Reaction: It’s more zaniness from Jonathan Morgan that’s every bit as funny and hot as I expected.

Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Wicked, both are very good. The picture is very clear, but there is some pixelation here and there. The audio is excellent and very well balanced.

Music: The music is kind of a dance style. If you’ve seen any of Jonathan Morgan’s other movies you know the style. It’s balanced very well with the rest of the audio.

Review: It’s got thrills, chills, and best of all, lots of sex, but what’d ya expect, it’s a porno? Anthony Crane is ready and waiting to escort us into the theater for today’s showing of Stab In the Dark and Momo the Jungle Guy . Once again, Suzie Cheesecake (Serenity) and Rip Rockwell (Randy Spears) show us what acting is all about. As with its predecessor, the storyline parts of the movie are in widescreen black and white, while the sex scenes are in color. Like any other movie, you have to start out with trailers. Today there’s trailers for Bullets, Broads, and Bathtub gin, a gangster movie, My Saddle is Hard, a western where we can assume that the hero rides the damsel in distress off into the sunset, and Planet of the Alien Freaks. As with Double Feature!, the trailers are hilarious, but unfortunately they aren’t as creative as in the first installment. All of the movies are the same thing, just with a different theme. They’re funny, but not as funny as in Double Feature!. Surprisingly, Tabitha Stevens really steals the show in the trailers playing the busty blonde bimbo with lines like “Fuck me like the dog in heat that I am!” before she starts woofing.

First up is Stab in the Dark with Rip Rockwell as Dick Danger, Suzie Cheesecake as Helen Stevenson, and Anthony Crane as Rolo, the male eunuch, Dick’s sidekick. When Consuela Chugalotacocka (Asia Carrera) overhears Helen planning on murdering her husband Harold (Herschel Savage) she calls Dick Danger, who’s conveniently hanging out by a phone booth at the pier, to see that justice is served. Unlike revenge, which is a dish best served cold, justice, it appears, is a dish best served hot. Luckily there’s enough women around to see that justice is served again and again. Helen’s hubby has a bad heart and she thinks that if she treats him just right he’ll blow more than just his load. I’ve never been so jealous of a guy who’s sentenced to death. Man, if Jack Kevorkian looked have as good as Serenity does here he’d have a line stretching clear across the country. As it is, I don’t really want to think of Dr. Jack having sex at all.

Helen isn’t that bright and calls her boyfriend Kevin Hardass (Mickey G.) as soon as the job is kind of finished. He gets ready to head over to Helen’s, much to the disappointment of his busty, blonde bimbo (Tabitha Stevens) of a girlfriend. Luckily the pizza girl (Daniella Rush, although Anji Cooper is listed in the credits) shows up (even though nobody ordered a pizza) so they could have a timely threesome. Everybody does a great job in this scene, and you have to check out some of the extras to see some of what was cut out.

As the will is read, the inheritors mysteriously start dying. Helen is sure they are all suicides, but Dick isn’t so sure. It probably had something to do with the last victim hanging from the ceiling with a noose around his neck and a knife in his chest. Dick thinks he should make a phone call, so Consuela escorts him to a phone and her hot, steamy body. Asia is really great here (as always) and she really puts her oral skills to work. Having her in the maid’s uniform doesn’t hurt either.

Kevin and Helen go into the bathroom to work things out, sure that one of them was securing the estate for both of them. Since they’re alone, they also have to satisfy their raging hormones. What’d ya expect? It’s a porno? Since it’s a Jonathan Morgan Wicked porno, you know that it’s going to be a great scene and that Serenity is going to put a lot into it as well as Mickey doing his normal, great job. There’s a lot of heat in this scene and I wouldn’t have minded if this scene would have been twice as long rather than the normal scene length. When they return, Dick announces who the killer is. A few times.

We immediately move into the second feature, Momo The Jungle Guy , a feature reminiscent of the Tarzan movies, or maybe Walk Like a Man with Howie Mandel. When Tabitha Rothchild (Suzie / Serenity) and her husband Drake (Mike Horner) go on safari in deepest, darkest, Africa, Drake is rescued from an attacking bear by Momo The Jungle Guy (Rip / Randy Spears). Tabitha doesn’t know how to repay Momo, so she convinces Drake that they should reintroduce Momo to society. I was amazed at Randy Spears’ acting ability when he played the monster in Double Feature!. That was nothing compared to Momo. The makeup job is done so that you can barely recognize Randy. If it wasn’t for his voice and his eyes, I wouldn’t have known who it was. He really excels at the physical comedy of Momo, who we assume was raised by monkeys.

As usual, the jungle brings out the animal in Tabitha, and Drake can’t fight off her raging hormones. Serenity is one of the rare actresses that so far I can’t find anything bad about. She’s a gorgeous woman and her previous ballerina training has given her a flexibility that would turn even Plastic-Man hard as a rock. Mike Horner is known as the master of sexual facial expressions, and with a partner like Serenity he can put them all to use.

Although the sea journey didn’t quite agree with Momo, or maybe it was just the smell of New York City as they came into the harbor, Momo is quite happy to be to his new home. He rapidly marks his territory and starts humping the leg of the buxom blonde bimbo maid (Tabitha Stevens, once again, who shows how much potential a maid’s outfit can have) who loves puppies. He also takes the opportunity for a little heine sniffing. Jeeves Dabutler (Kyle Stone) isn’t quite as thrilled at Momo nor having to chase after him. You can’t help but chuckle at Kyle’s performance as the straight laced butler chasing after Momo irritatedly and you can’t help but laugh out loud at Tabitha’s blonde maid as she runs after Momo yelling “Bad Doggie!”.

You also can’t blame Jeeves when he breaks out some herbal aphrodisiacs to help get the maid in the mood. Both Tabitha and Kyle are great in this scene, and as usual, Kyle ends up with Tabitha’s panties around his neck. Tabitha does a great job of taking it in the ass as well as showing how trash talking should be done. The only problem is that Jeeves dropped the bottle of aphrodisiacs next to the bed which Momo was hiding under.

Next month Tabitha thinks Mom is ready for society. Drake isn’t quite so certain, as Mom is still snatching nearby flies for a snack. He also has the nasty habit of humping the legs of several of the guests. He barely has time to spike the punch with what’s left of the herbal aphrodisiacs before Tabitha drags him away from the party. Tabitha realizes she shouldn’t have taken Momo from the jungle and that humans are the real animals. She knows that Momo is a real man, although she doesn’t refrain from slapping him with a rolled up newspaper. They decide to run and be free while the party guests drain the punch bowl.

The party orgy is your typical orgy scene between the guests (Anji Cooper, Bridgett Kerkove, Kaylin, Tasha Hunter, Anthony Crane, Dave Hardman, and Rick Masters). It’s the normal length, so you don’t get much focus on any one performer or couple and of course the couples change regularly. I was a little surprised at Anthony Crane participating in the scene, but he was fairly amusing since he decided to be French for this scene. I was also a little surprised at Kaylin. I’ve only seen Kaylin before in Porn-o-matic 2000 and she didn’t impress me too much there. She was much better here and hopefully she can get her girl / girl scenes to be as good as she is here with the opposite sex.

Back in the jungle, Momo and Helen make their happy home. Of course, I’m not quite sure how Momo couldn’t be happy with how the jungle brings the animal out of Helen. You knew it had to happen, and finally, Momo proves he’s a real man with a real woman. It’s a great scene to end the movie with and Randy and Serenity have great chemistry together.

Extras: There’s the usual Wicked extras here. Audio bios for Serenity, Tabitha, Asia, Bridgett, Randy, Mickey and Mike all have a couple stills, a link to one of their scenes, and some information about them. There are two photo galleries, one of the movie lasting almost three minutes with five seconds on each still, and one that’s behind the scenes stills lasting almost two minutes with five seconds per still. Trailers are for Double Feature!, Pornogothic, Flashpoint , and Sex Safari . Of course, there’s also the Wicked Company profile and web site information, AVN winners and nominations, and the Wicked Casino.

Unfortunately, Jonathan Morgan’s commentary is one of the worst I’ve heard, especially from him. There’s a lot of dead air, and it doesn’t have the spark or fun of his others. I think a lot of it is due to Jonathan doing this one by himself. In his other commentaries he had somebody to play off of, such as Serenity or Alexa. This time he’s alone and he doesn’t seem as into it as in his other commentaries.

Luckily, Red Ezra’s thirty nine minute behind the scenes doesn’t suffer like the commentary. It captures many of Morgan’s wacky antics and also shows a lot of the behind the scenes in the three day shoot. It’s filled with interviews and quite a few bloopers. It also highlights some of the dangers of smoking in bed.

Of course, since this is a Jonathan Morgan film, there’s bloopers. Almost seven minutes of bloopers to be more precise. As usual, the bloopers are hilarious, but what else can you expect with a cast like this?

Raincoat Factor: Medium. There’s a lot of great sex, but there’s a lot of plot also.

Overall: Currently, Bride of Double Feature! can be found online for between $27 and $30 with very few retailers offering it for over $28. Although it’s high priced, it is worth it. The movie is as well done and funny as the first installment and the extras are great, once again. Of course, as with most Wicked releases, the transfer is great!

Note to Wicked: Once again, great job! I can’t wait for Son of Double Feature ! Also, please give Jonathan Morgan some company on the commentary. This was his worst one so far and I think a lot of it was because he didn’t have somebody to play off of.
