Since its been nominated for a WAD Award I have some hope for it. Initial Reaction: Its not bad, but its not fabulous either. Audio /Video Quality: Its a low budget feature, so its not perfect. The audio has some dubbing but most of the dialogue is pretty clear. The video has some grain and suffers some from poor lighting in areas. On the plus side, its probably a little more realistic lighting in some of these scenes. Unfortunately, it isnt that way for all of them. Music: I think theres only two songs through the entire movie. Theyre normally well balanced but get really annoying.

Ive got fairly high hopes for that reason alone. Initial Reaction: The story is fun and the sex is good and it appears that everyone is having fun. It makes the entire movie fun to watch. Audio /Video Quality: The audio is very good. Theres a few background noises but they dont interfere too much with the movie. Theyre soft enough that you wouldnt even notice them if there was any music. The video is also very good. Theres a few soft focus problems but theyre only for a split second a couple times in the movie. Music: None. Review: Normally its a really bad sign when the cover and the movie cant agree on things.

Initial Reaction: Carnal Witness has perhaps the best plot Ive seen in an adult film. The sex was also a little above average. This is a great movie! Audio /Video Quality: The audio is generally pretty good. Its a little uneven here and there, but nothing that interferes with the movie too much. The dialogue is all easily understood. The video is about average. Most of the picture is slightly grainy. A lot of the scenes take place in fairly dark places, which doesnt help things much. When you consider some of the locations, the video seems a lot better than what it first appears. Music: The music is excellent and extremely varied.

Review brief: If Karen Dior were given a bit more of a budget her movies might not be that bad, unfortunately she doesnt have much so they tend to be average at best. The story is thin and the scenes arent really related too much, just 5 segments with one being a solo. The guys are all average looking which is refreshing. Nice cocks and asses and no "super model" types. Just your guy next door. It begins with Don Dawson and Dirk Adams lying in bed. Both of these guys are rather cute, young, dark hair and a bit Spanish looking. They appear they could almost be brothers, which is kind of erotic in itself. Everything is very clear, both dialogue and sex sounds. The video is normally very clear, but in some places theres a little grain. Music: The music is by Saint, which I really like. Saints music really raises couples movies up a notch for me. Its very well balanced and fits the scenes wonderfully.

Review brief: I thought I would try a DVD from Jill Kelly productions and was not overally dissapointed. The DVD contains five scenes with the first one very reminiscent of an elegant angel scene with Shelbee Myne in the bath. Scene 3 features Tabitha Stevens with whom this DVD is about, and she takes a nice 8 finger ramming from another woman. You can see the extensive boob job she has had done though. Still very nice. Review brief: There is no question in my mind that Jenna Jameson epitomizes the prototypical porn babe: blonde, flashy, curvy and with a eye-popping, healthy chest courtesy of Dow Corning, it's easy to see why she has become America's hardcore sweetheart. However, I will admit that with the exception of her earliest appearances in Old Man Randy West's UP AND CUMMER series (in particular the previously reviewed UP AND CUMMERS #11, where she is, in the words of Robert Palmer, "simply irresistable"), I have not exactly been a member of her fan following. To me, she just doesn't have the appeal of a Ginger Lynn, Nikki Dial, or even Ashlyn Gere, to name a few undisputed legends of porn. And her 1995 starring role in THE WICKED ONE does nothing to change my mind. Beginning with an opening scream and scrawled warning, "Don't fuck with Jenna" on the DVD's menu, this release from Wicked is a fairly good porn package, and co-stars some overlooked favorites like Tiffany Million and Channone, as well as present-day superstars like Jill Kelly.

As an American, and therefore speaking only one language as the joke goes, I have no clue if it is well done or not. The audio that I can understand synchs very well with the video. Theres a few parts where the dialogue is hard to hear, but overall its very good. The video is also very clear.

Audio /Video Quality: Looker was shot on film, which, as far as I know, is typical of most of Nic Cramers movies. Since its shot on film there is some grain but its not too bad. Theres just enough grain that you notice it. For being shot on film its about as little grain as Ive seen in an adult movie. The audio is well balanced, although there are a couple flaws in the movie. Theyre not that noticeable and the audio synchs very well throughout the movie. Music: The music varies some in style to match the scene.

The box says 2 hours, but I found out that ends at 1:47:44. No big deal, because the DVD deliverys pretty much does what its says Ass to Mouth scenes. Most of the scenes where all only 1.5 minutes long to 2 minutes long each, so there is a lot of differnt scenes to watch. Don't bother using the chapter select, because there isn't one from the main menu, just play movie. Every time I hit the chapter foward button it would just go 15 minutes ahead, so hope you know where your going. I did notice that scenes were all good and had alot of action going on. Always starts in the anal and then continues til the popshot in the mouth. Some popular Sinclair St Claire, & Max Hardcore. I didn't expect to see ole' Max, but heres in her about 8 scenes from his Casting Call series.

Initial Reaction: Its a great compilation of Asias scenes, but it the technical aspects could have been done a little better. Audio /Video Quality: Both vary, as its, you guessed it, a compilation DVD. Theres some grain to several of the scenes, which is to be expected, but its still pretty average. Thankfully, some of the scenes are also very clear. Overall the audio is pretty well balanced.

And in some of the positions, there is no 2nd angle. Also the 2nd angle in most scenes are bad. There are only 3 positions in the sex part. The cool part about this dvd is that you can choose different background and music. Overall, this dvd isn't that great at all. Audio /Video Quality: As with the first part, the audio is excellent. Face Dance Part 2 was originally shot back in 1992 so some grain is expected and is also about the same as the first part. Music: The music ranges from soft, smooth jazz to driving rock. It fits the many moods of the movie.

Music: There isnt a lot of music, but what music there is balances very well with the rest of the audio.

Review brief: This is a great movie with some major flaws. First off, Chloe steals the show as usual. She is beautiful and super-enthusiatic. She really loves cock. Every scene that she's in is a classic. However, there is an audio problem at the beginning of the dvd. During the intro scene, the audio is about a 1/4 second behind the video. Thus, the words don't match the picture, and Chloe looks like a kung-fu master in a badly dubbed martial arts movie. The sole reasons I bought it was because a) it was cheaper than usual (most DVDs sell for about 40 bucks, this one was only 20), and b) it featured my favorite star, Heather Lee. Her scene in this was great, featuring her and two other guys together (don't ask me to name them - whom pays attention to porn for the men, anyway? :) but the rest of the DVD was good as well. Tara Heart, the star of the DVD, was featured in three scenes, each better than the last, culminating in a two guy/two girl scene at the very end. Red-headed Brittany O'Connell is the real star in this DVD, having by far the best scenes in the video (two with Tara Heart). Review brief: This virtual sex dvd has few movies and stacy's bio. But the main point of this dvd is the fantasex part. It pretty much like the virtual sex series from digital playground or my plaything from digital sin. But this interactive sex dvd by vca is not all that. The scenes are only 1 minute long. And in some of the positions, there is no 2nd angle. Also the 2nd angle in most scenes are bad. There are only 3 positions in the sex part. The cool part about this dvd is that you can choose different background and music. Overall, this dvd isn't that great at all. I would highly recommend "my plaything with stacy valetine". over chasing stacy.

Audio /Video Quality: As with the first part, the audio is excellent. Face Dance Part 2 was originally shot back in 1992 so some grain is expected and is also about the same as the first part. Music: The music ranges from soft, smooth jazz to driving rock. It fits the many moods of the movie.

Review brief: This is a great movie with some major flaws. First off, Chloe steals the show as usual. She is beautiful and super-enthusiatic. She really loves cock. Every scene that she's in is a classic. However, there is an audio problem at the beginning of the dvd. During the intro scene, the audio is about a 1/4 second behind the video. Thus, the words don't match the picture, and Chloe looks like a kung-fu master in a badly dubbed martial arts movie. She doesn't fail to deliver, bringing herself off with two large dildos in her pussy. She has a great fisting scene that is completely ruined by a black box that blocks view of a girl wrist deep in Chloe. This is really silly. This is a XXX movie, there is no reason why the studio should block out the fisting. Particularly since Chloe is the queen of fisting. She does perform two of the best anals that I've ever seen, back to back. The other performers add their bits, particularly the beautify Jewel Valmont, but Chloe is the star.

Initial Expectations: This series has been around for quite a while, so if its making it onto DVD there must be something pretty good about it. Since its the first volume, Im expecting this to be very basic. Initial Reaction: Its very basic, but other than being a little dry, its very well done. Audio /Video Quality: The picture is slightly grainy, but its to be expected with the age of the feature. The audio is very well done and normally very well balanced. Music: Although I didnt expect any, theres very light instrumental music (think John Tesh or Kenny G) throughout almost the entire feature. Disc Problems: NO TIME CODE! With how little effort Ive heard it is to do this, I can see no reason why any DVD should be without one.

I had always heard that Private has the best transfer around and Im tempted to believe them after watching this. Theres a little grain to the picture, but not that much. It noticeable here and there but most times you have to look for it. Also, The Pyramid 1 is presented in widescreen (Im guessing about 1.66:1). Its great to see widescreen making its way into the adult films and I hope to see it more in the future.

Review brief: (The boxcover text, available at any webstore, is a fairly accurate description of the content, so I am not going to describe it in detail.) This DVD features pissing and solo masturbation scenes by three pretty and young women. The masturbation scenes are very good (especially Kerbie's and Kelly's scenes). They are probably among the best solo scenes I have seen. The girls do a sensual striptease to warm things up. There is no music, and neither do the girls say anything, all you hear is their moans and the wet squishy sound the fingers or the toys make. I think the simplicity and the reality is is what makes the scenes work so well. Kelly (also known as Kelly Havel, I believe) stands out here. She has long black hair and an a very pretty face. She actually looks much better in the video than in the boxcover picture (which is what drew me to get this DVD in the first place). Review brief: This was the first DVD I bought, and it was a great choice. The sole reasons I bought it was because a) it was cheaper than usual (most DVDs sell for about 40 bucks, this one was only 20), and b) it featured my favorite star, Heather Lee. Her scene in this was great, featuring her and two other guys together (don't ask me to name them - whom pays attention to porn for the men, anyway? :) but the rest of the DVD was good as well. Tara Heart, the star of the DVD, was featured in three scenes, each better than the last, culminating in a two guy/two girl scene at the very end. Red-headed Brittany O'Connell is the real star in this DVD, having by far the best scenes in the video (two with Tara Heart). The title came into heavy play only twice - with Venessa Steele's interlude with a john and Brittany handing "her best girl", Heather, off to the two men in her scene. All in all, a very enjoyable DVD. The extra features seen in most DVDs, however, are nonexistant, dropping my score down a bit.

It's an excuse to watch lots of people doing it. Of course, this isn't a complaint so much as it is an observation--an observation particularly important to note since most people expect more from a Vivid production. I, however, feel the typical Vivid self indulgences get in the way of what I really want. In that respect, Devil's Blackjack starts off in the right direction. Here, we look in on purgatory's game show in which recently departed souls play a quick game of chance to determine if they go to Hell or porn nirvana. The game, of course, is blackjack and Bobby Vitale is our excitable host. The Vanna White to his Pat Sajak is the overwhelmingly cute Devon, who not only deals the cards, but is also the grand prize on more than one occasion.
