Audio /Video Quality: For the age of the feature, it looks and sounds great. The audio is clear and well balanced. The video has a couple flashes of relics and a few problems with shadows, but normally looks great.

Music: The music is extremely well balanced with the rest of the audio. Some of it seems fairly typical, and some feels quite different, but almost all of it fits extremely well with the scenes.

Menus: Wicked appears to put a lot of effort into all of their menus, and it almost always makes for a great first impression for their DVDs. This is no exception. It fits the features well and includes several great teases for the feature. The chapter menu lists the chapters, and not just the sexual ones, by a title rather than who’s in them or a number. I like to know who’s in the scene right away, but they do make it an impressive alternative.

The Feature: When a girl spends a lot of time at the library, her mind tends to wander. At least, that’s what Cover to Cover seems to say. I wouldn’t know since it’s been a long time since I spent any time at a library, and have never been a girl. Jenna plays the aforementioned girl, and finds many books in the library to stimulate her, ahem, imagination.

Brad Armstrong and Jenna Jameson start things off in a Civil War styled scene, as Brad returns home at the end of the war. Of course, what good is returning home to your Southern Belle girlfriend if you can’t bang her right away? Brad doesn’t know, as he works over Jenna’s obviously implanted tits and works his way down to her pussy, which is either the most sensitive in the world or Jenna overdoes things quite a bit. He doesn’t spend long down there before getting up for Jenna to suck his cock. It’s a very hot scene with great chemistry, but sadly ends very abruptly.

Morgan Le Fay, an average looking redhead, imagines a time with pirate Gerry Pike. The girls take turns teaming up on each other, but occasionally get into a line to give and receive. They mostly work each other over naturally, but break out the toys near the end. All of the girls seem to have some need to suck on the dildos, which I don’t mind when it’s a little for getting them wet. Jenna really goes overboard on the dildo sucking, and seems to be sucking one end of the double dildo almost constantly. Kaitlyn puts the dildo to much better use by having the girls bury it in her ass. Jenna finishes out the scene by playing with herself while the couple guys who watched, namely a very young Vince Voyeur and Mark Davis, jerk off onto her face and neck. It’s a very hot scene that has great chemistry throughout.

In a Japanese setting, Kia takes on Jenna Jameson and another girl, both of whome were masquerading as a guys by wearing strap ons. Anybody who doesn’t like dildo sucking better keep the fast forward button handy during this scene since there’s plenty of it. It’s a little reminiscent of some of Andrew Blake’s scenes with the women masquerading as men and how it’s handled. It’s a very short scene and doesn’t have much of a chance to build up any heat. The third girl is barely even shown, and her face never is.

Jenna imagines herself as a ballerina next, and takes a break to stretch out more than just her legs. She starts it out as a very nice tease, working her hand in and out of her panties without showing much, and later uses her pearl necklace as a toy. It’s another very short scene, but it does manage to build up some nice heat fairly quickly.

Finally, Jenna imagines herself as a messenger sent to tell boxer Mark Davis to take a fall. The scene is done as black and white noir scene, and fits the mood extremely well right from the start between the visuals, which get a little grainy and soft like many old movies, and the music. Jenna gives Mark a little extra persuading, and quickly strips off some clothing to show that she means business. Although no great work of adult cinema, Cover to Cover is a nice piece of fluff. I don’t mean this in any bad way, as that’s all it seems to try to be and it does it very well. It manages to blend a large variety of scenarios together into a fun movie that has a lot of good sex, which borders on very good. Jenna does a great job here, and it’s not too hard to see why she gained the following she has with features like this.

Extras: Two photo galleries are included, one for the production and one for Jenna. In each gallery, the pictures last for about five seconds and are framed and look very good. The production gallery lasts for about two minutes while the Jenna gallery gets close to three minutes. Bios are included for Jenna Jameson, Jill Kelly, P.J. Sparxx, Shelby Stevens, Kia, Mark Davis, and Brad Armstrong. They’re Wicked’s standard bios, which are nicely done and include some great personal information, a few stills, a listing of many of the stars’ other Wicked features, and a link to the star’s scene. Overall: Currently, Cover to Cover can be found online for between $20 and $30 with very few stores offering it for under $25. The low end is a pretty fair price here. It appears Wicked went through quite a bit of work in restoring it, as it looks great even though it’s an older feature. The sex is varied and fun, but does have a few problems here and there. There isn’t much for extras, but Wicked added a second photo gallery filled with just Jenna photos that should please quite a few of her fans.

Note to Wicked: It’s great to see you putting the care needed to make some of your older titles look good. It’s also nice to see you throwing something extra in for Jenna fans such as the photo gallery. Keep up the great work!
