Lipps & McCain
Release date: 2/4/2019
Reviewed on: 7/1/2019
Studio: Alpha Blue Archives
Starring: Paul Thomas, Amanda Blake, Amber Hunt, Lauren Black, Dale Meador, Kristine Heller, Cris Cassidy, Tracy O'Neil, Ric Lutze, Vicky Lindsay, Damon Christian, Larry Price, Pat Rhea
Directed by: Bob Chinn
Review brief: Having pissed off a group of poker-playing hicks, a rough-and-tumble biker gang, and a couple of low-rent mobsters, two unemployed, wannabe cowboys (Rick Lutze and Paul Thomas) and a young, runaway bride (Amber Hunt) find themselves on the run and in hiding. Whether their constant string of good-for-nothin' shenanigans has finally caught up with them or whether they'll escape and live happily ever after remains to be seen, but--either way--the one thing that's for certain is that there will be a heapin' helpin' of hot and horny fucking along the way. Such is the case in "Lipps and McCain", an overall-good, 1978 release from director Bob Chinn and Alpha Blue Archives.

Little does Hersch know, however, but a group of aphrodisiac-wielding, Nazi relics from World War II--now hiding out in South America--are also after the tome, as they intend to employ it in reestablishing the glory that was their cherished Third Reich. Review brief: When his promiscuous, dissatisfied hippie of a wife (Dorothy Smight) opts to divorce him, leaving him unable to pay to for it, the down-on-his-luck Jon Martin has little choice but to take on a low-end job as an encyclopedia salesman for an ambitious businesswoman (Brigit Olsen), who's also the client of his attorney (Christine DeShaffer). Of course, Jon would be an utter failure at this piece of his life, as well, if it weren't for his almost uncanny ability to ensnare women with his naively innocent charm...and then satisfy them thoroughly with his seemingly mystical cock. Studio: Vinegar Syndrome
Starring: Mike Ranger, Hillary Summers, Tantala Ray, Chris Anderson, Johnny Hardin, Terri Dolan, Tina Louise, Bud Wise, Kari Klark, Tricky Dicky, Brenda Leggs, Zen Kitty, Brian Flynn
Directed by: Howard Ziehm
Review brief: Humanity, in its seemingly infinite stupidity, has long since killed itself off, and a race of space-traveling robots and "thinking machines" has taken its place. Of course, there still remains one hope--one chance, if you will--for mankind, as one of the machines named Mentor, who resembles a cross between a trash can and a fifth grade art project gone wrong, brings to life a single, test-tube born member of the race, the outrageously gorgeous Kari Klark. Klark, the "Star Virgin" and stereotypical, horny blonde bimbo to the max, is life's last chance...which means that it's pretty much fucked...or, at a minimum, fucking. Such is the case in this clever, cheesy, and comical little re-mastering of the 1979, Howard Ziehm classic by Vinegar Syndrome.

Starring: Tom Byron, Bunny Bleu, Ginger Lynn, Amber Lynn, Steve Drake, Marc Wallice, Rick Savage, Harry Reems, Cara Lott, Francois Papillon, Herschel Savage, Cheri Janvier, J. Massey
Directed by: Steve Scott
Review brief: When a big-time, 1920's gangster's (Harry Reems') whiny girlfriend (Cara Lott) hits the road, he's quick to find another main squeeze in the form of a fresh-off-the-bus cigarette girl (Ginger Lynn) at one of his clubs. Unfortunately for Harry, while Ginger has all of the requisite physical attributes (...and then some...) to meet his picky standards, she's a bit too innocent and proper for his low-brow tastes. What's a guy to do when faced with such dire circumstances? Well...employ his incarcerated buddy's, and fellow gangster's (Herschel Savage's), tawdry girlfriend (Amber Lynn) to train her, of course. What could possibly go wrong, right? Such is the case in "Trashy Lady", an exceptional re-release of director Steve Scott's 1985 masterpiece from Vinegar Syndrome.

Review brief: The sassy English lassie of yesteryear (the lovely and lusty Nici Sterling), all three of her open-for-business holes, and even her well-known willingness to please sadly aren't enough to save the directorial and technical debacle that is "Starbangers 8", a subpar, 1996 release from Fantastic Pictures. It's like somebody threw a gangbang and nobody came... at least the viewer didn't, that's for sure. Do yourself a favor and avoid this slow-paced, horribly produced and edited piece of garbage. Watching it is like being put on hold on the telephone for 80+ minutes, except instead of holding a phone, you're holding your limp, disappointed dick...and your wallet is $15 lighter. Buy something else. (Poor, Nici. She deserved so much better than this.)

Compounding his problems, he soon discovers that he's not alone in this "paradise", as the Nazis have set up a small, nearby radio-monitoring camp staffed by a pervy, lushy letch of a commander and his two carnal-crazy fraulein underlings. Review brief: An already-bereft, World War 2 Navy man, John Holmes, finds himself stranded and fending for himself on a near-deserted island in the South Pacific after his ship goes down out at sea. Compounding his problems, he soon discovers that he's not alone in this "paradise", as the Nazis have set up a small, nearby radio-monitoring camp staffed by a pervy, lushy letch of a commander and his two carnal-crazy fraulein underlings. In attempting to rescue a pair of nurses also held captive at the camp, Holmes soon finds himself both a prisoner, as well, and at the mercy of this kinky, sadistic, Hitler-obsessed crew. Such is the case in "Prisoner of Paradise", a very good re-release from Vinegar Syndrome and directors Gail Palmer and Bob Chinn.

Pretty Peaches (Vinegar Syndrome)
Release date: 2/18/2016
Reviewed on: 10/31/2018
Studio: Vinegar Syndrome
Starring: Paul Thomas, Sharon Kane, Joey Silvera, Flower, John Leslie, Desiree Cousteau, Holly McCall, Blair Harris, Juliet Anderson, Turk Lyon, Eileen Welles, Mimi Morgan, Nancy Hoffman, Ken Scudder, Liza Dwyer, Phaedra Grant, Ming Jade, Lisa Sue Corey, Kathy Kaufman
Directed by: Alex deRenzy
Review brief: Finding herself strangely (and a bit drunkenly) unsettled by her father's (John Leslie's) marriage to a younger woman in Virginia City, Desiree Cousteau (as "Peaches") races off down a canyon in her jeep, only to veer off of the road and crash...leaving her with a bad case of amnesia and a lost identity. Of course, it's just her luck that two low-life characters find her, steal her transportation, and exploit her for their own ugly purposes...setting off a cascade of difficult events for the young Desi that only seem to go from bad to worse. Such is the case in "Pretty Peaches", an exceptional, 1978 release from director Alex DeRenzy which has been remastered exceptionally well by Vinegar Syndrome.

Peekarama: Baby Rosemary / Hot Lunch
Release date: 2/22/2017
Reviewed on: 10/10/2018
Studio: Vinegar Syndrome
Starring: Sharon Kane, John Leslie, Desiree Cousteau, Jon Martin, John Seeman, Juliet Anderson, Sharon Thorpe, Bonnie Holiday, Melba Bruce, Paul Roman, Ken Scudder, Christine DeShaffer, Monique Cardin, Candida Royalle, Dorothy Smight, Anita Grimes, William Niles, Jane Lindsay, Brigit Olson, Lesllie Bovee
Directed by: John Hayes
Review brief: A seemingly virginal, though certainly troubled, young woman, Rosemary (played by Sharon Thorpe), finds herself both unable to have sex unless in impersonal situations and also swirling further and further into madness, particularly upon the death of her estranged father. Where this disturbed path that her troubled psyche takes her upon will ultimately lead is anyone's guess, but one thing is for certain, and that's that it will be dark...and sexual. Such is the case in "Baby Rosemary", a bizarre, though very good, re-release of a 1976 Howard Perkins film by Vinegar Syndrome.
