Review:
Distraught over dirty dreams, an innocent, God-fearing, young woman named Peaches (played by the big-busted brunette legend, Keisha) leaves the trailer park to embark upon a journey of self- (and sexual-) exploration that takes her on one hell of a wild (...and often awkward...) ride. Such is the case in "Pretty Peaches 3", a very good, 1989 release from acclaimed director, Alex deRenzy, and VCA. Indeed, the unwitting Peaches finds herself in the presence of one bizarre character after another, each of whom seems to be interested in solely one thing--sex. There's the pervy, female doctor ("Dr. Thunder Pussy" ; Rachel Ryan) who gives her a rough, heavily-lubed, anal and vaginal "check-up" prior to riding a male sex doll immediately, thereafter, and there's the televangelist pair of Jamie Gillis and the stunning Victoria Paris whom she seeks out and who then fuck it out as the law is literally bearing down upon them. (Gillis plays his part to utter perfection here, by the way.) There's also the bizarre (...and bizarrely blonde...) group of three, old fashioned religious freaks, Tianna, Vicki Blair, and Priscilla Love, who ultimately dyke it out after Peaches chances upon them at their cultish retreat...and so on. Along the way, Peaches (Keisha) finds herself in a variety of settings (in the countryside, at a cult, riding along with a chicken delivery girl, in San Francisco, etc.) and in all manner of hocus pocus (...and "poke-her", as Mike Horner and Eric Price did...) so-called "spiritual" scenarios. Of course, similar to the second part of the series, Peaches' mother (played again by the impeccably beautiful Tracey Adams) allows her concerns over her daughter's safety to drive her on a quest of her own--to find her. This time, she drags a muscle-bound boy-toy with hair bigger (...and panties pinker...) than her own, Gene Carrera, along with her...and also gets herself a piece of the action. Other than its similar theme and title character (played by different actresses), there really isn't any connection to the prior installments, including the seminal original from ~10 years before. Regardless, this flick is still a winner, and it still stands the test of time quite well. Keisha's in her prime, Ms. Adams is a super-cougar, and the supporting cast not only fucks well (...so hot...), but also acts well. For fans of classic craziness, uniquely comical coming of age stories, vintage deRenzy, and/or either of the leading ladies (especially Keisha), this one's easy to recommend. Be sure to check it out. Hands down and dicks up, it's a winner! (As a note: The version covered here is the Vinegar Syndrome re-release, and it is definitely the one to see. Vinegar does a masterful job of restoring vintage adult fare, and this is no exception. Indeed, this particular flick appears to also be the complete form of the film, as opposed to a prior version that this reviewer reviewed, which clearly wasn't.)
