Review brief: Running Time: 102 min. Production Date: 6 / 29 / 2002 Director: Phil Barry Cast: Cathy Barry, Malissa Walker, Laura Jones, Carla St. James, Pete Le Meat, and Frazer Fox Initial Expectations: So far Ive been disappointed with almost everything Ive seen from Union Jaxxx. This doesnt give me high expectations here. Initial Reaction: Extreme boredom. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting to watch somebody new and insomniacs Who Should Avoid It: Anybody whos fast forward button is broken Audio /Video Quality: The audio is fairly clear and well balanced, although there are a few background noises such as the stars being given direction and the cameraman tripping over what sounds like pop cans. The video is about the same quality. It has some grain but is nicely lit. Unfortunately, theres more than a few soft focus problems, a ton of jerky pans and zooms, and some obvious shadows from the cameraman that hold it back. It ends up looking like a beginners attempt at porn.

I wouldnt put money on it. Initial Reaction: Its the best movie Ive seen from Union Jaxxx, but is still far from perfect. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting to watch people they havent seen much before Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting a lot of nastier sex Audio /Video Quality: The audio has a few minor background and balance problems, but there arent many of them. The video is much better, and barely even has any grain. Its also well lit and has very few shadows. Music: The music is mostly your typical porno music, and at its loudest its nicely balanced with the rest of the audio.

Initial Reaction: Theres a couple good scenes here, but most of its easily skipped. Who Should Watch It : Fans of female masturbation Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants to see that the women are really enjoying sex Audio /Video Quality: The audio is balanced pretty well, but there are a few minor distractions throughout the feature. The video is very clear, and nicely mixes black and white and color. Music: The music rests softly in the background of the movie, and at times is so quiet that you barely even know its there. Disc Problems / Complaints: Theres no time stamp for the feature. As Ive said numerous times in the past, this always ticks me off and makes the DVD feel cheap to me.

Initial Reaction: This beaver isnt going to find much wood. Who Should Watch It : People who lose bets Who Should Avoid It: Everybody else Audio /Video Quality: The audio leaves more than a bit to be desired. The first scene has a bit of background noise that makes it sounds as if it was done in a subway restroom. The balance is okay, but nothing too great. The video is also okay. There arent many technical problems, but the angles normally leave much to be desired. Music: The music is very nicely balanced with the rest of the audio, and has a slightly techno feel to it. Complaints: Theres no time stamp for the feature, which is extremely annoying. Luckily theres three chapters, which means you can move around the feature a little.

The video is clear and nicely lit, and mixes in a bit of the matted widescreen format with the full screen format. The matted format isnt always done the best, as you can sometimes see the lines around the edges of the box.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting more intense and dominating sex Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting soft, cuddly, teddy-bear-like animal training Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good, but do have some noticeable faults. As seems to be common with Roccos movies, the audio balance isnt always the best and parts of the dialogue are frequently lost. If this was your average movie that might not matter much, but here the dialogue often adds to the scenes and without it the scenes dont get to their full level.

Theres some background noises, which are fairly forgivable because they dont interfere with the scenes much. The bigger problem is the audio balance. Kelly and Roccos conversations are often hard to make out and frequently badly out of balance. This really interferes with the movie because Kelly and Roccos conversations are almost always of a sexual nature.

There are a few moments that do show a little grain, but theyre very few and very far between. The lighting is a bit more problematic, but since Jordan often uses natural light in his scenes Im a bit more forgiving towards this.

Its often slightly out of balance and theres nothing edited out so you hear things like background noises and the cameraman asking the performers to do things like look at them before you see a flash of the still camera or give me some sort of facial reaction, which results in a stoned look. The video, however, is surprisingly good even when one doesnt consider how horribly done the audio is. Its normally well lit and doesnt show too much grain, but there are a few soft focus problems.

The video, however, didnt impress me much. It only has a little grain, but its also on the dark side, has frequent soft focus problems, and has an effect done to it that makes it seem jerky. Its almost like watching porn with a strobe light turned really fast, and it quickly started to hurt my eyes.

The audio is almost entirely the music, and you barely get any actual sounds of sex. The camera is constantly moving and normally offers views that seem a little off.
