Because of this, I cant help but look forward to each of her movies. Initial Reaction: Its a great choice for those times when you just want some brainless fucking with hot young girls. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting younger girls and not much plot Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants a heavy prostitution theme or straight ahead direction without any artistic styling Audio /Video Quality: The audio is pretty clear and well balanced. There are a few background noises, but very few of them seem out of place. The video has a slightly soft feel to it, but doesnt come close to approximating film.

Since this is a newer release than that Im hoping for a little more here. Initial Reaction: Although the last couple scenes were okay, the rest reminded me of why remotes have fast forward buttons. Who Should Watch It : Prison inmates Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants passable technical qualities or sex Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects vary quite a bit through the movie. Unfortunately, very little of it is close to average. The audio is very basic and has more than a few problems. Theres background noises and more than a few balance problems. There are a few areas that also look like they might have been dubbed, but from the look and sound of this one, I doubt anybody involved with this feature has that much skill. The video isnt any better. The lighting is okay, but its so pixelated that VHS would be a step up.

Im really curious to see what he does here. Initial Reaction: It tries merging artistic direction with amateur porn with weak results Who Should Watch It : Anybody who wants to watch first timers with an artistic movie Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants their sex a bit more straightforward Audio /Video Quality: The audio is okay at best. There are a few background noises, such as the cameraman sniffing, and the actual sex is often a bit on the soft side. The video has a soft feel that approaches film slightly, which I think is deliberate as Jon Yuma has a reputation for being a bit artistic in his approaches. There are also frequent split screen views and a bit of non-anamorphic widescreen which furthers the artistic feel of the scenes.

Im not sure whether to be scared or not, but Im definitely intrigued. Initial Reaction: Its a bit on the soft and repetitive side, but it does a nice job telling the story. Who Should Watch It : Anybody who wants something very soft and romantic Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting a lot of chemistry in all the scenes or driving sex Audio /Video Quality: Although there is a little dubbing, most of the audio is clear and well balanced. There are extra noises in some of the scenes beyond the performers, but rather than interfering they help give the scenes a bit more depth. The video was shot in high definition widescreen, and is presented in anamorphic widescreen.

Initial Reaction: Its one of the hottest movies Ive seen from Adam & Eve in a long time and reminds me why I used to be so impressed with Nick Orleans movies Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting hot sex Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting either nasty, extreme sex or slow, boring sex Audio /Video Quality: The audio is a bit mixed throughout the feature. Its mostly clear, but it seems like more of the sex scenes are dubbed than are not. Luckily the non-sex portions synch very well. The video has a slightly soft and artistic feel that continues evenly to the edge of the screen.

The balance seems to change a bit throughout the feature, with some of it being low enough that the dialogue is hard to hear. Theres a few background noises, but they often fit in with the scenes. The video has a slightly soft feel, which doesnt really affect the movie one way or another. Unfortunately, theres several slow motion breaks in the movie which do hurt it, as it breaks a lot of the momentum of the heat in the scenes.

This is really impressive because theres a fair amount of the movie thats shot outdoors. The video is very similar, and has a soft feel. Unfortunately, there are a couple spots where some of the equipment wanders into the cameras view, but they are very short spots that are easy to miss.

The video is also very nice. Its very clear and nicely lit, with barely anything to interfere with it. Music: The music comes and goes throughout the feature. What music there is frequently is too loud and is very familiar, but thankfully it doesnt show up too often. Menus: The menus are nicely done. Theres a bit of nice animation in the main menu, and the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a chapter number.

Initial Reaction: I almost fell asleep. Who Should Watch It : Fans of midgets and Ed Powers style Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants something new Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Ed Powers, the technical aspects leave more than a little to be desired. The audio has a frequent whisper in the background, and if there are any background noises youre going to hear them. Surprisingly, however, the audio is balanced pretty well. The video is pretty close to VHS quality. It has a soft feel and a little pixelation, a fair amount of camera shake, and you frequently get to see Eds helpers and the camera. Surprisingly, the lighting is pretty good. Music: None Disc Complaints / Misleading Advertising: The cover for this DVD is horrible, and almost misleading.

The audio is pretty average, but does have some balance problems. The video lacks much more. Theres some slight grain, frequent remnants, and an overabundance of shadows throughout the feature. With the exception of the remnants, which I assume are due to the age of the feature, almost all of the problems look like theyre from the original filming of the feature.

Initial Expectations: Its been way too long since Ive seen a Serenity DVD. Im looking forward to it! Initial Reaction: Its even better than I hoped, and really shows Serenity and Alec Metros acting talents well! Who Should Watch It : Anybody who wants a plot with their sex Who Should Avoid It: Raincoaters and anybody who wants to see Serenity take it in the ass Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and well balanced, but often dubbed. Giving credit where its due, the dubbing is nicely done. The video has a minor amount of grain to it, but is very nicely lit and uses both color and black and white footage in a very pleasing way. Its presented in the widescreen format, but unfortunately its non-anamorphic rather than an anamorphic transfer. Music: The music is pretty typical porno music, but is a bit on the loud side.

Initial Reaction: Its even an better DVD than Euphoria, and the movie is a heck of a lot more fun! Who Should Watch It : Anybody who wants a good laugh, high production values, and hot sex Who Should Avoid It: Raincoaters and anybody who wants nastier sex Audio /Video Quality: You have the option for the audio between Dolby 5.1 and DTS. Its all very clear and well balanced, and sounds just as great as one would hope it would.

Production Date: 01 / 1998 Director: Candida Royalle Cast: Missy, Mickey G., Rebecca Lord, Jeannie Pepper, Steve Drake, Ramon Fernandez, and Lexington Steele Initial Expectations: Eyes of Desire seemed like a very good start, so Im looking forward to seeing where Candida takes this one. Initial Reaction: Unfortunately, it suffers badly from sequel-itis. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting something thats emotionally driven and anybody who values the foreplay more than the actual fucking Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants to see a lot of penetration shots or pop shots Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and well balanced for the most part, but there are a few of the background noises that do creep up into the foreground. The video is often a bit dark, and unlike many of Femmes other movies, the shadows interfere with things quite a bit here and hold back the entire movie.

Initial Reaction: Its okay, but seems afraid to go all the way. Who Should Watch It : Anybody whos more interested in plot than sex Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants to see pop shots and penetrations Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and well balanced for the most part, but a couple background noises do intrude into the movie. There are also a couple spots that appear to have been dubbed. The dubbing appears to have been very well done, but things still dont seem to quite line up like they should. The video is often a bit dark, and also has a bit of grain. I know this feature was made in the late nineties, but the video quality makes it look more like it was from the early nineties.
