Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty normal for gonzo porn. The audio is often a little off balance, and there’s a fair amount of camera shakes, soft focus blurs, and shadows. That said, most of the audio is pretty clear, although there is a bit of the dialogue that gets lost. There’s also a bit of grain throughout the feature.

Menus: The menus are pretty standard. There main menu is very plain but has a small clip of the movie. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and the name of the lady in the scene.

The Feature: Omar’s around, and seems to have the horrible problem of lots of blondes wanting to have sex with him. It seems to happen to him wherever he goes. Sometimes he’s on his way to audition a girl for one of his movies, sometimes he stumbles on them, and sometimes he’s just trying to borrow a cup of sugar.

Sarah, a bleached blonde who looks like she could have been pulled out of any office in the western world, starts things off visiting Omar’s hotel room to make sure everything’s okay, and interrupts Omar’s singing in the shower. She recognizes him and lets Omar know that she’s wrote to him to try and be in one of his movies. Being the gracious person he is, Omar decides to give her an audition on the spot. Big Omar’s Bonin’ Up On Blondes shows that porn can still be fun and realistic, and put a smile on my face just like so many of Omar’s other movies. Amid a sea of fake tits and moans that seem so mechanical that you don’t know if they’re even real, Omar has put together a cast of fresh women who obviously love sex and don’t feel the need to fake things. Yes, the video is a bit crude at times and has the shakes and soft focus problems one has always associated with gonzo porn, but here it just adds to the charm. It’s obvious that there’s script involved here, but the shaky camera work adds to the charm of the scenes by making them feel a bit more spontaneous. Heck, the little things like that which permeate Omar’s movies could just as easily have made it seem cheap and cheesy, but here they work to make it realistic yet fun. Omar Williams has put together something worth checking out with Big Omar’s Bonin’ Up On Blondes.
