Production Date: 2002 Director: None listed Cast: Animated The Short Story Initial Expectations: Ive had very mixed results out of NuTechs anime features, so Im going in here with an open mind. Initial Reaction: Its okay. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting sex on the dark side of things, but that doesnt push things too far Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting all consensual sex The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear, well balanced, and synchs pretty well with the animated video. The video is pretty good. Its crisp and clear, and easily matches up with some of the better anime Ive seen. Music: The music varies in style nicely throughout the feature, which nicely enhances the scenes. Menus: The main menu is long, and almost acts as a trailer for the feature before the selections come up. The chapter menu is pretty standard and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a title for the scene.

Initial Reaction: Theres some hot sex but I cant say that I believed any of the cream pies were real. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting sex with plenty of chemistry and who doesnt care too much about cream pies Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting cream pies which dont look faked The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is clear and nicely balanced, but there are a few background noises which do interfere (such as a ringing phone which was louder than the performers). The video is also pretty good. The action is nicely lit and doesnt have much grain, but there are a few technical things to detract from it.

Im not expecting anything different here. Initial Reaction: Its pretty good, but a bit limited Who Should Watch It : Fans of all girl action with an emphasis on rimming Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting all girl anal action The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are a bit weak. The audio has a few background noises, such as an air conditioner running, and the balance is a bit weak. Some spots are fairly hard to hear while others are dominated by just one of the girls. The video is much the same. Theres a little grain, but the bigger problems are the soft focus blurs, inconsistent lighting, and a bit of camera shake.

Theres a bit of cheesy porn music that rests in the background of the first scene, and than that theres no music until the loud cheesy porn music in the final scene.

The audio is a little muddy, and theres a fair amount of camera noise and poorly balanced audio. Theres also a couple times where you can hear directions being given to the cast better than the cast themselves. The video is also a bit muddy. Its lit pretty well, but the picture is comparable to an average to slightly below average VHS picture.

Im not expecting anything better here. Initial Reaction: The best thing about the DVD is that the TFUI refused to work and instead froze up my DVD player. Who Should Watch It : Anybody involved with its production other than Kaoru. They deserve to be tied down and forced to watch this shit repeatedly as punishment for putting it out. Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who can avoid it The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects, in a word, suck. The audio has a funky feel to it, and feels hollow while also barely letting you year the action. Theres also a few minor background noises. The video is just as bad. Its grainy, unevenly lit, and has a lot of camera motion. Its not easy to watch.

Needless to say, Im not going into this one with much for expectations. Initial Reaction: Its about as enjoyable and intelligent as slamming your hard-on in a screen door. Who Should Watch It : Nobody. Who Should Avoid It: Everybody. I wouldnt wish this release on my worst enemy! The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: In a word, the technical aspects suck. The video is lit okay but is fairly pixelated and theres a fair amount of digital breakdown along the edge. The audio, however, makes it seem like synchronizing audio and video is about as easy as manned spaceflight.

Although Id love to believe that it was all Ariana, I have no doubt that with the lack of ethics Anarchy has continually shown that theyd be more than happy to just slap a popular stars name on somebody elses work to increase their sales. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting sex with real emotions Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting a school bus full of Eskimos going around doing pro-bono double anals The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are nicely done. Theres a bit of an amateur feel now and then, but here I think thats done on purpose. The audio is clear and nicely balanced, and I dont think I heard a single background noise. The video is also nicely done. It has a little grain to it for artistic effect, or maybe just to make the viewer think of how cool the movie would be if it were shot on film.

Review brief: NOTE: This is an amateur video. Amateur and homemade movies dont have the budget nor the resources of studio porn, and therefore rarely get close to the same quality technically. Im rating this DVD on the same scale, but most homemade or amateur features would rarely make it above a 3 on the standard scale I use for studio porn for their technical aspects. The performers also arent normally the glamour stars one expects from studio porn, and instead use people who look like somebody you might encounter in your day to day life. Finally, the camera work has a different feel, as its often shot from a tripod or with somebody who doesnt have the technical training or experience of professional cameramen. That said, amateur and homemade features have a great charm to them, simple because the people in them are doing what theyre doing to have fun and because they enjoy it.
