The Short Story

Initial Expectations: Anarchy has a disposition that’s about as nice as a billy goat that just lost a nut in an electrified barb wire fence. They have a good lineup of female talent here, which means that if it’s a typical Anarchy product there will be some hot sex held back by incompetence and false advertising.

Initial Reaction: It’s pretty decent.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty good. The audio is clear and pretty well balanced, although there are a few minor blemishes during a couple points in the movie and a few background noises. The video is also pretty good. It has a little softness that converts to blurriness during some points of the movie. It’s nicely lit, and didn’t hit me as being either really good or bad.

Music: There’s some music during the tease, where it’s the only audio, but that’s about it. It has a nice style, and actually helps out the tease.

False Advertising: Once again, Anarchy shows that it has just enough mastery of the American language to be able to deceive its potential customers. It claims to have a Special Stylized Opening, yet all it has on the main menu is a still. Stills aren’t special (okay, it does have Kami on it, but I don’t think that’s what they mean) and they definitely aren’t stylized unless you’re one of those people who needs a cork put on the end of your fork so you don’t hurt yourself when eating (which appears to describe quite a few of the higher up people at Anarchy). The back cover also states the DVD has Direct Scene & Action Access. “Direct Scene Access” is a fancy way to say it has a chapter menu, which the DVD does have. “Direct Action Access” is a fancy way to say that you have a menu to let you jump directly to specific positions or sex acts in the movie, which the DVD does not have. As usual, Anarchy has earned a half point penalty on the overall score for not delivering what it claims to.

Menus: The main menu is just a still with the choices and a bluish dot that never really lines up with any of the choices. It made me wonder if it took as long put together as my last fart. Surprisingly, the chapter menu shows a bit of care, and lets you choose a scene based on a still of each scene as well as the first name of the girl in each scene.

The Feature

Stinkers goes with a simple idea. You take your standard porno scene with a tease at the start, and then have each girl in the movie get fucked in the ass at some point. Yes, it’s simple, but so’s Anarchy.

Scene 1 - Kami Andrews and Johnny Thrust

Raven-tressed Kami starts things out lighting up a smoke while wearing a flowered pink and black corset with a pair of black pinstriped panties with a little flower on them. She magically transferred back and forth between being outside and at a garage pool table. He runs off at the mouth in a way that makes him seem like he’s trying to compensate for something else here, and he just kinda comes off as a wimp who looks down at women. Throughout this scene I couldn’t help but think that this would have been a much better scene with a different guy.

Scene 5 - Alana Evans and John West

Stinkers is an above average anal movie. I’ll admit that I started watching this one a bit tired, which might not be the best way to watch a movie. By the end of it, however, I was struggling to stay awake and found nothing about the movie to really keep my interest or keep me awake. The girls do a good job and looks nice, and Chico does a pretty good job with the camera work. The problem for me was that the entire movie seemed so cookie cutter that I felt like I’d seen it before. I was also a bit turned off right at the start because Chico seems to like girls with their makeup all smeared as if they were crying. To me, girls who were crying before sex strike me as either very unhappy or abused, and neither thought does anything to get the blood flowing below my waist. Stinkers is a decently done movie that doesn’t really have anything about it to make it overly memorable.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery contains nearly fifty very nice looking snapshots. Trailers are included for five other Anarchy releases. There’s also a behind the scenes featurette, web access, and advertising crap.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts about ten and a half minutes. After Seth and Nikki play around a little as she gets ready, things cut to her photo shoot where there’s so much background noise that you can barely hear what’s happening. It keeps going with a bit of Chico shooting Nikki’s scene as well as her trying to clean up afterwards. Annie gets some screen time next as the camera follows her around. You get to see some of her tease being shot as well as a quick talk with her after the scene is done. It’s an okay at best featurette that doesn’t really offer anything too special.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Anarchy’s DVDs can be found online for between about $10 and $25, with several stores offering them for under $15. At the low end this one might be okay. The sex is decent but nothing too special. The same can be said for the technical aspects and the extras. This is slightly above average DVD that seems fairly forgettable.

Note to Anarchy: Most companies don’t consider it a good thing when the first thought a person has when they put in their product is “How was I mislead or lied to this time?”. If you ever decide to be honest with the people who give you their money, you’re going to have a lot of work to do to try to convince them you’ve changed.
