The Short Story

Initial Expectations: Pixis seems to put less care into their DVDs than I do in wiping my ass (with the toilet paper having about the same results as their DVDs). I’m expecting this one to be spectacularly sucktastic.

Initial Reaction: If given the choice between watching this DVD and chugging a container of used enema fluid, go for the enema fluid if you’re allowed to strain it fist.

Who Should Watch It : I wouldn’t even give this to prison inmates as part of their punishment!

Who Should Avoid It: Everybody

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is pretty clear and well balanced, and doesn’t have all the background noises I expected. The video is lit okay, but there’s some noticeable pixelation.

Music: The music has a rock beat and is a bit loud.

Disc Complaints: This scene was already released on another DVD! If you have Bubble Gum Fantasies 1, you already have this scene! If that isn’t enough, this also isn’t a virtual sex simulator as it’s billed. It’s a kind of a game, but even at that it fails. I’d probably take away over a full point for these reasons, but with how poor this DVD is it just doesn’t really matter...

Menus: The menu is pretty much just a still of the boxcover. It’s truly craptastic.

The Feature

Bunny Luv: Virtual Pornstar has only one scene lasting under a half hour for the movie. Yes, this release is just as pathetic as you might think it would be.

Scene 1 - Bunny Luv and Ian Daniels

After blowing a few bubbles on a bed wearing a schoolgirly outfit, Bunny diddles herself a little. She’s discovered by Ian, who lets her know that she isn’t in trouble but he does have a present for her in his pants. She chuckles and then takes out her gum as Ian instructs her to do so she can fit his cock in her mouth. She gives it a slow sucking before lying back for Ian to tongue her shaven slit. When he backs off and drops his pants, she rolls over and laughingly tells him to do her from behind as she blows bubbles. She looks bored as he fucks her, but since she needs to make rent Bunny lets Ian keep fucking her. Ian also gets in a bit of missionary before finally popping on Bunny’s tits.

This is an okay at best scene. Bunny looks good, but she often comes off as being way too fake. It goes from her “little schoolgirl” performance right to the sex, where she looks bored more often than not. The camera work and editing don’t help anything, and normally give the feeling that it was all shot with a tripod and Ian stopping to adjust it whenever he wanted a different shot. There are a few zooms so that you can tell this isn’t the case, so I’m guessing whoever was behind the camera was so lost that Ian had to stop fucking and show him how to do it. This was a lousy scene the first time I watched it, and it didn’t get any better here!

The Extra Stuff

The blooper reel doesn’t even last a minute. There’s a little talking and a few chuckles. If you skip this, you aren’t missing anything. The photo gallery lasts about three quarters of a minute, and mixes up full screen photos and snapshots at an uneven rate that makes the entire thing feel as inept as the rest of the release. There’s also “TFUI”.

TFUI is supposed to stand for “Touch Feel User Interface”, but since Pixis is the only ones to use it, “Totally Fucking Useless Idiots” seems much more appropriate. You’re shown a picture of Bunny, and you’re supposed to select body parts (face / mouth, tits, pussy, etc.) followed by selecting what to do (grab, finger, cock, etc.). If you’re given a segment, and most of the time it’s a big if due to the limited number of choices you have to guess from, it might last a minute. It also recycles the dubbed audio from clip to clip and has some bad pixelation. You can have your choice between two camera angles, which appear to be true, but that doesn’t come close to making it worthwhile. Try as I might, I couldn’t even make it through the entire thing it was so badly done. Perhaps the scariest thing about this piece of shit feature is that the DVD pretty much billed it as the main attraction of the DVD. At the time of its release, Bunny Luv was quite the star and had a good following. Billing this as the main attraction on the DVD is kind of like billing the consequences of eating improperly prepared blowfish to try to get somebody to eat sushi.

The Bottom Line:

It doesn’t matter how much this one costs. Avoid it like you would somebody dumping a jar of fire ants into your pants. The sex scene comes from another DVD, the regular extras suck, and the TFUI is a joke. Releases like this show why Andrew Drake and Pixis / Digital Lust / Sinthetic / whatever name is next should be avoided.

Note to Pixis: Congratulations! Just when I thought you couldn’t go any lower, you did!
