Review brief: NOTE: This is an amateur video. Amateur and homemade movies dont have the budget nor the resources of studio porn, and therefore rarely get close to the same quality technically. Im rating this DVD on the same scale, but most homemade or amateur features would rarely make it above a 3 on the standard scale I use for studio porn for their technical aspects. The performers also arent normally the glamour stars one expects from studio porn, and instead use people who look like somebody you might encounter in your day to day life. Finally, the camera work has a different feel, as its often shot from a tripod or with somebody who doesnt have the technical training or experience of professional cameramen. That said, amateur and homemade features have a great charm to them, simple because the people in them are doing what theyre doing to have fun and because they enjoy it.

Initial Reaction: Its not as diverse as some other interactive sex releases, but Monique makes it work as far as the technology allows. Who Should Watch It : Fans of interactive sex and natural women Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting virtual anal or real cream pies The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are nicely done. The audio is clear and nicely balanced, but there are a couple background noises where you can hear Monique being given directions. The video leaves me torn. Its very nicely lit, but a bit soft.

Im not expecting much. Initial Reaction: Nikki does okay, but untrained circus monkeys might be able to put together a better virtual sex DVD Who Should Watch It : Extreme Nikki Hunter fans Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who can The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects leave plenty to be desired. The audio is at a very low level and has a few balance problems. There are background noises, and rather than stopping at hearing the phone ring, you also get to hear some of the conversation and what appears to be whoever answered the phone giving somebody else a message. If thats not enough, the audio also sounds extremely hollow.

Its the only audio, which is too bad because its extremely repetitive and annoying. It does anything but help the strip tease be sexy and enjoyable.

The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The audio is basically non-existent. No, there is sound, but you never get to hear the performers because the only audio in the movie is music. The video is great. Its nicely presented in anamorphic widescreen, and has a slightly soft touch that looks perfect for it. The video is extremely well lit, and all looks fantastic. Music: The audio is completely taken up by the music.

The audio has a fair amount of background noise, but they feel natural for amateur porn. The audio is balanced pretty well, and comes off sounding pretty good for amateur porn. The video also lacks, as is usual for amateur porn. Theres a fair amount of camera shake and grain, and a few soft focus blurs as well. It mixes black and white and color footage, and looks okay.

The audio is clear and well balanced, and I dont think I noticed a single background noise. The video is also very well done. It has a little grain that gives it almost a film-like look. Its very nicely lit and often has a slightly artistic look to it. Music: The music is nicely done.

Hustler has shown a lot of class with their DVDs, so I have a fair amount of hope here. Initial Reaction: Its one of the most enjoyable anime features Ive seen. Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting anime that feels like its made for normal people rather than rapists and pedophiles Who Should Avoid It: Anybody wanting the dark and sadistic side of anime The Technical Stuff Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is presented entirely in Japanese without any English dubbing. Its pretty clear, and you have the option of whether or not you want English subtitles. The subtitles are pretty good, but often have odd breaks that sometimes break up words. The video is a bit weak. Think Pokemon with a bit of softness and blurriness to the animation.
